UPS in San Joaquin Hills, California - Wrong porch

To be frank, I'm 100% with UPS in Albuquerque. Not a single package of 4 deliveries has ever reached my address. Three attempted deliveries were to the wrong address. In fact, one was listed as delivered..then recanted as undeliverable. I had to pick it up at the UPS office myself. This week, I paid for an overnight delivery and (not a surprise) while I sat in my home, with the front door opened, and the screen door closed, my package was delivered to my "porch". It was delivered to A PORCH, it just wasn't mine. To be fair, my address was a 244 NE address, so I quickly went to 244 SE.... which doesn't exist. *** bastards couldn't even rob me with any finesse. I think the Albuquerque UPS management has a very special IQ/personality test that weeds out people who even understand or otherwise even CARE about customer satisfaction. Sure, they get it right sometimes, but I feel there's a special desire by management to have really *** drivers. I urge citizens to consider who ships their packages,. UPS is absolutely incompetent, so it's important to avoid them, or better yet, to boycott them until they get rid of their horrible management culture.

UPS lost an 80lbs 25''x20''x15'' package!!!

Two days ago the package was literally two hours away from my town. Yesterday was "out for delivery before the end of the day"! At 9pm I called at UPS cause the package was not delivered. Their answer: "Please sir, wait a little bit more"... When I asked up to what time are you delivering, the answer was up to 7:00pm... "...Ma'm, it's 9:15pm...". Today, I filled for a claim... it will take up to 8 business days for a reply... and they need a proof (invoice) of the goods in order to refund me... OK, so why you accepted the extra charge for the insurance beforehand??? Bottom line, I might completely lost an irreplaceable product and I might not getting a full refund... Customer care??? What's that??? Only rude and sarcastic replies and when I asked to speak with a supervisor, he told me that he is sorry and if I know how many packages are delivering each day and how vast their premises are... That was his reply when I asked how in a single day can you loose such a large and heavy package which has my name all over it??? Well, with all due respect, I do not care how many packages are you delivering or how big your premises are! You were paid for a service and you did not deliver... PERIOD!

My package was 45min away ..... 2 days still not delivered ...

Worst possible provider ever ! 75% of my packages are late .... Usually because of weather ....even in the summer !!!! Called to complain and got the same *** as u did .

I pay extra for expedited service . 2 days to get fm California to nl and can't get 60km in 2 days .!!

UPS in Limerick, Limerick - Ridiculous service

I am extremelly disapointed with your service. Here is the list of reasons: 1. I have tried to update the delivery information several times on the phone an none of the client service agent I have talked to has been able to do that for me, after talking to UPS Uk, UPS Ireland and UPS US. 2. Once the driver has tried to make the delivery, of course, he could not do it because the number of the appartment (that I have been trying to provide) was missing. 3. I was all day home waiting for the delivery, and once the driver got to the block of appartments, he would not even call to double check the number of the appartment, or deliver a single note saying he has been here. 4. I was supposed to be charged 247.71 pounds for the delivery, and for my suprise, I find a charge in my bank account of 301 pounds. No explanation at all!!!! 5. Every time I have made a shippment, I have not even received an invoice on my mail. It is absolute impossible to find any of that information on your website. Not transparent at all. 6. If I want to be able to see bills, I have to create a UPS account to have an account number?? Do I not have one account after registering for the first time?? Seriously, I have never seen anything like this. 7. 3 days later....I am still waiting for 3 deliveries, when the first one was supposed to arrive here on Monday evening 30th of june. I could keep writing and complaining but I need solutions and I need them now. And I need an explanation of why I was supposed to pay 247 pounds and for no reason I have been charged 301. UPS Mgt. Directs drivers NOT TO DELIVER my packages

