UPS in Hong Kong, Hong Kong - Delay shipment and hotline agent handling
Recently had bad experience of the delay , UPS staff did admit it was left behind in UK for few days without arrange any flight to HK , we are asking for refund but they say which account holder should have right to file it . Actually we are the payer only we pay through to sender , they refuse to do anything even contact sender either . Its been over 3 weeks without any follow up reply from them , i really want to let their top management know but seems this did not go through to them . Hot line agent are sucks , standard reply ... no patience every time when u call up they will answer you what exactly web site show , in fact ups did not need to hire anyone to do any customer service job , its wasting time . Did anyone know any complaint channel in hk i can escalate case to ?

Memorial Day Week End 2014: I purchased a router from Amazon as my current was broken. I had it shipped over night the Friday before Memorial day as I couldn't wait till the following Tuesday to have my internet access restored. I am a photographer and needed to upload client images to the web for them to view as promised. At 1:29pm I received a UPS My Choice email alert that a delivery attempt was made at 11:53am. This made my head explode! I sat at home waiting specifically for the UPS delivery but no one ever showed up, rang my intercom buzzer or front doorbell and no info notice was left on the building door or my front door. I called UPS and after spending 5 minutes trying to get their *** automated system to connect me to a human being after it's annoying attempts to persuade me that the information it supplied me with is all they have, I was told by the human that there's nothing I can do, I have till wait till Tuesday. I can't go to the depot to pick it up as they are closed and she has no way to contact the location directly as they communicate only via email and it wouldn't be seen until Tuesday. I asked to make a complaint and I couldn't even do that. She did say with Saturday/Overnight deliveries they usually attempt to deliver the package more than once that same day. This is so incompetent and dishonest on UPS' part. If someone pays to have something delivered overnight, it's more than likely important/urgent that it is delivered right away. So for them to not even attempt to deliver it and lie about doing so without leaving proof of attempt is completely disgusting. Now since I work during the daytime all week and there's no one for them to leave it with, I have to travel to a another borough which isn't easy to get to and in a desolate part of the Bronx. How and why should I have confidence in them that they are competent enough or even capable to perform the very service they are being paid for? They have set up they're 'contact us' system so you can't even make a complaint.
UPS CANADA CHARGES 100% OVER YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE AMOUNT
I purchased a couple of T-Shirts for $60 CAD. When UPS driver came he asked for $61.77 "brokerage fee". Well no need to say they attempted to charge me 100% over my purchase. I phoned customer service and they basically said: "if you want your t-shirts pay us the same amount of your purchase". This is completely unacceptable! Take my advice: Never use UPS delivery services, it's been the worst purchase online experience ever. Use Canada Post or Purolator o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o
UPS in Sydney, New South Wales - Worst customer service ever
I have had the worst experience with UPS. The customer service is horrible, in addition UPS never meets its commitments. I was promised to receive my parcel on 22/05/2014 at Roppes Crossing, NSW-2760, Australia. I rang UPS twice on the day to track my parcel but they still kept saying that it will be delivered by 5pm, which never happened. I spent whole day waiting for it. Next day on 23/05/2014, I received a call from the driver saying that he got the wrong address so he left the location. When I rang UPS regarding this issue they were of no help at all and in their system they had the right address so I don't know how they managed to write wrong street on the box. They again committed that it will be delivered on 26/05/2014. Once again, they failed to meet the deadline. Moreover, they promised that they are going to call me to update me with the status of parcel, but unfortunately I had to ring them back because they never bothered to call me. Over the phone, they kept lying to me that it will be delivered by 5pm but no one turned up. Then I decided to call the driver, John and he gave me the right information that he has not received the box from company. Basically, UPS just made me await for the parcel whole day when they knew that it will not be delivered on the given date. I am still hoping to receive my parcel tomorrow (27/05/2014). But it is the worst customer service I have ever received in my whole life. It is ridiculous. I will not recommend anyone to use UPS service. I will take this matter further because I have wasted days waiting for the parcel which has not arrived yet.

