SWEATSHOP, MOB HOUSE AT THE 15 OREGON AVE UPS STORE

I have a NEVER experienced such unprofessional, inconsideration and poor customer service, than what I received from UPS staff at the 15 Oregon Avenue location in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Two hours of standing in ridiculously long lines, packed in like cattle, in sweathouse conditions, waiting for a package, which I did not receive. I was there a half hour AFTER the facility was supposed to close and still was unable to receive my package. On Friday, September 05, 2014 at approximately 4:00 pm, a UPS delivery person attempted to deliver my package at my home. My eighteen-year-old daughter answered the door, she was asked for ID and when she returned to the door, the delivery person was gone and a notice left on my door stating that it was a final delivery attempt for the package. First, the driver could have waited for the ID he requested and left the package at my home. Second, considering I had UPS making deliveries and inquiring about a missing package on 09/02/14, 09/03/14, 09/04/14, before the final attempted delivery of my package on 09/05/14. Why was the final delivery attempt of the package made on Friday, September 5, 2014, when there were three prior visits to my home this week and I was not given the package? I was very angry, called the UPS customer service, and spoke to Kianna, who stated there was no information in their system using the info notice left on the slip. Therefore, I had to check my email and look up every order I had placed online within the last few weeks to find the tracking number and identify the package was the one in question because the sender’s name on the slip was incorrect. Once I provided the tracking number, I was told that the package was back at the customer service center located at 15 Oregon Ave and that I had until 8 p.m. to pick up the package. I arrived at the UPS 15 Oregon Avenue location at 7 pm and it was a madhouse, too many people to even fit in the tiny building. It was extremely hot, cramped and completely disorganized. Apparently, I was one of many who were waiting to receive packages that were supposed to be at the location but was actually still on the delivery truck. Several of us asked for a manager and the only response received was she was in the back. I stood in line for two hours (7-9 p.m.) and had to leave without receiving my package, which may or may not be returned to the shipper/merchant. This experience was the worst display of indifference, poor customer service, unprofessionalism, and incompetence. I am truly disappointed, and after such a horrible experience, I will make absolutely sure that when I order items from online that either I pick them up from a store or that a different shipper other than UPS is used.

UPS in Batavia, Illinois - Horrible delivery service

My desk is right next to the windows. I witness all the time drivers walking into my yard and throwing my boxes onto my porch and walking way! Today I walked away from my desk for 20 minutes and came back to a package on my porch and my plant tipped over. I'm sick to death of no one ringing my doorbell - where are their manners?! Why can't they let us know a package is here? How hard is it to ring the doorbell? And why the heck is my plant tipped over and they are just gone?!

UPS delivery came to my house today with a package. I was sitting within 8' of the door along with 3 dogs who always bark if someone rings the bell or knocks. Later I found a notice on the steps (not attached) and there was no explanation of why the package was not left. It did not say it required a signature just that they will redeliver Monday by 10:30 am (of course no one will be home then.) I have Amazon Prime in order to have 2 day deliver! This is not the first time. About a month ago I was sitting home waiting for a shipment of wine that I know requires a signature. There was a work crew in front and they said the guy did not even get out of the truck. I knew about it because I received an email that they were unable to deliver.

Lazy Employees Review

The people that work at port allen customers center is ridiculous lazy and they dont have any type of communication skills .I will never send anything through them again, ill go through FedEx That should be In their job description

I am sending a package for a birthday keep in mind and I shipped this out using UPS and requested it would get there in 3 days hence the option offered -3 DAY SELECT- so I am tracking said package online even paying the extra 4 dollars so it would arrive on time. I looked today and someone somewhere in a UPS office was basically like no, I don't really feel like getting this package there in 3 days so we're going to change their order to ground just for the *** of it. We looked online today to see where the package was a low and behold the order was changed from 3 day select to ground. Which means the package won't arrive until Monday basically missing the persons birthday entirely. I could not care less if UPS refunded the four dollars but the fact that someone in their company can just decide one day to screw with the order you paid for is just a disgrace. Then they don't even want to solve the problem and *** out the people within the company, it's all about saving your own *** and not taking responsibility. Just get my package there when I say I want it there, I'm paying money for this and for them to not even give a *** I might as well stick to using the United States Postal Service.

I am dealing with this same issue. I tried calling but could not get anyone who spoke fluent English. Why is it that Fed Ex can find my house, DHL can find my house but not UPS?

I had to send a chain and couple of dresses to my sister for her daughter's first bday. UPS charged me $93 with insurance and tracking and collected UK 100 pounds as customs. Which they never told me before shipping neither evidence they paid customs. If you are a international carrier, you should know, item above certain value be charged customs, you inform customer. Their customer service manager was like very disrespectful and did not even try listening to issue and hung up on me. I am no more going to UPS and make sure each every contact of mine stays away from this company.

UPS is the worse

I paid for 2 Packages on Aug 29th. UPS said the picked up 2 packages at the address but there was no scan of pre printed bills. After 5 days I received a call that the packages had not been delivered by the receiver. I called UPS they were not helpful at all. They could only tell me that UPS did pick 2 packages but when I checked the tracking numbers via UPS web site no shipping had started. after 4 hours of trying to understand I finally gace up and begged them just to go back and pick up the packages. I was promised a call back. Didn't happen. Called back explained again and now waiting again for call back. Correct solution would have been: Sorry for that we will immediately pick up the packages and ship over night for our mistake. NOT! I will never never never recommend nor use UPS again. And will tell all about this bad experience.

UPS in Greensboro, North Carolina - Falsified tracking records,

UPS attempted to deliver a package on Friday, August 29th. I was out of the house for less than 5 minutes and I missed them. They were supposed to attempt a delivery on Tuesday, September 2. So, I made sure that there would be someone home at all times during the day. No one showed up! I found my info notice from the 29th, and went online to check the tracking. It says they attempted to deliver it at 6:04 pm on Tuesday. Lies! I was home, my son was home, my husband was home. No one knocked on the door, no info notice was left, nothing. I called to complain and ask where my package was currently located. I also explained that the driver never attempted to deliver on Tuesday. The customer service representative was such a nonchalant ***. "Well the system says a delivery attempt was made yesterday." I don't care what the system says, I'm telling you NO ONE showed up yesterday. Plus, my son was outside playing. So, I was working near the window and I was checking on him frequently. It would pretty hard to miss a large UPS truck in my driveway or at the end of my driveway if they had ever attempted to deliver. Now, they claim that my package is on the truck again and that the final delivery attempt would be made today. I have a feeling that they are going to be a no-show again. If they expect me to drive to pick up the package when I paid for delivery service, they can kiss my ***, and deal with my bank when I dispute the charge due to their not delivering on the service I paid for.

Ups - Package Review from Atlanta, Georgia

My package was not delivered on the date it said. I call the after the weekend and supposedly it's on it's second attempt. Never came again. I call the next day, first I'm told it was requested by me to be delivered 5 days later. I never requested that. So to undo that I had to have the local ups contact me and that's when I finally hear that a loose dog was why it wasn't delivered. They had already left that day but would try the next day. An hour later I get a call that says they again couldn't deliver it because of a dog. Well, maybe if they had told me they were bringing it that day instead of the next I could have been there or made arrangements. They suck