UPS Mgt. has directed drivers NOT to deliver packages to my address after they said "a delivery was made on 12/22/13 & left on my front porch". I made a police report for this $40.00 package as requested by UPS but when I took it too the local hub they said, "we don't need that or want it", WTF? Soon after they decided not to leave packages & by they I mean the old driver, once that was resolved as packages were being left again..... The UPS mgt. has NOW decided 7/1/14 drivers may NOT leave packages unless signed for even after the shipper insures all packages along with NOT requiring delivery signatures and only 1 package UPS said was delivered has EVER gone missing from my address! In 12 years I have NEVER had this issue with FedEx, delivering to the same spot and leaving packages without any signature! UPS has now decided to hold my paid for, insured packages HOSTAGE, making Me Drive to the hub in order to retrieve what they have been PAID to deliver and refuse to do. I called Germany (where my package came from) to inform them I will not be able to buy directly from their company due to UPS being incapable of performing the job they have been paid to do. Needless to say the company was NOT HAPPY and I can only hope they switch to FedEx, removing Usually Pathetic Service from the suitable transporter list. UPS SUCKS! Oh, on top of making me drive to get my own package the entire box was destroyed but then again it's not the first time! No customer service with UPS as they could care less that your mad about doing their job while they dictate WHO will get deliveries! UPS SUCKS----UPS SUCKS---UPS SUCKS---UPS SUCKS---UPS SUCKS! Ups - Driver Review from Edmonton, Alberta

Today a ups driver cut in front of me as I had a walk light. I was 34 of the way across the road and he literally cut 3 feet in front of me. When he stopped I said "do you know the rules of the road?" And he said "whatever I knew I would make it". Not even a little apologetic for cutting so close to a pedestrian. I will use FedEx for the rest of my life. The license plate of the truck was.. H-43352 and the guy was a ***. Right on the corner of 106 aave. I have a picture that don't upload.

UPS in Winnipeg, Manitoba - Unbelievably Late and Completely Unreliable

I, as a small business owner, rely on fast shipping to meet my customer's needs. UPS, let the package sit in Hong Kong for four days, which is completely unacceptable, and then was an entire EIGHT DAYS LATE, when it was only supposed to take 5 business days. When the shipment arrived, they only accept credit card payments, they didn't even warn me about that, and because they couldn't wait the extra five minutes for my receptionist to call me to authorize the payment electronically, and now it will be OVER ELEVEN DAYS LATE. I lost over $1000 in business because of this, and I could lose a major corporate account. I am never, ever going to use UPS to import again, I would call their customer service but I don't even imagine how bad it would be considering how terrible their service is.

UPS in League City, Texas - Rude Delivery Driver

I do not appreciate your delivery guy having a very rude attitude with my parents, my parents were only trying to return a box that the shipping Company stated for them to give back to the driver upon delivery of the corrected item. Well asking the driver to wait for the box being to return was a mistake this is when he started hollering telling them the package should have been on the porch and that he cant take it back because it had been opened well yes it was opened to find out that it was not the correct vase size. I do not holler or scream at my parents and I do not appreciate your UPS driver being disrespectful.

UPS has let me down

A few weeks ago I ordered shoes for my father to arrive and they actually showed up and knocked but the delivery man was in such a hurry he literally just handed me the package and didn't asked me for my name nor to signed anything. I was a tad confused but he didn't even give me a chance to say anything he literally just ran back to the truck. And of course this kind of behavior has screwed me over. They should ask for my last name and for a signature. I ordered $126 worth of clothes and I have yet to receive it. UPS claims they delivered and was signed as someone by the name Colmeneros. That sounds slightly like my last name but its not. I was home the entire day they claimed they delivered, and it's obvious they sent it to the wrong apartment and that person was dishonest. This is *** how can they mess up like that?

Speeding Review

Today, June 30, 2014, at 18:33, a UPS delivery van bearing the license plate number NJ 3084 was speeding on Elgin Street, Midlevels, Hong Kong. Elgin Street is a narrow street but with heavy pedestrian traffic. The driver, while driving at high speed, also was honking all the way. UPS provides no channels for complaints of this kind. I shall call the police tomorrow.

Office Worker Review

On june 28-2014 i went to ups facility in san luis Obispo ca. I just try to recover my deliver.and guest wat.a office worker named.Debbie Foster give me the worst attitude and treat me@harassing me .and Plus i didn't got my box.she really need to be addressed.
