UPS Driver is a liar and customer service is terrible
The driver lied that he visited my house for a delivery. No notice was left and my room mates and I were all present at home. Contacted Customer service and they took the driver side... figured. How is this company still operating. The government should really regulate the service these company provide since they really rip people off on the brokerage fee they charge. Now they say they will attempt a second delivery, guess I will have to pick it up at the local post office, seeing how incompetent everything is about this company. PS: companies please do not use UPS as your main delivery agents, you will make your customer mad and they will never buy from your site again.
UPS in Howell, New Jersey - Package delayed for false reason
Package arrived in my state and then was delayed for "weather" it didn't even rain! Now going on day three with no update as to when it will show. Meanwhile my customer sits waiting, who looks bad...ME! Thanks for doing such a great job at holding my package and giving no updates as to when it "might" be delivered. Hopefully it comes in one piece, not like you guys ever deliver anything broken. What a joke ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ah ah What can Brown do for you? Apparently nothing!!!
UPS in Brigantine, New Jersey - Delievered my package to the wrong person
Ups you guys *** suck. This happened before with this *** company. I payed 40$ for this package and they send it to the wrong person? MAYBE *** USE A GPS. THATS MY MONEY THAT YOURE GIVING TO A RANDOM STRANGER. HONESTLY YOU GUYS NEED TL CLOSE DOWN BECAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEES SUCK ASSSSSSSSS. OH THIS ISNT THE FIRST *** TIME YOU GUYS SCREWED UP. IT HAPPENED TWICE AND ILL BE DAMNED IF IT HAPPENS THREE TIMES. PLEASE USE YOUR *** BRAINS. Frankly you guys are the worse shipping company ever. UPS in Edmonton, Alberta - Lied to me....Made delay
UPS charged me $150 for a document shipping. They told me it will be delivered within 6days; however, it took 11days to deliver. So frustrating. They lied to me...otherwise I would have use DHL/FedEX. UPS is bad at commitment. Do not trust them, never. My document was really important to send as early as possible. They just lie to me. *** UPS. They did not understand me importance. Shame on them. After reading this review, please be careful. If you want to send something which is really important or emergency please, my request, do not use UPS. They are not I will never use UPS.
Bought a $5 guarantee delivery at UPS for 3 day delivery
Bought a $5 guarantee delivery at UPS, Guilford, CT to Atlanta, GA. Package (eye glasses for a trip) arrived two days late. Party already left for trip without glasses. UPS said not guaranteed for adverse weather. But I bought a guarantee for three day delivery. What does guarantee cover me for. UPS did not give a refund. In addition they did not every refund the $5 for the guarantee. This package was eye glasses for a seventy eight year old man, who was going on vacation. He left for the trip without the glasses. UPS sells a guarantee, with no accountability.

Order Processed: Ready for UPS It took them 12 hours to ship the package for an hour then get it back... ???
UPS "lost" my package
I purchase online and they sent my package with expensive lingerie with UPS. Suddenly, UPS kept my package from 01/28/14 to 01/3014 stationed at Nashville TN falsely alleging adverse weather condition. I went to weather channel site to see the whole month of January 2014 the forecast weather of Nashville TN. 28 OBSERVED Hi 18°F Lo 10°F Precip (in) 0in. 29 OBSERVED Hi 27°F ***PARTIALLY SUNSHINE, they kept package sitting Lo 4°F Precip (in) 0in. 30 OBSERVED Hi 42°F. SUPPOSED DELIVERY DAY Lo 8°F Precip (in) 0in. They scanned the package leaving Nashville to FLORIDA on the morning January 30, 2014. The package was supposed to be delivered on january 30 as I waited 6 business days. Today, I phone UPS several times and they don't know where is my package. I also contacted the sender. I suspected my package was stolen by one of their employees. UPS has worsened I the latest years. UPS in Swannanoa, North Carolina - Hazardous conditions delay, my ***
I have 5 separate packages waiting to be delivered. 2 due 3 days ago, 1 due each day since. ALL have been held up to "weather / hazardous conditions" yet today was 50 outside and no road closures or issues (snow all gone). Customer service said they KNOW the roads are clear and the delay was because of a back-log of packages delayed by weather from Tuesday's storm and that they would be delivered according to priority. 2 of my packages were OVERNIGHTS due this past Tuesday but they aren't priority according to UPS. So what is? *** poor delivery service that should have gone out of business a LONG time ago.
UPS in Toronto, Ontario - Unprofessional staff who misbehave
below is the email that i wrote to there cel Your staff and organization in last 24 hour has been the WORST ever. They are got our order for pickup from 9 am till 1 pm. Then till 12 15 no one shows up. So i called and they " oh it was cancelled"... when i asked by whom as we never did they said we don't know, it may be by accident. No one called us also. So they said we have now scheduled a booking till 3 pm. Then dispatch center called my wife saying we can't take till 7. Then a driver who was vvvv rude on phone said he will come at 6 30 PM and can't come before. He said he left labels in lobby to have it picked up. HE then told me that at 12 he came and he was given 261 as apt. That was not my fault it was UPS fault !!!... i asked why he didn't call he had no answer at all and misbehaved. Okay i said come at 6 30 then and i would lv all my day work and come at 6 30. At 5 30 i was down on lobby level when i saw a UPS driver in a crowded elevator, I told him wait for me ill come up. I had labels in my hand. The 2 min it took me to get back up this ridiculous person misbehaved with my wife, sister in law. We had bags lined up for him to take. All was set. He said oh the address label is not pasted so i can't wait. I told him it is in my hand. But he misbehaved so much that my sister in law started calling police as No one can come to ur house and harass you like this. I took his pic also. If this is what UPS stands for - in competence, unprofessionalism, misbehaving, then i see a bleak future. I don't care for my luggage move, i can hire another person but someone coming to my home and misbehaving with my family, completely unacceptable. I have taken his pic, if no action is taken I am in right to report this to authorities. Extremely disappointed
UPS in Lewes, Delaware - Package not delivered when scheduled
package sent from ca to de, scheduled delivery 31 jan, got home from work checked tracking update arrived in laurel md at 240 am and update states that delivery not until Monday 2/3 due to adverse weather conditions, what adverse weather conditions are they talking about sunny and 40 here today, just another bad shipping problem with ups? what is the problem no roads are closed no new snow storms, seems like they dropped the ball again? there is no way they have adverse weather conditions in md the latest snow storm was not in that area it was a coastal event.
