UPS - NO LONGER AVAILABLE!!

I ordered an $800 package from the States. I live in an apartment and mail comes through my door. Thought it was rather strange that my package had not come so I did some investigating with my shipper. He said its shipped and gave me tracking number again. So started inquiring with UPS which is absolutely useless. So after days go by I finally find the crumpled up UPS notices in the corner of door slot. Any normal person would have stuck them on the door. I go to UPS store and they say its not here, so off I go enquiring again. After almost a week worth of phone calls between UPS and shipper I am SUPER PISSED. Every customer service rep I speak with tells me something different and I have done everything they have asked me to. I call again today and they pretty much tell me well sorry we cant retrieve that package anymore meanwhile the 30 days is not up. I need to say that UPS has to be the worst delivery service out there and just scam and *** around. I will NEVER even order from a company that uses them as their shipper. If you work in with the public, how about employing people that have customer service skills. WORST COMPANY EVER!! SO NOW I LOSE $800 BECAUSE UPS IS USELESS!! They say it is in their contract, I did not ask for them to be my shipper!! SINCERELY PISSED RIGHT OFF

UK UPS CAN'T TO DELIVERY MY PARCEL 8th DAYS!!

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to ask if anybody is responsible for my parcel which I can't receive since 17th of July. My UPS InfoNotice Number is 9821 3432 538 4. I was waiting parcel from USA IVitamin Shop. 17.07-The courier leave the UPS Notice, because I was not at home. On this paper was information that I have to pay 30.07 GBP. That's fine, but WHY nobody didn't call me and inform me that I have to pay extra. Anyway.. 18.07-I called to customer call centre and paid this amount by credit card. The person said it's fine now my parcel will be delivery in Saturday. 19.07-I didn't receive anything on this day, I called to call centre, the person said that UPS doesn't do delivery on Weekends and they promised to delivery on Monday. Also I asked the person to add information if I will not be at home, the courier can leave to neighbours. The person said that's fine, they can do it, because I was paid already by card for 30.07 GBP. 21.07-Nobody didn't come. 22.07-The courier came to my home, my husband was at home, I was at work. The courier said that he can't give the parcel because we have to pay 30.07. My husband knew that I paid everything already, he called me and I started to call to customer call centre. And I was surprised that nobody can't see my payment. On this day I found out that UK UPS has 2 call centre and people can see different information. After 15 minutes talking (I have to pay to call to UK UPS) the person decided to transfer my call to billing department and only after this they found my payment. They start to tell me sorry that it was a mistake of the system that's why the courier couldn't see the payment. They made me sure that I will receive a parcel on 23.07 and that they can see note that I asked to leave my parcel to neighbour. Also I had a call in the evening from UPS and they promised to delivery my parcel on 23.07 23.07- In the evening after work I found out again UPSInfo Notice that courier came and he couldn't leave parcel again. I called again to customer service call centre and one lady said to me that she cant's see in her system that I asked to leave to neighbour. I asked her to contact me with supervisor I was waiting 13 minutes and the line was broken ( I had to pay £44.2). I called again and the other lady said to me that she can see in her system that I asked to leave my parcel to neighbour BUT they can't to do it, because the neighbour has to give to the courier my number of payment confirmation! WHY I had different information before? I spend 11 minutes (£37.4) TOTAL £81.6 do you think it's normal for one parcel? After my crying I decided to change the address of delivery and given my work address for delivery on 24.07. The lady said that I have to be sure that it will be deliver on 24.07 to my work address. 24.07.- I called to UPS at 12.00, and what is surprise, the automatic system said to me the courier again came to my home address and the next delivery will be on Friday 25.07. I again was connected with a person from call centre and she said to me that she can't to see that I did the redelivery to my work address. I asked to speak with supervisor and for fist 3 minutes she couldn't find this information as well. After 5 minutes she found out from different system that I change the address for delivery BUT the driver will see this information only tomorrow. That if I do some changes it will upgrade only in one working days and they promised to delivery on 25.07. I have a few questions: 1)When I will receive my parcel? Today it's 8th days that I can't receive my parcel to any address? 2)Why your courier can't see information in real time? 3)Who is responsible for ALL those mistakes of UK UPS? 4)Who will refund my money back of my phone calles? Now it's amount £200, I have to wait all telephone bills, after this I would like to send you all this information, because I think it's too much for one parcel.

UPS in West Sacramento, California - Review about Unprofessional Delivery Service

So after waiting all day for ups to show up. It turns out the claimed they had already showed up. Left a tag with no info written on it. Looks like they just jumped out put a tag and moved on. It sucks that they don't have a way to complain on their website. Out of all the companies that deliver its always ups that wastes the most time.

