BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

NEVER AGAIN WILL I CHOOSE TO ORDER THROUGH UPS! Not only did they supply an awful outsourcing customer rep but they couldn't even fix a simple technical problem. It claims if you become a member you can change the shipping address yet never allows the option to happen. Instead of fixing something as simple as a change of address I am forced to stay home and wait an extra week for a package that was delayed on their behalf. UPS is a top example for false advertisement and a poor excuse for "simple shipping". Don't become a member and I wouldn't even bother paying for the premium package. They are both pointless!

I paid for a package to be over nighted to me they sent it ups ground , no one could tell me why or when my package would arrive , then today it says its enroute for delivery I called to see if I could get an estimated delivery time they said that they dont do estimated times for residential customers !!! I will never ever ship anything via ups if any website uses this company I will not order from them if I cannot use other methods . This company is foolish and does not care about its customers and non of the customer service reps know anything everyone has t heir own explanation as to what can and cannot be done , lesson learned never ever use ups to ship anything

Opened packages, Lost packages makes me wonder

The last couple of packages have had real problems. One pack was open and a game went missing. Second package lost. Third was to be delivered Monday then Tuesday now Wednesday. IT'S NOT EVEN THE HOLIDAYS YET. I haven't used UPS in a long time to send packages but I have no control when the sender uses them. I always ship FEDEX. I think they are better because they do not deliberately hold ground packages for three days. WATCH check UPS if they have the package at the hub and it can be delivered early they almost always delay it until the three days have gone by.

UPS Shows a future date of action.

I woke up today to check my shipping progress on UPS website. To my surprise, it is showing the date of tomorrow with "Order Processed: In Transit to UPS". Even in Eastern Side of the earth, it is not happening.

I do not really understand what is going on.

There was a time when someone sent be a package one year ago. UPS even mistakenly send to the wrong state, not city, state! It took them more than a week to get it right without any apologies even.

Seriously, stop thinking that you are a big company that can ignore any single customer's feelings.

This means that your shipper created a label and is getting the package to UPS. UPS does not have the package because your shipper has not given it to them.

Once UPS has the package you will see a delivery date. So, call your shipper and ask them when they plan on giving UPS the package.

Let me shed some light.

Apparently, the company that created this label for you did not process their "end of day" report on 09/26. Obviously, the package was picked up by the driver that day.

They just processed their EOD report on 09/29 thus giving you that message.

And no, UPS cannot turn back time. Hope this is clear, otherwise contact Customer Service.

I was a t home all day waiting for a package. Later that day I go outside to find a UPS slip stuck to the door with nothing filled i on the form. My mother is just home from the hospital, bed ridden with a trach and ventilator. I cannot go anywhere. I called to ask them to bring it back. I was told no. Shereena a "Supervisor" was rude and said the driver did his job. How did he do his job when he did NOT knock, ring the door bell or fill out the from they leave behind. It is a Friday and they did not offer to bring it back or deliver on Saturday. Exactly why my choice is FedEx. I run 3 businesses and I have an account with UPS but only use FedEx because of the poor service and deliveries. I will tell everyone I know through my radio show what bad service I received. BTW, someone shipped this to me, I would never use UPS if I am the shipper.

Linda Blair needs to be fired!!!

Linda Blair at the Swann Island UPS in Portland Oregon contact number (503-978-****) has to be the rudest, most unprofessional, incompetent, and unethical person I have ever dealt with.

After she admitted our 2-day air package had not even been put on the truck. She then out of her way to be unhelpful. How lazy and unethical for UPS to allow this sort of behavior.

10/1 packaged shipped 2 day air.

10/3 not delivered, told it had not been loaded would be here following week. But, shockingly, a smaller package from UPS was delivered same day.

10/6 not delivered told it had not been loaded. Called back told it would be here by end of day. 10/6 end of day no packaged.

10/6 After calling Linda Blair directly and being told by her it had not been loaded, then hung up on, I was appalled. So I called back and then was told to drive 2 hours to pick it up that she would not allow it to be delivered and hung up on. Isn't that blackmail to hold someone else's property hostage? I called the 1800UPS and was told a package could not be put on will call pick up without my agreement, which if it is the policy for UPS Linda simply thought her designs was better than the corporate policy. Since I expressly told Linda she did Not have my permission, I believe Linda violated a policy there and should be fired. I called back, never once yelled, never once used profanity, I simply asked when I will get my package and was hung up on again. Linda then made changes to my tracking number that the package would be returned to sender. What a horrible employee and terrible person she is.

