UPS in Brooklyn, New York - LAZY AND UNRELIABLE

order 2 packages, got my conformation emails on the 19th for one, the 20th for the other..... its the 24th... still cant track my packages and there was no notice on my door saying it was an attempted delivery. one even said it was delivered. i need to switch to fedex. im tired of this. it happened last time i ordered two albums . i had to go to the post office and pick up my packages, than found the pink letter in my mailbox the next day. cant deal with them anymore. how can i switch to fedex? anything but these guys again

UPS - Never again, ignorant with no apology

I booked with UPS through Parcel2go. They didn't turn up at the Parcel Shop and I only found out this when I went to drop some more parcels and there it was on the floor. After complaining bitterly to their online chat personnel I was told that they would arrange someone to collect it again. But this was only after several chats. They told me to email the 'chat' to my customer. This would mean having to get his email address but those of you who know eBay will know they vet out email addresses. I had to refund my customer and I'm awaiting a negative on eBay. I have asked several times for UPS to contact me. I'm still waiting. I am not holding my breath. Utter Rubbish.

UPS in Calgary, Alberta - Driver lying about delivery attempt

First attempt to deliver: I missed it and driver left notice on door. Ok. Second attempt: I waited all day by front door. My children played outside on driveway. They run in to tell me that the truck just drove by the house and stopped at neighbour's house. I thought he will make that stop first and then my delivery. Nope. He drives off. I have a broken ankle so I couldn't sprint after the truck to get my package. Then I check my online tracking info: it says second attempt was made and no one answered. This is a complete lie as my children were right there and I stood in my open front door staring at his truck a few houses down. Calling customer service, i received the most polite answers they could give in the situation but because the escalation to supervisor process took so long, the driver was on his way back to the depot and I'd have to wait till the next day. This is why the drivers enter fake delivery attempts: because UPS has not forced them to go back at the end of their shift if they make a mistake. They get away with it. When asked where my second notice is, they couldn't answer. I got the nicest apologies when I said I have CCTV at my house and I could submit the video recording proving that he never actually came to the door. I want a refund on my $30 fee. This is unacceptable.

Yet again, UPS driver puts "First Delivery Attempt..." LAZY UPS DRIVER

First delivery attempt. A second attempt will be made on the next business day - September 23, 2014 5:25:00 PM Oh wait, it's a package that can be taken to the front door and left just like all other packages... no note left saying another attempt would be made tomorrow. So in summary, the lazy UPS driver just falsified a reason not to bring the package. I used to NEVER hear issues with UPS until a couple years ago. Either Amazon has stretched their drivers more than they can handle, or UPS seriously needs to do some better hiring procedures.

We might finally call someone to deliver it. Just kidding our drivers are all lazy f*ckers. Please be patient about it, Cause literally there is nothing you can do." Roses are red, violets are blue. Don't let your sex drive fail you, just because your wife looks like a shriveled prune. Or UPS men will *** your wife. TL;DR: UPS is the worst company ever. If you are waiting for a baby delivery from India to the US, it will takes 15 years, so by the time you get the package you'll have a teenager instead of an infant.

Lazy drivers, horrible service. They say they ring your door bell with no answer when you've been at home all day specifically waiting for them to show up. First time I thought maybe I didnt hear the door bell second time absolutely not. I have no issues with Fedex, they find the front door and bell just find. Not sure why this seems to be a problem for UPS.

UPS - Launch Day to 6 weeks later!! iPhone 6.

I can not begin to tell you how upset I am with the customer service with UPS. Basically I ordered on launch day an iPhone 6 plus. Got my tracking number the morning of deliver on Sept 19. You can imagine how excited I was. Long story short they said our address was incomplete which it wasn't. They never went to the office where packages are delivered, I know this cause I had people on stand by waiting. No slip, no contact, no try again the next day. Within the next two hours they shipped it back to the sender, whose policy is to put inventory back into the warehouse if it is returned. So now after over 16 hours in four days of trying I still have no iPhone.

I had the exact same issue, i was told by ups the package is lost and the driver is now on vacation. no delivery attempts were ever made i called apple they opened an investigation with ups.

The phone never made it to my city.

I also was told an incomplete address which was BS! I say call apple have them resolve it with ups and apple should provide a refund or send a replacement.

UPS - ANOTHER LAZY DRIVER = NO PACKAGE FOR ME!!!

Have spent several days at home right by the front door. Driver has used excuse of "incorrect address" when my address is absolutely correct..Have lived here 7 yrs and all previous UPS drivers had no issue finding my house an Fed Ex drivers find it just fine too..Now it appears driver has decide to have my package shipped back to sender. Driver obviously lazy and simply did not want to be bothered with my package. I wasted many days of my time, had to cancel a doctors appointment because of this..I am so DONE with UPS..I will do whatever it takes to NEVER send or receive a package from these people EVER again!! I have also had previous issues with items being completely demolished by UPS employees during shipping - when they got to me..they were worthless (one being a $500 portable AC unit).

Ups - Cancelled Account Charges Review

They have the worst customer service. They charged me the 40 dollars on the my choice premium account i cancelled a year ago on the card that was removed from the account after I signed up with them. I called and was told I would have a refund in 3 to 5 business days. 5 business days went by and no refund showed on my credit card. So I called again and was told that the first person Screwed up and didn't process the refund and it was now processed and would be 2 to 3 more business days on the fourth business day I called again and neither person I spoke to was helpful or would do anything to help other than to offer a paper check that would take 15 business days to get to me. So 5 weeks to get money back from ups because your company *** up. There is no excuse for it and I should have had my 40 dollar refund immediately since they were crediting back a card. I will never recommend this service to anyone nor will I use ups again unless I have no choice in the matter. My business will go to FedEx or to the post office. A very very dissatisfied ex customer. Again why should I have wait 5 weeks to receive money I should have had immediately? ??? And I doubt your company ever intended to even credit back the money to me.

Awful service from ups

I was home when the UPS truck came. I never heard the bell, no knock. Saw the truck pull away with a card left on my door to go and collect the package. ( I don't drive and have a bad leg). I called UPS number they told me they will try to reach the driver and call me back. No call, I called three times and I got the same story. No call back, no ups man, no package. It is utterly unfair that I paid 10 pounds only to watch the driver drive away without having made an effort. They never gave me the option for a redelivery as all they said was they will try to reach the driver. That was 8 hours ago.