UPS in Louisville, Kentucky - Animal Food Attempted Delivery to Wrong Address and Returned to Sender

Apart from UPS sending back something I might consider possibly vital (I'm being facetious, owning ferrets in Kentucky requires food shipped in from outside) , calling the "customer service" line was a joke. Not only did they transfer me to someone out of country, but all they did was offer excuses and block my suggested solutions (I offered to drive to get it and such). The neighbour, being a good sort, let me put one of the two attempt slips they put on his door back on his door (signed so they could leave it without getting a body to sign it) as well as on my own should UPS decide to attempt to deliver it to the right place. UPS decided they were going to try my place this time and put the final notice slip OVER the signed one (UPS version of a sick joke?) and return it to sender. The service line only suggested that "maybe the driver didn't feel comfortable leaving the package" and that I could not go drive to a warehouse and pick it up. No offer to remedy the situation was given other than excuses and lame "I'm sorry" statements. The company that sent it (Chewy.com, I'll advocate for them) had GREAT service and saw that their material was being sent back so sent a replacement the same day. Through the US Postal Service.

UPS in Loughton, England - Delivery to wrong address

Attempted delivery of shoes from Salomon company whilst I was at work. The driver did not leave the goods with my adjoining neighbours but drove 50 yards down the road past 10 houses before finding anyone who was conveniently in. They do not answer the doorbell and are somewhat unreputable. Driver considers any address on the named road as a "Neighbour"! The company did not give me the option to 1. Self Collect 2. Deliver on another day.3. Deliver to an alternate address. A bunch of cowboys but then they are an American company!! DO NOT USE AT ANY COST OR BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT USES THIS DELIVERY SERVICE!

I made a call in the morning to change my address because from the parcel somehow the house nr was missing, they changed it and said that in case if I'll not be home than I can pick up from the depo on Sat., but later on I figured it out that they delivered the parcel but to a different nr the excuse been I didn't opened the door. But they never came to my house aldo they let the parcel 4 house away luckily I got an email that someone tooked the parcel and signed it.

Called the UPS they said because I missed the delivery even if I said that I will collect from the depo and the lady nicely asked my how is possible that I don't know my neighbors, what if my house is nr 1 and they will deliver to nr 200 I also should know them????? I asked what if those person will not handle to me my parcel she nicely said they will come to them and collect it. I am extremely upset and disappointed by this company.

They are not trustworthy!!!! and lies to their customers!!!!!

UPS - Cheaters!

I received a notification from UPS stating that your delivery person tried to deliver the package today but “the Receiver Was Not Available At The Time Of The First Delivery Attempt”. I have been waiting at my house from today morning for this package and no one knocked at my door or rang the doorbell. There was also no notice at my door, indicating that an attempt was made. This is just cheating the customer! I escalated this to customer service and understood that no one tried to deliver at my house. Biitney from Sunnyvale office called me further to that and told me the only option I have is to drive 30 miles from my house and pick it up! You guys are cheaters , looting customers!

Never received UPS delivery marked "Delivered"- delivered across town!

I purchased a dress online and a week later UPS moved it from their wherehouse into the shipping process, after I had to contact the vendor...Then, I tracked the package, and today, having received a notice yesterday that it would be delivered today, I received another message, saying it had been delivered, signed for by "Anderson".....Huh? No one by that name lives here, and NO PACKAGE. So I Call customer service and he tells me my package was delivered to another address across town, that they do have my correct address, and he will call the house where it was delivered? How does he know that phone number? Is it the UPS drivers house? What does he want with my dress? Never again!!!! Fedex, you are my new Go To!!!

UPS in London, England - Lies and failure to deliver

UPS driver failed to deliver a parcel containing equipment for my work stating that they had the wrong address. A blatant lie. I repeatedly phoned UpS throughout the day to get them to deliver the parcel. No luck. It was supposed to be delivered today however the message on their website was that it was being held in their warehouse and would be delivered the following day. Why? No good reason and no instruction given either by the shipper or me. I warn anyone contemplating using UPS to think again. Their phone staff is polite and tries to be helpful somewhere in Asia but have no direct contact with depots. Depots don't post phone numbers because they don't want to get complaints directly from clients they fail to serve. GIVE THEM A BIG FAT MISS. THEY ARE HOPELESS.

A driver has to attempt to deliver the package three times before we have to RTS (return to sender). If something is wrong, or the driver suspects the package is wrongly addressed then it gets sent to the hub and held until the receiver can contact us to discuss a pickup directly from the hub.

UPS lost a brand new iPhone

UPS lost my iPhone 5 replacement in their own store. It has taken them 3 weeks and the phone is still not delivered. The Sprint has to order another replacement of the replacement. Again to be delivered 2days air and nothing! I still have to pay my cellphone bill when I haven't used the phone, which is their own fault! I have missed important calls and I don't have an extra phone to use in the meantime. I have kids and what if an emergency happens! No way of me contacting anyone.This is not fair a lot to me and I still have to pay the bill. 3 weeks of no cellphone because of UPS lack of delivery and care.

It is your own fault for not having kept an old phone as a backup for situations like this.

You could even buy a cheapie basic phone to use while you wait for the replacement. Then , you have a spare for future times when your current phone goes bad.