Ordered something last friday so it would be delivered next friday and guess what later trailer! Monday is memorial day so I am getting it tuesday! The package is 15 minutes away and they won't let me pick it up.
Promised to deliver but did , ups van just passby our house and in the 50st of leduc for 2 consecutive days!!!!
ups is worst !!!! they delivered our package last tuesday may,20 since we are not in the house they leave a noticed. the 2nd attemp will be made soon. we waited for wednesday it did not arrived, thursday morning the ups van pass by in front of our house but never stopped. minutes later they send an email that there is delivery error. i called leduc office, they gave me no. to call, when i called they said that they scheduled the delivery the following day which is friday. we waited for the whole day. by 4pm i called but the ups staff said "you just wait for the day is not yet finish" by that time my wife saw the ups van in the 50 street of leduc but our package was never delivered. today saturday, we called but the ups staff said that it will be delivered by monday. A am so upset of their service, we paid high thinking that it will be delivered on time. hope we can get it by monday for that package is a gift but it did not arrived on time.
UPS delivery men and their HORRIBLE SERVICE
I am sick and tired of these LAZY/OBNOXIOUS deliverymen leaving packages anywhere! Someone sent me FLOWERS yesterday, Friday May 23, 2014.. FLOWERS!!!!! They were left in my lobby with never an attempt to deliver them. BTW the person who sent them paid for UPS THURSDAY delivery! I live at a 5th floor walk-up and i'm always accommodating because I need my packages and they are such consistent JERKS!!!!! I go so far as meeting them downstairs when i'm not busy or halfway ALWAYS and still this. It's pretty consistent HORRIBLE service and they have the nerve to get angry when I or my neighbors complain! They lie about attempting delivery, they have left packages outside on the street (you need to enter two doors to come into my lobby). The flowers are wilted :( I'm so fed up and upset!!!! I'm thinking of making a video abut UPS and showing the flowers. This keeps up, they will not last. ITS A DIFFERENT TIME UPS… INTERNET IS NOT FRIENDLY TO BAD BUSINESS! SAD!!!
UPS - Terrible Drivers!
UPS has a terrible drivers in my area (Whitney Place, Brooklyn, NY 11223). I live in a building, on 3rd floor and on May 21, 2014 driver just left the package in front of the stairs so anyone on my floor (6 apartments) could take it. I called to customer service of UPS to make a complaint, they apologized and assured me this won't happen again. Anyway, next time, on May 23, 2014 driver left the package on the 2nd floor! Not even on my floor! Are they kidding me??? The drivers know (always the same ones) that I have a newborn and can't come downstairs for the packages. Customer service though told me that drivers MUST bring the packages right to my door on ANY floor!
UPS in Dallas, Texas - LIED ABOUT DELIVERY... AS USUAL (NOT THE FIRST TIME)
I was expecting a package today and when I checked on my status online, it stated that the receiver wasn't home at 1st attempt of delivery at 12:16 pm Friday. They lied because I was home and I would've heard them, plus there wasn't a sticker on my door as proof that a delivery was made. I called to complain about this and the service rep said that I could come to their location for pick up or wait until the next scheduled delivery. And by it being a holiday weekend, it would be delivered on Tuesday. Thanks to UPS' poor service, this caused a major inconvenience because I really needed my order and double the inconvenience if I had to burn gas and waste time dealing with traffic to pick a a package that should've been delivered in the FIRST PLACE!!!! If I'm paying for a service, then I expect my delivery to come as scheduled!!!! UPS service sucks and is living proof that good help is hard to find these days. Y'all used to have quality service at one time, what happened? There is no excuse for poor service. Unsatisfactory. Lazy deliverers equals poor service. I will never use UPS again. You lost another customer. I'm done!

Problem with delivery
Uneducated people work in UPS.
I sent a package just documents to Russia by express on 12 th of May. But it still didnt leave USA. Its still in my town judging by tracking infromation. They tried to sent it 2 times but it kept coming back to my house because 'the receiver didnt want the package' but nobody called the receiver in russia. And it was woman's fault who works there she kept sending it back to my house. what im gonna say is they hire uneducated *** people. and this company is not reliable at all. Do not deal with UPS ever. this company should be on a court/
