UPS in Summerville, South Carolina - Delay delay delays everywhere!

So I had a brand new laptop being shipped from CA to SC I understand winter storm Pax caused delays fine. However with no updates for 2 days I call and am told my package is on a train that has not stopped this was Saturday mind you. Since then it has been delayed 3 times since then once in Greensboro NC due to "adverse weather conditions" As you may well know computers are affected "adversely" to cold and hot weather. It was 40 degrees in Greensboro NC when it was delayed. I am pretty sure it sat in a trailer in the cold weather and has been exposed to cold weather. Even though my package is in my city I can not pick it up because they refuse to unload it from the trailer.... the travels of my Laptop. Summerville, SC, United States 02/18/2014 10:53 A.M. My packages have been in my town since midnight last night and was scheduled to be delivered today. This morning an Adverse Weather Condition post was made, even though it was a beautiful 80 degree clear day! Ridiculous.....

My has been "Out for delivery" since 6:06 AM 2-19-2014 it is now 11 1/2 hours later... still waiting.

UPS refuses to give a time window at all. :(

I'm waiting for mine too. It was also delayed on the 18th due to weather??

I thought it was a very nice weather in Summerville. Then today (19th), it went Out for delivery then at the same time Arrived again to the same location???

I don't know what's going go... the tracking status in Amazon got an "!" I have prime and this was ordered on the 13th.

Ups sucks

My package was Valentine gift but didn't get till 3 days later I had a *** of a time trying to get information on my package because of weather conditions which there was none. So I finally had to go to pick up myself but wait it couldn't b that easy I waited for 2 1/2 hours because apparently the driver was M.I.A. I mean really what kind of customer service is this ???? I'll never get anything shipped by UPS EVER AGAIN. Thanks for ruining my Valentine's day !!!! You suck !!!!! Oh & by the way apologizing don't do anything! !!!

THE UPS LOCATION IN UNION DALE NEW YORK IS LIKE ENTERING A PRISON SYSTEM, THEY HAVE GUARDS WHO NASTY RUDE AND MALICIOUS. I WENT TO PICK UP MY SHIPMENT IN THE FRIGID COLD OF WINTER AND THE SECURITY HAD SEVEN PEOPLE INCLUDING A WOMAN WITH A NEW BORN BABY TO STAND OUTSIDE IN THE FREEZING COLD FOR MORE THAN 1.5 HOURS.

I RECORDED THE ENTIRE THING ON MY CELL PHONE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS LIE AND MAKE UP STORIES ABOUT NON-DELIVERED PACKAGES. I PERSONALLY HATE THIS COMPANY WITH A PASSION. I WISH TO SEE THEM SHUT DOWN SO BADLY.

I PERSONALLY REFUSE ANY SHIPMENTS SHIPPED TO ME BY THEM. I HATE UPS.....

UPS in Atlanta, Georgia - *** poor Customer Service and delivery

Worst customer service!! Called 7 times tracking a package and got 7 different answers. The last one took the cake. Package was scanned as being in Atlanta on 2/14. Still had not been delivered as of 2/17. Website says was in ATL on 2/14 at 3:54 pm. Departure Scan 2/16 4:51 pm. Arrived Doraville 2/16 5:24 om. as of 2/17 at 5 am was still sitting in Doraville due to adverse weather conditions.. Was sunny and 60 degrees. If a package is delayed have the decency to update the status properly so your customers are aware of what s going on... Leave us in the dark or BS us we get pissed!! Common *** sense! Had plenty of excuses was told they would put in a request to the Doraville location and would have a call within an hour. That was 10 am 2/17. It is not 11:45. The last person I talked to now get this.... told me it was a 'logical' scan and may not even be in *** Atlanta?!?!? WTF??? Logical scan? Really??? I spent a couple pf years in shipping and receiving and if something is scanned as being at a location then it is at the *** location!!!! What a bunch of ***.. then I get the song and dance well you can keep tracking your package via the website.... Really?!?!? The WORST freakin company will never have anything delivered by them again will pay extra costs to avoid the brown turds who dont care about their customers!!

UPS Driver Throws Package to the Door and Leaves ..

I had some delicate electronic equipment delivered today by UPS.. i was tracking the package for days and waiting for its delivery. Today was the day -- i was on the 2nd floor of the house in my office when i heard a loud "bang" and "thud" noise at the front door. When i went downstairs to check the package was "delivered" more like "thrown to the wall" and the driver was already on his way. I am in the process of inspecting the equipment for damage but seriously THIS NOT A WAY TO DELIVER PRODUCT.. even if nothing happened to it this is JUST WRONG! This product did not travel thousands of miles and made it through QC points just to be broken at my door step.. UPS you should check your staff. This is ridiculous. Every time i have a choice of carrier i will never choose UPS again.

UPS OVERNIGHT IS A JOKE

I paid a lot of money to have an item sent overnight last week. I understand about the weather conditions not being the best on the east coast last week, so I knew I might not get my package overnight. Totally understandable. I however don't understand how I go to track my package today and see that it has made it to my city, only to be sitting inside a trailer for the next few days not to be unloaded. Explain to me how you are going to charge me excessive rates to get something asap and then tell me oh it's here but you can't have it for a few more days? So, I suggest that you should at least refund me the expedited price that I paid to have this package 6 days ago, response " We don't offer refunds due to weather conditions, You will get your package when you get it"

UPS in Scranton, Pennsylvania - Overnight is a joke!!

