UPS in Price, Utah - Paying top dollar for flea market type service

UPS ARE LIARS AND THIEVES! They, themselves, put it in writing. The service says "Next Day Air" Guaranteed Overnight Delivery. THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE. This service is weather permitting. There is absolutely NOTHING guaranteed from UPS at all, except the fact that they will charge you for Next Day, not be able to deliver, and keep or STEAL, the money you have paid them for a the service that, they couldn't provide. I understand if weather causes a delay and the service is down graded, but at the same time, the cost needs to be down graded to match the service they were able to provide. If it takes 2 days to get there, that is NOT Next Day Guaranteed. That is 2nd Day Air which is what they should be charging for service. They call it Next Day Guaranteed Service, but in the description, it is anything but that. See it for yourself right here. http://www.ups.com/media/en/terms_service_us.pdf There are some 3rd graders in that corporate office trying to write these tariffs, and they being proofread by 1st graders. I will be happy to send these people an English dictionary, but I will send it via FedEx. If you encounter this error in their system, be sure to call customer service. Tell them you are only going to pay for what you got from them and do not hang uip until the credit is issued. If they steal $15.00 from every one of their customers they could pay off the national debt. DO NOT LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU!!!!!

UPS - Parcel "floating" around the world!
Trying to send samples to an important potential customer, in Italy. The parcel was dispatched, went from the UK to Germany, then to Denmark and then back to Germany?!! 7 days later it is in Germany........ not Italy! I could of delivered it myself, it may of been easier and actually reached the customer!! My customer is unhappy, i'm embarrassed - not a good combination!! I have probably now lost this customers business and will go else where. To say I'm angry is an understatement. It is your service to deliver the parcels on time and in good condition. You have severely damaged my opinion on UPS service. I am now waiting for a call from the depot to explain to me why this has happened. However I will not be surprised if I don't receive a call as they hate to admit they have made a mistake. Chris

Ups - Delivery Service Review

It was an Amazon order which suppose to be delivered by the end of today. The package end up at my neighbors front door after I tracked the delivery status and walked down the street to check each of my neighbors doors. (It's not the first time) I called ups cs since this isn't the first time and I have concerns for the miss delivery by the driver. The first representative asked me to call Amazon to report the issue. (Since when Amazon owns UPS?). When I asked the representative's name, his Mic started to have static noise. (We talked about 10 minutes, never had any static noise. I wondered why all of sudden I wasn't able to even hear his name? ). Sure enough, I got disconnected right after. Not to give up, called UPS CS again to express my concerns. This time the representative told me the driver used his best judgement to leave the package in front of my neighbors door. (Again, I was at home waiting. The driver did not ring my bell but instead left a package to my unavailable neighbor.) I'm sorry, but that was a lame excuse. The second representative also instructed me to write a delivery instruction next time. (Instruction? Instruction for their driver to check the correct house number before delivery? REALLY?). Seriously, how hard is it for UPS to admit their mistakes. I wonder if UPS received enormous amount of complains, and thats why their responses were extremely defensive.

Ups - Package Review

UPS made an effort to deliver my ordered package a total of three times while I wasn't home. I called them directly and requested that they hold the items at their depot so that I could come get them myself. I was told the only way they would do that is if I paid them an additional $40 (in addition to the shipping charges I already paid) so that they could change my delivery request. I didn't pay the extra money and so they returned everything to the sender, even though the final day I took off work to stay at home and wait for the delivery (which, obviously, never came because they decided to return it instead).

UPS in Washington, District Of Columbia - LOST MONEY AND TIME

UPS said the package was "out for delivery'. I called prior to UPS closing and they said I would get my package that day. A couple of hours later, the package was no longer "out of delivery", but in "transit." I needed the items that day to pick a flight in the morning and take the items. No one could help. I will NEVER again use UPS. The service is poor, the staff is incapable of offering solutions, and they made me lost time and money. I cancelled Amazon Prime (where I ordered the items) altogether. Will use other services.

Allen Texas UPS store employees have their head in their......

Received a package from Colorado and had to return it to the sender. I took it to the Allen Texas UPS Store, had the UPS shipper document in hand, and handed it all to the employee. Two days later the package showed up on my door. The employee didn't use the new shipping label to cover the old label, and there ya have it. If you ever have to use UPS, which I don't recommend, remove all labels on the outside of the box yourself. If you trust them to do their job, then I have a bridge in Arizona to sell you. UPS sucks!

I NOTICE THERE'S NO PLACE TO LEAVE A COMPLAINT ON THE UPS WEBSITE ABOUT SERVICE ANYWHERE. FOR GOOD REASON. YOUR DRIVERS ARE LAZY LIARS AND THE WOMAN WHO HANDED ME MY PACKAGE IN FLAGSTAFF, AZ ENDED OUR "CONVERSATION" BY TELLING ME I SUCK. I HATE UPS PASSIONATELY AND WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO GET MY MAIL ORDER MEDS DELIVERED BY THE USPS. I GO IN AND OUT OF MY FRONT DOOR EVERY DAY TO COLLECT MAIL. YESTERDAY THERE WERE THREE NOTICES ON THE DOOR, WHICH I COULD NOT HAVE MISSED IF THEY HAD BEEN PLACED THERE ON THE DAYS NOTED.

UPS in Miami, Florida - OVERALL POOR SERVICE

Every time I have to deal with UPS it's a hassle and I am always inconvenienced by the drivers and delivery times. They rarely come within the gaping 4-hour window provided and sometimes do not deliver at all that day. Several times they have left notices on the door that no one was home, when in fact I sit by the front door waiting because I've learned over the years that this is a little ploy of theirs if the weather is not so good or if the package is heavy...ESPECIALLY if the package is heavy. There have also been times when I have left a signed note on the door for the package to be left in a certain area, ~ one where no one can see, ~ and again I will find a notice on the door. When calling customer service, I am told that it is "up to the driver's discretion." Well, it's not his *** package!!! It's not up to him/her what to do with MY property or to go against my instructions. OVERALL, THIS IS A TERRIBLE SHIPPING COMPANY AND I CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY HAVEN'T BEEN DRIVEN OUT OF BUSINESS BY THEIR COMPETITORS OR COMPLETELY ABANDONED BY DISGRUNTLED CONSUMERS.
