Package rescheduled three times. When I get a call that its ready for pickup, the driver is an hour late. Never using UPS again. Complete joke.
Being bullied by ups worker
Hi Friends at Ups I've been having problems with a Ups driver who doesn't want to deliver packages to our front door and has become violent, and has put his hands on me twice and i have filled a complaint about 10 times or more. i have emails of the first complaint and videos of him leaving the scene after being told that my wife thru the intercom thats fully functional that she was with with the baby and couldn't come down after just giving birth, and he completely ignored it. we spoke to the supervisor Jackie witch was very unprofessional about the matter , at first she told me she wanted to figure out what was the problem then before i even finish explaining myself she calls me a liar by telling me that what i was saying is not true when i wasn't even done explaining i am not trying to go after ups just trying to keep criminals like this guy from hurting someone and taking away the services that ups has to offer i mean come on who does this guy think he is thinking he can just make up lies to not deliver my packages to my front door is there a corporate contact that would take this matter serious or do we have to sit around and get bullied by this criminals that are slowly destroying this company ? someone please give me a solution please.
Worst Service Review
the worst service ever!!! just ruled out my packages as ABANDONED and making me pay feees and making me wait for a month!!! just the worst!!! they have the mot idiotic service ever!!! DONT EVER USE UPS AS SHIPPING CARRIER!!!! WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY AN CANT EVEN PROVIDE A DECENT SERVICE.
Rude Service Review
Totally rude and not friendly. I have gone more than a dozen times never a thank you or have a nice day. I won't be back! They need to fix their customer service skills especially since There is a UPS facility about 1 Mile away. Why pay for a Business that doesn't act like they want your business?
UPS Misdelivered a package of prescription meds and diabetic supplies (not the first time!)
UPS misdelivered a package of expensive diabetic supplies, which I never received, and then refused to take responsibility, or even try to investigate the missing package. It was allegedly delivered at 6:56 PM on Friday 5/30, and I called them at 7:00PM when it didn't arrive. I was RUDELY told it's there, look around for it". My building door was locked (had been since 6:45 PM, and my upstairs neighbor told me that she'd been waiting for a package, and NO UPS delivery had come. I immediately called UPS back, and they refused to be of any help. I escalated this, and really NOONE wanted to even try to help. This isn't the first time UPS has botched deliveries (many times the misdelivered packages have been "rescued" by neighbors or my mail carriers. I would describe UPS's service as a dog's breakfast. HORRIBLE. Shame on them!!!!
Ground Shipping Review
Paid $36 for ground shipping. They haven't scanned the package in 4 days. It will take 7 days to deliver ground package. Definitely lowest performing carrier available right now
UPS in Trenton, Michigan - Paid extra for fri. Delivery pkg didn't show up til Monday damaged
I paid for fri delivery of a box of hand rolled cigars for a friends retirement party, note no signature was required. Only thing this *** driver had to do was leave the pkg. On the porch of my condo, but no *** boy left a tag saying he needed a signature . As a result I had to run out purchase a box of comparable cigars at twice the price to make the party in time, and now I'am stuck with a box of dried out cigars I hv no use for. Not to mention the total cost for ups's poor service was over 170.00 dollars!
UPS driver gave false tracking explanation
Hi, 1Z13X0041362383770 I requested the following package from UPS and i was waiting for the package for the whole day and cancelled some of the appointment. But they didn't deliver the package but they put it on the tracking message saying that customer is not available. I dont want to compliant but i cannot accept this kind of false information this is not only the first time. Earlier also i had the same experience they didn't deliver the package but they put it on the tracking message was saying that customer is not available. I request UPS to correct this kind of false information. A Pissed customer
UPS in Baton Rouge, Louisiana - Packaged Never showed up on time! or on same day!!
So I buy this game for a friends Birthday which is on May 30, I placed the order on May 20, 2014 it ships on the 28th with guarantee delivery date on May 30, 2014. Now I live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana my package arrived in New Orleans, Louisiana on the 30th at 12:30 a.m (where about 40 minutes apart.) My packaged got delayed in New Orleans at 1:34 a.m. no big deal right WRONG! I never got another notification about my package again until 8:34 p.m on the 30th saying it just left New Orleans facility. 10+ HOUR DELAY for what!!!! JUST BECAUSE THE TRUCK WAS LATE AT 12:30 A.M. I STAY *** 40 MINUTES AWAY FROM New Orleans and it's not coming today so I wait tell tomorrow WTF! *** you UPS. Btw guess who was the only one without a Gift to give?
Most UPS delivery drivers show total lack of respect or courtesy on private property
I trust this will be a total waste of time, but it shouldn't be. Whomever receivesthis complaint needs to take some initiative, to READ AND PASS UP THE LADDER WHAT I HAVE TO SAY. In the process of doing my job, I travel around eastern Colorado quite a lot. I often wondered why I see so many containers with signs reading," UPS LEAVEHERE", or something to that effect. I don't wonder about this anymore. We live out in the country, 30 miles east of Colorado Springs. We have 2 families on 1 property, and as such receive many deliveries via UPS. Let me also state at this point that before my present job, I worked as an Ops Mgr for a nation wide LTL trucking company for many years, so let's assume I might have a little knowledge on the subject of high level customer delivery service. I'll get to my point. Your drivers, with a couple exceptions, do a horrible, and I mean totally unacceptable job of making deliveries to our home. It makes me wonder if your well compensated union drivers receive any, and I mean any, customer service training that they comprehend what so ever. You can't tell it by me, or any of my family. Specifics , because I realize you want some, are as follows. We have a 600 foot driveway that is built like a miniature county road. In other words, it has little bar ditches on each side, but a nice wide center to drive down. NUMBERONE, your drivers speed coming in and out of our property is excessive to say the least. They seem to care nothing if there may be a child or pet on OUR property, let alone simply being at all respectful. We have a nice gravel parking area at the end of the driveway for turning around, that usually gets ground down to the dirt from the heavy braking needed to stop. NUMBER TWO, in their haste, they will with great regularity upon leaving, speed once again down the driveway, only at this point they will be perusing their appointment chart for the next drop. The evolution of this considerate act is they run off the middle of the driveway, into the bar ditch, tearing it up beyond all recognition with the 6 wheel truck. It's just a matter of time until someone runs smack into our entrance way from a total lack of attention. It will Happen. And yes, we have made repeated friendly attempts at remediation of this on going problem. With drivers only, up to this point. So let me ask you, "whom do you think has the privilege of having to go out with rake and shovel to fix the mess"? Not the people from UPS, I'll tell you that.Gets a little old don't you think? The thing is, this is completely preventable and inexcusable. Doesn't do a lot to build my esteem for "what brown can do for me"It happens a lot! We've finally reached the point where we're saying, NO MORE!Are we getting the picture here? The driver who delivered today, 05/30/14, his name was Chris, and he was out of Colorado Springs. He said his boss name was Ben. I want this driver reprimanded for speeding, and being disrespectful when I called him to task.The tracking number 1Z 202 R16 03 8356 3961. I want to hear back in short order from the UPS regional manager on this issue. If I get blown off, I'm going straight to corporate. Be assured I am not some*** malcontent. We are hardworking, self reliant Americans, who go out everyday and get it done the right way. We require the same in return. All decent people should.