I ordered a package on the 12th and paid 25 extra dollars for overnight shipping. It was an xbox console for my husband for valentine's day. I got an email the morning of the 13th saying that shipping was delayed because of bad weather and in all fairness it was bad weather. So valentine's day morning I wake up to an email saying my package will be delivered that afternoon between 10-3:30. The time comes and goes and nothing so I call ups and am told that they are backed up because of the holiday and it will be delivered by 5 pm. Still no package so I call back and am told that it would be there by end of day which is 7 pm and honestly I am not holding my breath at this point. Sure enough no package. I call them and they say that because of the weather my package would be delivered on Saturday. Saturday morning I wake up to yet another email stating that it would be Monday so I call again. They say that they would deliver my package on Saturday if I paid another 25 dollars for a Saturday delivery fee. At this point I already paid $400 for the xbox and shipping and I told him I will wait until Monday but I would like to speak with a supervisor. He says sure and tells the so called supervisor I am transferring her to you. The *** supervisor doesn't answer the phone so I leave a message with my name, phone number and email and don't hear anything back. I just checked the status of my package and it says exception: emergency conditions outside of ups' control delivery status is unavailable. If I do not receive my package tomorrow which is only 20 minutes from my house I will be at their store to pick it up myself. This company is a joke and they are scamming people into paying even more money on top of the hard earned money they already paid and ruining people's holidays. I had to tell my husband that I ordered him something and he will hopefully get it on Monday. I wanted it to be a complete surprise and they ruined it. I will never use UPS again.

UPS-OVERNIGHT PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED!

I placed an OVERNIGHT order that was to be sent to me via UPS on 2/13/2014. The package never arrived. Upon calling UPS Customer Service- I was told that due to "bad weather conditions" the package would not arrive until 2/14/2014. Once again, THE PACKAGE DID NOT ARRIVE. Upon calling UPS Customer Service (again) I was told that the package shows to be in my area but stuck on a truck and would not arrive until Monday 2/17/2013. NOT ONLY DID UPS MANAGE TO RUIN CHRISTMAS BUT THEY ALSO MANAGED TO RUIN VALENTINE'S DAY!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING THAT WOULD REQUIRE UPS TO DELIVER! I WILL ALSO COMPLAIN ABOUT UPS UNTIL I'M BLUE IN THE FACE! UPS SUCKS!!!!!

Yeah, it's a shame UPS didn't use their weather machine to ensure there was no snow so your delivery showed up. Or they should have used their delivery trucks equipped with snowplows as a backup. Shame on this company for not trudging through the snow for you.

the same thing happened to me...I ordered a package on the 12th and overnighted it. The morning of the 13th I got an email stating that they were behind because of valentine's day and that it would be delivered on th 14th.

I even got an email that morning stating that it would be. Never got the package. Called them and they said it would be the 17th when it got delivered but couldn't give me a reason why. They just said that it was something out of their control.

I asked them what exactly and they said not sure.

On the 15th they said if I wanted it delievered on Saturday I had to pay a 20 dollar fee on top of the 25 dollars extra dollars I paid to overnight it. I will never use ups again.

UPS in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri - Driver sucks

I payed for 2 day shipping. I figured with me paying for it, my items would get here quicker tha with standard shipping. Well, I was completely wrong. The driver claimed that my address was incorrect when this isn't the first time I have received deliveries. I have received multiple deliveries to this address. I received no emails or text stating that they need me to contact them. They just change my delivery date to Monday which is the same as standard shipping. I feel that it's bs that I paid for 2 day shipping and the company *** up as a whole and I can't get my money back for them not fillowi through with their guaranteed delivery. It's 100% bull *** and they know it.

UPS in Providence, Rhode Island - Next day air paid - took 1 week for delivery

My dad sent me a package through his business for next day air. The package made it to within 30 minutes of me but was not delivered for 7 days. When I called and spoke with them they told me the trucks had been full so my package did not made it out as previously planned. When I asked if I could pick it up from the facility they said that it would not be possible since it had not been marked as a delivery that could be handled on Saturdays. This meant that it was locked up on a trailer with no access except for Monday through Friday. They also told me the money would not be refunded to the shipper because it was a business and "not my issue". When I asked if they could just return it to the sender they said that would not be a problem but the business/sender would have to pay for it.

UPS in Missoula, Montana - Poor notification service and complicated complaint procedure

I have never had a good experience with UPS when they deliver to my residence. It has nothing to do with the drivers, and everything to do with their system. The worst problem is with their notification system. The last package was sent back to the hub twice because they gave me the WRONG delivery time. Attempted delivery two hours BEFORE the time they said to expect so of course I was NOT home at that time. Yesterday they sent out a notification to expect my delivery this afternoon. So I make sure to be home. When there was no delivery, I went to the website to find out that the package had been stopped in Illinois due to bad weather BEFORE the delivery notification had been sent. I tried to complain, but the website makes it almost impossible. GO USPS. They're cheaper, they don't leave you hanging, and they're ours.