This is unbelievable. Linda Blair has decided to take things into her own hands. She put our package on will call because she was angry I asked her to please do her job. Then after another hang up by they less then competent employee, she took another unethical choice and sent the package back without even trying to deliver it by her own admission.

This package is large and I believe she is simply being lazy and unethical about the way she conducted business while employed with UPS.

UPS should be ashamed, but when I spoke to the 1800 UPS I got different answers from 10 different people, so that just proves the low level of customer service UPS believes to be acceptable and this is simply sad and wrong.

I ordered parts from a company and for some reason they split the order they gave one package to ups and the other to fedex I got the package from fedex the next morning around 11:00 a.m. ups finally delivered the other package 3 days later which was the smallest of the two

I ordered a gift for my son that was supposed to arrive on December 24th, UPS website said it would arrive on the 23rd. I was like that great, a day early! Well there went the 23,24,25,26 and still no gift for my son. I checked on line and it said it would be late one business day because of a sorting mistake. This is the second time UPS has done this. They are a *** poor company by far!!!! Im done with them, all fed ex from now on.

SO MY DELIVERY GUY WHO DELIVERS THE PACKAGES LITERALLY THROWS THEM ON MY PORCH ONE TIME I ORDERED THESE PLATES BECAUSE I JUST HAD MOVED IN TO THE HOUSE AND WANTED TO START OUT FRESH AND THE GUY MISSED MY PORCH AND EVERYTHING BROKE. HE THEN RAN AWAY AND I HAVE NEVER GOT A PACKAGE FROM UPS AGAIN NO MATTER WHAT. EVEN IF I CALL THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE. ANYWAYS THE PLATES WERE ALL BROKEN. AND MY SON ORDERED A CAMREA THAT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE FOR RECORDING SKATEBOARDING. AND HE SLAMMED IT ON THE PORCH, THE DAY BEFORE THE PLATE INCIDENT.

Ordered a package, delivery was attempted but needed a signature. So I signed the notice like it asked and left it on my door. Came home from working full time to see another notice. Called ups and they told me they can't leave it alone in an apartment. Very understandable but when I asked what my options were, I was told I needed to pick it up 40 miles away in one of their shipping facilities. Why would I pick something up that I paid to have delivered to me.... So when I asked what my other options were again, I was told I could pick my own day.... As long as it wasn't Saturday and fell between the designated work hours. So basically you can only order from UPS if you are a jobless hermit who sits in their house and waits all day for their packages. If you have a full time job, forget it. They won't cater to you.

i am becoming very annoyed with this company. I have had to call despite the fact my package was to be delivered yesterday and only then did i find out that it would be delayed by 1 day. fair enough now today i called and i was advised that it would be delivered today it is now roughly half 6 WHERE IS THIS PARCEL? communication is poor and i have been waiting for two days and still nothing. will never use this company again have also been calling and now i have been on hold for 20 minutes. The online tracking details are very misleading.

UPS Sends collection agency

driver dropped off package while no one was home and did not collect shipping charges. after no word from UPS for 2 months a letter from a collection agency shows up and demands payment or action will be taken against me. they never tried to collect in the 2 months and then threaten action against me for no payment. I paid to prevent damage to my credit rating from this unscrupulous company. Because of this and many other bad experiences with this company I refuse to use this shipper ever again. I also sent an email to this company but I doubt they will respond as they never even tried to collect before sending the bill to collection agency

So everytime i've order a product ups usually delivers it and the product is in another box to be hidden from public eye but apparently their new employee decides to put the uncovered gift on the porch ring the doorbell and drive off when my mom opened the door. Worse thing is christmas is right around the corner and the gift is for my mom so now she has seen her gift and there is nothing special about christmas on her part with the gifts. Another thing is she decided to leave an unboxed gift on a porch knowing there are theives in the neighborhood. I'm always used to the same people delivering my things but now im pissed that they hired someone with no common sense!
