Late Delivery Review

Well.. It looks like lately ups is delivering late. I had 2 packages to be delivery today sept. 15. 2014. But now it said it will be for tomorrow. No more ups !!

Ups - Package Review

I ordered a package online and was never delivered. I checked tracking info and guess what it shows delivery at 3pm. Package placed by front door it says. So I checked my 24 7 night vision cameras and my backed up videos. Why didn't I see the ups guy truck or box? I guess my camera can't detect ups people. Now I'm shopping for new cameras. Unless ups is full of *** and lie and write false delivery paperwork. Hummm I wonder

UPS in Edinburgh, Scotland - UNRELIABLE DELIVERY SERVICE

I was at home with my friends & family and no one pressed the door bell or buzzer.When we went downstairs later to check our letter box.We saw a card saying it is their 2nd attempt to deliver my parcel & that is a lie.The courier driver lied & i called UPS the next morning to re deliver my parcel.They said its the 3rd attempt & they have sent it back.That is very disgusting,it is a very unreliable service for a company like that.I explained everything to the customer service advisor and he told me to make this complain.I do not know why UPS will employ a driver that will act this way.

UPS reported my AT&T equipment order undeliverable, based on the address--the same address that the phone company has been mailing bills to for the last 50+ years. It seems that address has an outcounty letter prefix, from an older mailing system. It's never been a problem with the Post Office, and it never was a problem with UPS drivers and managers who have worked in county for a month or more. But the UPS bot runs things now, and so I have to wait another week for phone service. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7qnd-hdmgfk That, or there were too many left turns involved.

UPS in New Jersey - THE WORSE DELIVERY SERVICE EVER

I PURPOSELY STAYED HOME AFTER CHECKING ON LINE WHEN MY PACKAGE WAS TO BE DELIVERED THE 1ST DAY A SLIP AMAZING APPEARED IN MY DOOR NO ONE RANG DOOR BELL OR KNOCKED /2ND DAY THE SLIPED STATED THEY WILL DELIVERED BETWEEN 2 AND 5PM I WENT IN FRONT OF MY HOME AND SAT THERE FROM 1:30PM TO 6 :10PM NO SIGHT OF UPS I THEN WENT BACK INTO MY HOME AND CALLED UPS GAVE THEM TICKECT INFO WAS TOLD DRIVER STILL OUT I WILL RECIEVE MY PACKAGE BEFORE 7PM I WAITED TIL 7:30PM STILL NO UPS I CALLED UPS BACK I WAS TOLD AGAIN DRIVER IS STILL OUT ON THE ROAD I WILL RECIEVE MY PACKAGE 8PM STILL NO UPS I CALLED UPS AGAIN WAS TOLD THAT DRIVER ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER PACKAGE AND I WAS NOT HOME THE DRIVER WAS A LIAR AND SOME. UPS is not under paid by all means. My dad retired from there after 30 yrs.

the guys that deliver to your house has over 100 stops a day to deliver more people's stuff just like Fed Ex.

Difference in pay differs between UPS and Fed ex is b/c UPS is union an Fed ex is not. So if you think making $75k+ a year is underpaid then you have no brain.

Even when you're home, Drivers come to the door to attach missed delivery note, but won't knock or ring the doorbell for heavy items. When called, they suggest will-call so that you have to come pick it up, or wait until next delivery. I hate these ***! Filing complaints is worthless. Aside from poor service, they steal! Disgusting! Businesses who utilize them will not be getting my business in the future! Why pay for delivery only to receive your package when/if they decide to deliver if they don't keep it themselves, forcing you to file insurance claims for lost items.

UPS Customer Service Incapable of Problem Solving

I called UPS customer service to change the address of a parcel in transit. I knew from a Google search that this service was available through UPS My Choice, which I had registered through but which, after going through the steps to change the address, kept indicating that my payment method was incorrect. This, despite the fact that I tried 5 different credit and debit cards (not linked to the same bank account... called my bank to verify that the problem was not on their end... verified my correct billing address, etc.). Long story short: I knew the problem was the UPS website and NOT the billing method. So, I called a UPS agent. Diana 2216. I simply explained that I wanted to change the address for a delivery that was in progress. I was told under no circumstances could this change be made. I was told, in a very blasé tone, that I could only contact the sender to make this change. Um, what?? I just saw that this option is very clearly available through a quick Google search. So, I tell her that I see the delivery address can in fact be made for a parcel that is in transit for which there is a tracking number through the UPS My Choice service. 'Well, yes,' she says, 'but it would be complicated to start an account because you've just moved and changed your address.' Actually, it wasn't difficult at all - the crazy thing is that I still have my old address memorized... Incredible, I know. I tell Diana 2216 that I have an account and that I see on the computer screen right in front of me that I can make the change. She only wants to talk about how UPS customer service cannot help me and that I can only contact the sender. Literally, this is all she wants to talk about. I ask to speak with a supervisor. René 2652 was very polite. Unfortunately politeness doesn't get addresses changed. He demanded that I log out of UPS My Choice and wait 5 minutes. Done. When logging back in, he proceeds to tell me that if I cannot click directly on the tracking number on the homepage, that means that the option to change the address has been blocked by the sender (all I have to do is click on the name of the sender to open the window to change the address). So, I teach René how to troubleshoot to click on the name of the sender and not the tracking number to change the address when in transit. Now I explain that there seems to be a problem with the website because none of my credit cards were being accepted. Of course he wants to tell me my credit cards are the problem. No, René, they are not. 'If you think it is a tech problem, I can transfer you to tech,' he tells me. I have to be placed on hold for this. Then he comes back after several minutes. Unfortunately the tech office is closed. Convenient. René and Diana did no trouble-shooting. They have done no customer service. They have tried to displace the burden of processing the address change to the sender and blatantly tried to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. Literally, Google was more helpful than René and Diana. René was satisfied to tell me to call the tech services when they open on Monday morning, clearly much too early (I was calling on a Friday) to change the address before delivery. I ended up linking my UPS My Choice account to my paypal account under "Payment Preferences" before now going back and entering the new address to make the change. This fortunately bypassed the glitch in the website that wasn't processing credit card payments. Thankfully, I am a reasonably intelligent individual and well capable of trouble-shooting. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the employees at UPS customer services. If you have a question about a UPS delivery, ask ANYONE before calling UPS customer services; a stranger on the street is likely to be more helpful.

UPS - 800 customer service

while trying to reach customer service on 800 number I was put into a survey about a vacation. this may have been alright if I had been interested. but I was given no option to get out or end the *** thing and after being forced to take it in hopes of actually reaching the people I called for It then switched me over to what ever company it is that is running this scam which was obviously sanctioned by UPS. I told them that I had no desire to talk to them and just wanted ups. their response was I had to hang up and call the same number again. which put me right back to square one. If I wanted to apply to this scam I would have called them to start with. I just wanted to know about my package.

UPS needs to upgrade their BS department

Customer support told me a package was undeliverable my old address where they tried to deliver. Problem being the shipper has never known my previous address and has sent 8 plus items to me at the correct address which I have resided over 13 months. Have done business with the shipper only 3 months, so, how the *** was the shipper suppose to use an old address they have no knowledge of. Take responsibility for your own actions UPS instead of cheap first grader excuses blaming your own customer. Your lie was as cheap and inconvenient as your service.
