UPS - Late delivery

I waited in all day Thursday for expedited delivery of a package. On checking i found they had sent it to the wrong place (somewhere near Hamilton, ON instead of NB) and it would be a day late. naturally they tried to deliver it on Friday when I was out due to work. Now I have to wait to see if the truck gets back to the UPS store before it closes and if not I will not get it until Monday. Something like this always seems to happen. The sender ships with UPS so this was not my choice and i am not pleased.

UPS man put could not deliver notofocation on our door and did not even knock

The UPS delivery man put a COULD NOT DELIVER WITHOUT ADULT SIGNATURE and did not even knock. He saw that we were home and did not even ring the doorbell. When we chased the guy down the street we told him he didn't even knock and he just looked at us and said "yeah so, what is your name and address?". This occurred 8/21/2014 at 7:00 pm, the package was for our son Quintin Denman and our address is 109 OK Avenue, Harahan, Louisiana 70123 our number is 504 231-0638. We are very disgusted in your company and we will think twice before we mail anything with UPS. Our son goes to school in Texas and we are constantly mailing him items with your company

I live in ny I have the very very same complaint about ups. This company and their workers don't CAREEEEE about their customer .

Their attitude towards our complaints socksssss. People should not use them let them see how important we are to them.

I have to purchase more school clothes for my daughter after this unreliable UPS DRIVER REFUSE TO RING THE BELL AND ONLY STICKING SLIP ON THE DOOR. YOUR SERVICE SOCKSSSSSSSSSSS.

UPS IS THE WORST

THE UPS MAN NEVER RANG MY DOORBELL!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE SAYING IT'S MY FAULT BECAUSE HE DIDN'T RING THE DOORBELL. I NEED MY PACKAGE BY TONIGHT AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING THEY WILL TRY AGAIN TOMORROW. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I HAD TO CALL BACK SEVERAL TIMES UNTIL I GOT SOMEONE THAT COULD ACTUALLY HELP ME. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY AND I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, THEN DEFINITELY SHIP YOUR THINGS WITH FEDEX. FEDEX IS MUCH MORE RELIABLE, AND THEY WON'T BLAME THEIR ERRORS ON YOU WHEN THEY MAKE A MISTAKE.

UPS in Covington, Georgia - Highly frustrated!!

UPS is always late. For a company that seems to be so depended on, they are not. They just need to quit as a whole company. I thought maybe just once they would be on time but its always a disappointment. Just ugh!! I ordered it on Saturday and it was supposed to be delivered today. And to add on, I also ordered something else from a different company on Sunday but that was delivered a day earlier. Like what the eff? UPS. Get yourself together. Congrats on making me sound like one of those idiots who complains over something little. Thanks!

My package was shipped 6 days ago. After watching my package *** painfully slowly across the country, Today a nice new notice popped up in the tracking....

UPS - Unreliable

What is the point to sign up for My Choice, they give you a time for delivery. I sat waiting for my package and no package. They don't even have enough integrity to send an update. FedEx so is much better that UPS, and reliable if I had my Choice I would always ship FedEx. My choice is a smoke screen, they do not stand behind their products nor their word. I do a lot of online shopping and I am disappointed every single time my orders are shipped UPS if my order is shipped DHL or FedEx I know I'm going to receive my package with in the time I am given. My Choice by UPS sent me an email, I would receive my package between 10:45am - 2:30pm, it's 5:29pm still no package. And it would have been cool if I would have receive an update?? Nope, not through My Choice. They have no consideration for someone's time...at all. I don't see how they are in business. They'll lose your package to..ugh.. they suck

I asked the driver not to use my grass to turn around I have a circle drive and three places to turn around. The have always placed packages on my patio.

all previous drivers were great. Now this *** hides my packages at roadside and out of sight from my house. U P S has shielded themselves from complaints so well you can not contact them. Now I ask the shipper to use another or ask for a signature I f cannot do this I don't buy from.

