UPS, please improve your system so that customers are given more accurate and detailed information. A second email should have been sent that rescinded the erroneous one. and the reason for not delivering is more detailed or accurate.

Nothing but calls. How on Earth do you expect to get anywhere that way ?

You must put complaints in writing and serve via Certified Mail return receipt requested. As it stands, they have 100% plausibility that you never made a peep.

UPS - Damaged & denied claim

Spent almost $100 on two packages to ship family heirlooms $26 in bubble wrap when they receive boxes everything was totally smashed. And UPS help me put bubble wrap in and tape a box they denied the claim. I will never use UPS again and I will discourage anyone from doing that they do not stand by their shipping. I have many friends tell me good luck with UPS cuz they have never stood by their claims

If this how you guys work? You better close your company because it's useless. My agent send me the same box from China on the 1st September and I received my box here in 2036 plakerskamp street, Olifantshoek NC on 6th of the same month, I really appreciate TNT services, they are excellent, fast, sheap and fast, this will be my last time to use UPS, poor services and helpless. from now on I will recommend TNT service to everyone I know in China.
