UPS in Lagos, Lagos - My order was delivered and signed for at an address that is not mine.

I ordered a large club banner from America in April 2014, with a 4-8 weeks to deliver in Lagos. By June when I had not recieved the parcel I contacted the store. They said it had been dispatched and delivered by their records. I then called Ups lagos. The responded that they would check. Two months later I get a phone call saying it was delivered to my residence in May. Totally unacceptable by me. I wish to take this case further because someone has delivered my item to the wrong address and claimed it was signed at mine! I live in a single house, numbered clearly with 24 hour guards. None of which are called the so called signed name! I am furious! Is it now insecure getting shopping delivered to Nigeria by UPS?

UPS in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania - Late Delivery Happen more than 100 times last year many package broken ebay seller had a hardtime

I sell on ebay and also I purchase some of stuff , last accident happen few days ago ups did not deliver my package 15 days ,tracking shows its totally their fault and still holding my package will be delivered tomorrow actually even , I stop using UPS , I do not recommended all , I purchased same item from same supplier and told him to ship true fedex I got package last week just 3-4 days after he ships , + had a many case with ups broken package if the item weight is high they will damaged and after insurance claim they will told you you did not pack well even last year ups packing place pack and ship package broken ups not cover my lost told me I have to go after ups packing place they are responsible , sorry for my terrible English but specially if you are an online seller delivery time so important UPS only bring to you negative feedback and many headache coming from customer and their fee also expensive .

UPS in Mount Vernon, Washington - Delivery 2 days late after they reported it delivered

tracked delivery from Sacramento and it was to be delivered on a Wednesday . I saw it had been delivered to my front door at 9:30 a.m. but no package . so I quickly called ups on line chat at 5:30 after getting home in which I was told by ups to check with my neighbors for they might have it ..... really driver stated he left it at front door hmmmmm. After disturbing all neighbors and everyone now thinking that someone had stolen it as ups suggested . everyone is on edge . two days later a ups truck pulls up and a knock on the door proves the package arrives at front door. BOX CRUSHED, TORN, DAMAGED PARTIALLY TORN OPEN ALL THIS WITH FRAGILE STICKERS ALL OVER IT..... did not see driver he ran as fast as he could . yet I get a nasty call from ups to say that I should check my front door better next time . I then try to make a complaint to ups but there is now way to contact customer service to complain . suggestion : DO NOT USE UPS EVER SEAN C PRICE MOUNT VERNON WA 360-419-3145

UPS in Lithonia, Georgia - Late delivery only hurts me

If UPS can't deliver a package on time on Friday, then, because they are cheap, they will not try to deliver it on Saturday. They should take responsibility for their mistakes instead of punishing the customer. I will NOT pay for Saturday shipping on an item supposed to be delivered Friday, just so that when UPS screws up, I can get my package only a day late. When the UPS driver comes, he should be ready with an apology and cash in hand to refund my entire shipping cost. How is it right to say you're going to do something, then not do it, not apologize, and push costs off on someone else?

Ups - Delivery Address Review

UPS had the postal code for my city listed under a different city (I ordered a textbook from an online bookstore and they confirmed it was UPS's software that had the imbedded postal code error). I called FOUR times to their offshore south Pacific call Centre (which is useless) to try to correct the city amd was IGNORED. messages never got sent. called another 2 times and they don't know ***, can't tell me ***, won't put me through to a supervisor (none on duty), won't put me through to someone in North America AND said I might have to pay an extra charge to change the address WHICH they messed up. Still will not tell me where my package is, when or where it might be shipped. ABSOFUCKINLUTELY ridiculous. I will not purchase anything from ANY company that deals with UPS again. $240 package possibly gone.

We can see a lot more then you can on the Electronic Tracking System that we have.

UPS in West Palm Beach, Florida - Only received partial delivery

I am a builder and lately I find myself shopping for a lot of my lighting and plumbing fixtures online because the local suppliers don't keep stock. I recently ordered some plumbing fixtures which were shipped UPS ground under 6 different tracking numbers. (We normally see the same UPS driver frequently. in fact when we pass each other on the road he waves. Apparently he's away or something.) All 6 packages where addressed identically with my name and the company name on them but no suite number. The first 2 arrived without incident. The other 4 were returned to the sender and have to be reordered because they lacked a suite number on the shipping label. Our office building is 2 stories, with an elevator and 8 offices per floor. There is a marquis in the lobby with all the names of the businesses and the corresponding suite numbers on it. i guess the substitute driver can't read or use a marquis. More likely, he's lazy. You see the other 4 packages weigh between 50 and 60 pounds. I believe he just didn't want to deal with the heavy package. The delay in the packages is causing me to delay my customer's job. GOOD WORK UPS!

That is the fault of the Shipper for not including the Suite # in the address.

The Driver does not have a suite #, He or She moves on to the next stop.

An incomplete address is not the fault of the Driver, the blame falls on the the Shipper, so complain about them instead.

Driver's unfortunately don't have a whole bunch of time like everyone thinks to look for a marquis and try and find the business.
