UPS in Longmont, Colorado - 3 days my package has shown out for delivery and each day they show it un-delivered for reasons beyond their control.

My package was due to be delivered 3 days ago. Every day during those 3 days UPS tracker shows my package was located in my town and "out for delivery" and then each day at around noon they change the status to "emergency conditions outside UPS control". I understand that they may have a truck breakdown or something that could affect local delivery 1 day but I expect a professional delivery business to have a couple backup trucks or employees, etc. and not do this to a customer for 3 days in a row. By the way it could happen again tomorrow, who knows.

UPS HORRIBLE SERVICE

Why do I even bother with UPS any more? They are so unreliable and untrustable its unreal. I was told that my package would arrive last wednesday, then they delayed it to today, Friday, already two days late. I was waiting for it earlier today when they told me it would be here at 5 pm. I called UPS because it hadnt arrived and they woman on the phone told me that it was still across the country in colorado?!?! What kind of *** is this!! Then i ask for a refund on the 15 dollars i payed for shipping and they make up some excuse that it was an accident and i cannot get a refund. UPS Sucks! Someone else needs to take over.

UPS in San Francisco, California - Worst Service Ever - How Are These People in Business?

My pkg was supposed to be delivered 2/4/14, but the delivery requires a signature. I called to ask for a new delivery address because I work during the day. Got no where w/UPS. I got a notice saying the item would be returned to sender unless I drive 25mins (that's almost an HOUR both ways!). I called to ask, "Can't you leave it at a local store?". I was told they can try it, but there's guarantees the store will accept it, and if they don't, the item automatically goes back to sender. So, I make the drive - 25mins there. 25 mins back. When I get there, I'm told the pkg is not there. I said this is ridiculous. My deliver is now delayed 4 days. They need to accomodate THE CUSTOMER. I was told no. Just viewed the website because they sent me an email earlier in the week saying I can change the deliver address online -- just create a login! So, I do so and guess what? Only the sender can do that. So I called the 800# because I also saw on the InfoNotice left on my door that I can change the address through the 800#. Well, a rep was going to do that for me, but informed me that the delivery would now be delayed by another 5 days. How is this possible when the location is CLOSER to your hub where you say the pkg is supposedly waiting? Now I have to drive another 25mins there and 25mins back tomorrow and HOPE that the pkg is there.....and HOPE that the expensive wine inside isn't spoiled from exposure to heat or from getting going warm and cold and vice versa. How is this company in business? I'm surprised that I'm saying this, but the U.S. Postal System is better than UPS!

Number one stop with the F------ Crying ok.You was aware in the beginnig that the package required an signature correct, Because what ever you ordered had to be important enough to require a signature. You should have used common sense in the beginnig. These people always ask if you need to list an second address for delivery. This is what you should have provided in the first place,Since you cannot *** work to accept the package yourself. Then you got the Nerve to place Blame on UPS.WTF IS THAT About. And know i do not work for UPS.

UPS in Livingston, New Jersey - It snowed a week ago and my package still hasn't arrived.

I ordered a package and last week we got snowed out so the roads were Iced over. The packages delivery day was supposed to be 4 days ago. This is true *** and I've waited at home everyday for my package and still have not received anything. I have also contacted UPS and the guy I spoke with said that my package should have already been delivered. I could have easily went and got my package from across the country and came back home faster than this package is being shipped. I feel that the service I have received is some *** and that UPS needs to upgrade their service. The commercials look good but in real life the service is shittier than sprints connection.

UPS in Pompano Beach, Florida - Crappiest Service

I have been driving on a spare tire for two weeks now. I need to replace the rims of car and the were shipped through UPS. My mother and I have been home all day watching for the package. As of right now, I have not receive anything. I called customer service and was told that the driver reported that there was no one home to receive it. This is a complete ***. There was no door tag left at my door. UPS needs to do whatever needs to be done to make sure that the customers are satisfied before the run out of business. Stop hiring lazy bun who refuses to perform their jobs as they should. I hope to never have anything ship through UPS ever again.

UPS in Baton Rouge, Louisiana - Very poor service

I was waiting for replacement credit cards to be mailed from the bank. They never showed up. Called the bank again and again no mail. A month later one set of cards were found in a field 200yds behind my house. It seems the guy showed up and droped the envelope on the porch and left. Who knows where the other set is. We were home and the doorbell is within arms reach. I called UPS about it and they said "well signature was not required". Its always very windy at my house and wouldnt take a very bright person to realize that the envelope would be blown away in less than 10 sec at any time of the day.

UPS in Humble, Texas - Longest two day delivery

I purchased an expensive gift for myself and requested the package be sent two day shipping. I called customer service to see if I could just pick up my package myself from the distribution center. I was told I couldn't because the package had not been sorted yet and that the package would not even be delivered on the day promised. How can you tell someone they can not have what they paid their hard earned money for. Ups service has become horrible.I own a ccompany and will not be shipping any of my products through ups. I will not be using any UPS services anytime in the future.