It is our money we have . we spend it the way we wish.

UPS delivered to wrong address!!!

I receive medicine once a month, every month via UPS. Shipped overnight UPS but no signature required. Shipping date was a Friday, nothing. Called the drug company and they investigated with UPS, told it was hand delivered to a woman. No, I never received it. UPS called and said the driver would come by to make sure he had the right house and to speak with us. He also admitted he just left it at the door. He never came by. My neighbor 6 days later gives me the perishable package and says they have been calling UPS to get them to come pick it up, that it was delivered to the wrong address. UPS, this is costing you $3000.00 because your driver could not ring a doorbell to get a person when delivering a Perishable package. My house number is clear on the package, my mail box, painted on the curb, and is also on the door.

My drug company is seeking compensation for my medicine. I just want to make sure this is posted since the customer service representative did not believe me when I told her I did not receive my medication. Sometimes the customer really is right!!!

UPS - Delivery schedule 3rd attempt failure!

A simple logic problem presented for the middle school dropouts that work for UPS. If no one is home for a delivery at 12 pm Monday, and no one is home Tuesday at 3 pm, what would be the logical time to try the third attempt? Hint it the answer is not 12 pm again you already tried that. And I guess your drivers had to try it again. So I called and get this great story about how they follow there route and can't adjust there delivery times (literally unless you pay extra of course). But I guess I'm the crazy one because I keep ordering stuff that gets shiped by UPS and I expect diffrent results each time.

I'm not sure what your complaint is here. There were options available to get it to you at a specific time, and you didn't choose to make use of those options.

Also, there is no way that UPS would know your schedule anyways. For all they know, you might have decided to stay home on third attempt at 12 in order to get your package, and then you'd be right back here complaining about their inconsistency.

UPS in Kalamazoo, Michigan - Horrible company to ship with

Horribly company structure. I purchase online from Amazon and Ebay several times per month, both personal as well as at my employer. I can name a handful of times in months when the packages were not "rescheduled" multiple times. Its gotten to the point where if you actually need to have something here by a set date, don't bother if its being shipped UPS. Even with Amazon Prime 1-day, I can usually expect 2-3 days :( Have a package in the system right now that was shipped and confirmed by the seller a week ago, is due here tomorrow, but it hasnt left the origin site yet in California. Somehow, I don't think they are gonna make this one either!! As a company, we have moved away from them entirely due to repeated missed deliveries.

I agree i got a package which was suppose to be deliver 8/22/2014 but it's either lost or going to be late, twice in less than a month UPS is slipping.

UPS - Non-delivery

I ordered this package on August 6th and was supposed to receive this package on August 8th. This package has been in the Salem, Oregon distribution center three times in the last 12 days (17 miles from my home). Three times the Salem, Oregon distribution center sent my package to either Illinois or Portland (51 miles from my home - twice) but they have not delivered package to me. How difficult is that????? I'm thinking they need to replace at least one driver (employee), or maybe two. I have nothing more to say about this situation, other than I could not be more unhappy with UPS and will not recommend UPS to anyone!

It's my fault ups driver didn't deliver my package

I called the ups in Anaheim California regarding my package. It was 1pm when I called them because a message said online saying they were missing an apt #, but I called to verified and the customer service said there is an apt on the shipping label. The *** driver didn't even bother to stop n leave a notice. The customer service rep told me they would give me a call back within the hour. 4 hours later I called back n they said it wasn't urgent enough for them to call me back so they would do it after hours. When they called me back after 5, I asked if it was unreasonable to pay for a service and expect that service to be performed and the representative named Jason told me he didn't know if it was my fault or not. When I asked for his name he put me on hold and hung up on me. I had to call the customer service again and got his name through a different person. This is bull ***, I rather deal with a company that pride themselves on customer service than hiring dumb n incompetence employees because these employees represent what ups is about and ups is about getting customers money n making them go n pick up their own package because the driver was too lazy to stop n drop off or read what was on the label.
