UPS in Cleveland, Ohio - Late Delivery!

I ordered tools for work that were to be delivered to my apt. My pkg was not delivered because I was not around to get it, I understand that. But they did not leave me the sticker to sign so that I could get it the next day... Fine no big deal. I was home all day the following day and no one rang the door bell, knocked, or even went around back. They just put the sticker on my door and walked off. I called about it and I was told that it was a mistake and would be fixed... Ok. Now today I get home and UPS never even came to the apt!!!!!!!!! Sticker was still there and no pkg. It now said on their tracking website that it won't get here until 1/13/14... Thanks UPS... Don't forget to knock!

Well, you could have arrange a pick up if you really need it badly. Problem is, you always want to shout and shout and shout. Ask nicely and you'll get a better response.

UPS in Boston, Massachusetts - Spent 22$ for nothing.

I ordered a part for my computer, which I NEEDED for school. I used 2day next day shipping, and express processing. A total of around 22$. Well the package is expected to take an extra 3 days. So why the *** did I pay 22$ when the company offers free 3-4 day shipping? UPS you suck, do something about it. I talked to someone who works at UPS and he was extremely rude to me. He made it sound as if it was MY fault the package didn't get here on time. If you pay for a service, you are entitled to THAT service. Well my service was 2day shipping. Not 5 day shipping. I will be personally boycotting UPS and I will share this story with everyone I can. Try to give USPS all the business back! they actually know what they are doing.

UPS has had some massive delivery problems recently caused by some bad management decisions and the fact their workforce is unionized. Best to go with FedEX---more reliable and non-union.

UPS in Carmel, Indiana - Horrible experience - Horrible customer service - Never again!!

Paid extra for UPS mailing to be arrive in 3-4 days from Canada. Tracking shows it was delivered tonight (4 days late). Except it was not delivered!!! Customer service said it is "under the mat on the front porch". We do not have a mat on the front porch. We have been home all day. Customer service transferred me to the "investigative department" and I am currently still on hold - after dealing with this for 2 hours. Keep being disconnected while on hold and I keep calling back. UPS customer service is absolutely horrible to deal with. They can blame some on the inclement weather but the post office never missed a day delivering our mail due to the bad weather. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE UPS. EVER!!

Never received my pkg, what a hassle,incometent UPS /***

I placed an order with Shoebuy through paypal. Never got an exact carrier except 3rd party. Fianally on Jan8th by calling shoebuy. The man said he had a tracking # I got it. As many orders as I have placed I knew it was UPS. Yesterday Jan the 9th afternoon, I decided to track it, since the man said wait 24 hrs. It said delivered, so I went to look on my porch & there was no pkg. anywhere. So, I called UPS they informed me it was left down at or by the gate. I live way back off the road. They have already been advised a couple of times to not do that & bring it to my house, that is their JOB. I went down there & looked everywhere & there was no pkg. anywhere. Calls & calls, to Shoebuy, a dispute with paypal & I filled out a long form with UPS, when finished it said sorry temporarily down. 30 min. more of my time. Then calls to Ups & one hateful girl says its not a claim or whatever I said & said, I am putting you on hold that's after waiting 20 min.I waited numerous 10 min, 20 min. it all adds up! MY TIME! I hung up, talked to a nice guy & asked to speak to a supervisor. Too many hoops & forms, time & hassles, all because one *** left a pkg out by the road or gate & could not bring his lazy *** up to my house. I do not know if he left it somewhere else, kept it or somebody stole it! I have made MANY orders over the years hundreds. Why would an *** leave a pkg down from the house & do this?? Now its wait. I know I spent yesterday & today over 6 hrs or more on the phone pertaining to this.I guess they think if they wear you down you will give up, nope, its the principle of the thing & I want my pkg. A nice lady called me earlier from UPS & informed me the sucker was off today & would not be back till Monday. I say for every S.O.B. that does NOT want to do their JOB RIGHT there are 24 more waiting out there that will. I hope he gets fired, he is an incompetent *** who does not deserve the job, FIRE his *** The phone people & the distributors have to clean up after idiots like him. FIRE THEM for such a ***, LAZY thing, not to bring a pkg to my door. I live in Sulphur Springs, Tx & I want his name known & I will find out who the *** *** is! I will turn this over to the B.B.B. consumer affairs, transportation & will NOT stop until, they fire him!Also the smart mouth hussy that talked back smart to me & put me on hold,& was not coming back, fire her also! They know who they are! UPS GET your lazy drivers off their *** & hire people who WILL WORK & do the JOB! I have to wait maybe 22 days or more! This is NOT RIGHT!

UPS is terrible. I don't know why they waste money paying their customer service reps. Based on how bad their drivers are, they should fire the customer service reps and hire more drivers. Why do I say this? Because their customer service is as useless as their online...

I have the exact same issues with their tracking system as well as with their customer service reps. The tracking update takes forever, then at one time will show a back-log of 3-4 movements.

