I have packages ready and needed them return quickly. UPS excellent service.

I have found UPS to be extremely reliable in delivery and now of course and pick up.

I needed someone to come by as soon as possible as I cannot leave the house right now due to my husband Giannis. Thank you. I look forward to the UPS man who I see regularly comes on my street around 11 o'clock. Thank you for your service today.

It is greatly appreciated so I await the UPS man hopefully this morning sometime to pick up my packages. Thank you for your cooperation service with easy excellence and look forward to them picking up my packages.

Just another one of the tasks I need to do today. Customer service rep was extremely easy.

I called to return a package for someone that do not live here, I needed to speak to Customer Service, I was on the phone for 10 minutes with a machine, I did not resolve what I called for. A waste of time.

Don't bother with improperly delivered packages. Nobody is paying you to deliver packages so don't.

If it's next door, drop it on the porch. If not, leave it lay where they put it for 5 days then throw it out. Don't get involved of your own initiative. The shipper isn't going to pay someone to sit around all day every day waiting around to handle minutiae like you described.

It is a matter of money, of course. Cheaper to reship or forget it than hire people which are the worst expense most companies face in addition to their unreliability.

I work in receiving at HEB 709, 9722 FRY RD. CYPRESS, TX 77433. I ask you driver to pick up the out going packages (6 in total). He refused because it was not his job.

Stop sending me emails if you would put that much effort to getting me a live agent probably wouldnt have had this problem i got it resolved by making calls and waisting time getting it resolved

Merchandise that supposedly sent to UPS distribution center. Supposedly the first order was delivered and I would like to know when and where it was delivered and who signed for it. The tracking # is AG63738****CN. My post office said this was not their tracking number. Thank you in advance for your help.

It's really sad that UPS seems to no longer care about it's customers. 75% of comments about UPS on this website are unhappy and angry. And there seems to be no effort from UPS to change that.

I've now called UPS 3 times in the last 8 days, about the same issue, and been promised that someone would return my call. That promise, as you have probably already guessed, remains unfulfilled.

Preferred solution: They need to straighten up, treat their customers,& their customer's customers with respect, cut out fraud where it's found, & fire those treating the people receiving the packages disrespectfully. Or some new shipping company will eat-their-lunch.

User's recommendation: Start a new shipping company to compete with UPS and drive it out of business. Their customer disservice demands it.

They are incompetent and loose boxes and take forever to deliver a package.

I just finished reviewing Purolator( they suck still) but right now they are not as bad as UPS. Which ever way you turn in the delivery game all you find is a bunch of lazy, entitled, delivery drivers.

They have no job integrity and no compassion or understanding they are like non efficient drones just trying to do as little as they can to get a pay check.I get live air plants shipped to me from Vancouve.If I was delivering packages I would deliver the living things first. Its common sense. Not only are they always late or they leave packages out side my apartment building or they buzz me and tell me to come down and get it. When they are supposed to deliver right to your door.1 time this delivery dude was just sitting in the lobby playing a video game on his phone.

A lot of the delivery people cant even speak or read English. They take a picture of the package out side a door with no number shown. Every door i looks the same In An apartment building.they have lost my box of airplants I bought from a sweet store in Vancouver. They couldnt care less.

I hold the management team( I use the word team loosely) responsible for this. They do not hold these lazy sloths accountable for their actions also hire people that can read and speak English. I am not being racially unfair. I am being realistic.

In a country where numbers and sentences are written in English does it not seem logical that you must! be able to read and speak the language ,in a service industry dealing with the public?

User's recommendation: UPS and Purolator both suck so maybe stop buying on line and go to the store. I don’t know we are all stuck between suck and sucks more.

Your driver posted this as being delivered to my front door. A complete lie.

I am on the third floor and your driver last Friday dumped it on the ground downstairs. I work from home so I'm home all day. My neighbor found it at 4:30 pm and brought it up. The last time one of your diversity hires did this, a rug was stolen, again left thrown on the ground at the first floor.

You better clear out from your employ all the liars and those too lazy to do their jobs correctly. You're the last carrier that has "employees". Don't become a FedEx or the USPS, all contract employees. I'm so disappointed again, a second time, to have a rug dumped on the ground downstairs and then have your driver lie and say he delivered it to the front door.

I'd fire him immediately for lying. You've got untrustworthy people in your employ.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your company. I purchased a $700 Yoni Pleasure Palace *** online, and the seller shipped the item with your company.

However, I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the driver who was assigned to deliver my package.

The driver was rude and unprofessional, and did not deliver my package properly. He knocked on my door and made fun of me, and then left without delivering my package.

This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional for a company of your reputation.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to reach out to your customer service department, I was met with complete silence. I received no response from your team, and was left feeling ignored and unsupported.

More than once when ordering from Amazon using usps delivery packag is lost!! I am now going to contact the AG oficee to file complaint against USPS, terrible delivery service.UPS is soooo much better

So. ordered a package from Amazon, only delivery option was USPS. Said it was going to be late and the next day it said it was delivered but was not!

UPS sent me an email telling me they had left a package on my porch. They did not. I was never able to speak to ANYONE at UPS. Called Amazon, spoke to a helpful young woman and will get a replacement on Friday. UPS has NO customer service.

Support Contact is worthless.

Costco shipment has my correct address but UPS tracking says street number is incorrect. Website says "When you contact UPS, start with our Virtual Assistant for immediate answers. If you still need help,..." but there NO Virtual Assistant option on that webpage so I call the 800 number, enter tracking number, auto-bot says more info is needed for my address. Then "do I need to repeat that?", I say no and it hangs up. Horrible and I have let Costco know they need to stop using UPS. Like Amazon, hope they set up their own delivery service.