Basically, their reps are like parrots - what you see on the bad tracking system, is exactly what they will say. It's ironic because once you read out your tracking no. (since on the tracking system it's not moving), their reps will say "how can I help you with this package". Its such a pain when this does happen because they really can't help you, or rather won't help you.

Can I self-pick up? No. Can I expedite this shipment for a cost? No.

What can I do, or how can UPS help me get this package in time? Nothing - but we understand the importance of your delivery. Could have fooled me.

What is worse? This happening with two packages and having the bad luck to get the same customer rep - yes, she is so bad, she is memorable.

This is from page 5 of the Tariffs and service terms and conditions.

“Residential” refers to an address that

is a home, including, but not limited to,

a business operating out of a home. If

an address can be construed as either

Residential or Commercial, then it will be considered Residential.

There is not a guarantee for Residential deliveries. You can whine all you want it is a Business from your home, however it is still a Residential Delivery.

UPS in College Station, Texas - Damaged Shipment

Sent electronic system covered in bubble wrap and it was received completely destroyed. The frame was completely bent and there were broken pieces everywhere. The package arrived opened too. Looks like someone took a sledge hammer and beat the *** out of it. UPS denied any compensation based on insufficient packaging because it wasn't exactly "2 inches." I talked to the owner and he didn't help out. Didn't apologize or take any responsibility. Didn't care at all about his shipment problems. I will never use UPS again and tell everyone else the same thing. Terrible *** service.. do not go here!!!!

If YOU packed it, it's YOUR responsibility to pack properly. If you don't care enough to provide protection for your garbage, who is to blame when it turns up broken?

UPS is not a moving company, one person does not hand a package to another person.

google--"inside ups video"-- get it now?

Your poorly packed junk was in a logjam in front of someone else's junk, boom goes the electronics.

You learned a valuable lesson, cricket, pack better.

UPS in Savannah, Georgia - PISSED CONSUMER to say the least!!! 2nd atempt had an actual time for delivery that was completely IGNORED.

The notice that was left on my door the day before said they would retry delivery the next day after 5pm, which I was prepared for because I live like 30 mins away from our local UPS store an with all the nasty weather we're experiencing I didn't want to make that drive. Well I'm pregnant an had a doctors apt today which would not interfere with UPS apt time, an I made it back home to find another notice in my door stating they been here 12:52 pm ( a long time from 5), so when I called the office no one could help me except tell me that's its an estimated time not the actual time. Well I was really mad because not only do I have to make this long drive but its raining an if I wait for them to redeliver I would have my school books in time for class. So UPS I would never recommend our services to anyone, an I hope I don't have to do business with your company ever again!!!!!!!

UPS fails to follow up on delivery issues

Expected a package to be delivered via 2nd day air on 30 December 2013. At approximately 2:00pm on that date, there was a knock at the door. Although it only took me a moment to answer, the driver was already driving away. I can only assume he had pre-written the notice I found on the door. Delivery was rescheduled for the next day, but no delivery attempt was made on 31 December 2013, despite assurances by UPS customer service, and the "out for delivery" notice on the website. Someone was within a few feet of the door all day and evening. The 2nd day air package (needed for a New Years Day event) was finally delivered on 2 January 2013. This was unfortunate and frustrating, but wasn't the worst part of my recent experience with UPS. Numerous attempts were made via Twitter, the UPS website, and email, to get some sort of explanation about what went wrong. Representatives of UPS did nothing in response to the situation but offer scripted responses, lacking in any specific detail which would indicate that they cared enough to look into the problem. A string of non-answers, phony apologies, delaying tactics, handoffs to the next "customer service" rep to tell me how sorry they are that I'm frustrated, and how much they want to "get to the bottom of this." The problem? They never really do anything; they never act on the feedback or information I gave them.

I HATE UPS...WE WORK ALL DAY LIKE ALL UPS EMPLOYEES. WHEN AM I SUPPOSED TO RECEIVED MY PACKAGES? WELL I JOIN THEIR BOGUS "MY CHOICE" PROGRAM TO REQUEST PACKAGES BE DELIVERED WHEN I RETURN HOME AFTER WORK AT 5PM OR ON A SATURDAY, HA, WELL THAT NEVER HAPPENS, MORE AND MORE EXCUSES. DRIVERS ARE NASTY, INCOMPETENT, RUDE, IGNORANT AND SO MUCH MORE. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT DRIVERS CANNOT BE CONTACTED IN THEIR TRUCKS...BULL . I HAVE ASKED FOR SUPERVISORS TO CALL ME BACK, NEVER, I HAVE TRIED FOR 2 DAYS TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO FILE A COMPLAINT, NOT HAPPENING. TRY TO CALL THEM, WHAT A JOKE. email them at help@ups.com and leave tracking number, and details about what is going on and they are good about helping people through that way. Goodluck, im still waiting on my stuff to make it to my house that was supposed to be here 3 days ago, but when I emailed them my package moved when it had been sitting in a hub for 4 days with no info :x
