UPS - AT&T Pre-order Drama for iPhone 6 Plus

I just made my 4th call and cancelled my 2 iPhone 6 plus orders due to their lack or organization of my orders. I ordered 2 within minutes on the 12th and only 1 phone was processed. I made 4 calls and finally after frustrations and Indian speaking people trying to assist me, I just cancelled the order. It amazes me that AT&T would not get this entire pre-order process right yet having been doing this for so many years with so many orders. The AT&T CEO must be a big dummy and only cares about how much money he/she will receive with the orders and 2 year agreements they get. The Indian folks that answered my calls were wonderful. How does their CEO get this job and keep it when he/she is clearly not qualified? Wish I had a job where I was not held accountable for my actions to my paying customers. Going to go online to look for an job openings to get a gig like they have. Wish me luck!!!

Ups - Delivery Service Review from Denver, Colorado

Ups is garbage. They told me my package which required a signature would be at my home, not a business by 5 pm. They came at 11 am and no one was there due to there tracking service. Now I can't pick up my package for 3 more days. Something I needed here on friday. So I called the customer service and had some dude basically yelling and arguing with me over the phone. He says most delivery are to business so I should have had someone there to recieve. If I had been Givin a proper time frame this could have been avoided. Now there is nothing I can do but wait until Monday when I have to go pick it up. Never again will I use the *** heads in brown!

UPS won't deliver to my house

We have a long driveway, Ups seems to have a lot of excuses of why they can't come up my drive .#1 there is to much ice #2 to much snow #3 to hot # to cold #4 trees need trimmed . So they just leave my packages tied to my paper box,I can not see the box from my home,anyone can just take it. Our drive is always plowed when there is snow,Trees were trimmed back. I'm sorry that we don't have a paved driveway for your trucks to use , it's on my wish lists! I've had the neighbors packages delivered here so many times and they have had mine.My question is why do I have to pay for this service? I have never had a problem with FEDX, they come right to my front door and ring my door bell! Wow what a good service . I have spoke to a number of UPS supervisors to no Advil,a total waste of time. As bad as the economy is you would think you would get better service ! Lazy

UPS - COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT IN MESQUITE TEXAS

The idiots said my zip code was wrong, even though I live across the street from the post office and receive mail every day! So they pulled an OLD address off the internet that is 65 miles from my home to send it to. When questioned they put an exception on the shipping notes so that when the driver got to that destination he would see it was flagged to be brought back to the hub.....where I was told I could pick up the package. Well it was then "accidentally" sent to a city 75 miles in the opposite direction and now I am being told it will be Monday delivery at my home. The hub even deleted the first screw up from the delivery notes online to cover their ***! They do not even know how I can reach the corporate office, which is the biggest crock of BS I ever heard!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER again use UPS and I will tell everyone I know NOT to use them as well. This is utter incompetence and is completely unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UPS in Los Angeles, California - IPhone 6 Delivery Delay

Preordered the new phone 6 10 minutes after it went live, guaranteed delivery 9/19/14 by end of day. This morning, UPS sends me a confirmation email about my 'package' coming today. This afternoon I check UPS website with my tracking number-now rescheduled until 9/22/14! No notification or any reason given. I can wait on the phone no problem, my issue is with the *** customer service-and I am a premium My Choice member, which evidently doesn't mean jack ***. It left Ontario, CA last night at 7:20 local time, and apparently fell into a worm hole and ended up in some other dimension. I have Coworkers and friends who received theirs via UPS and FedEx and who preordered MUCH later than I did, so WTF? EPIC fail, UPS

I had the same thing happen to me.

I stayed up late to preorder the iPhone 6 plus so it would arrive on friday 9/19/14. Earlier that week, i checked the tracking number on UPS and everything was on schedule.

On friday my package said out for delivery.

I was stuck home all day to sign for a package that never came.

I called UPS and they have no reason why this happened. Now the package is supposed to arrive on Monday 9/22.

If it doesn't, i'm sure they lost it.

Same thing happened to me! Guaranteed delivery 9/19 but it ended up on the wrong coast...

After hours of calls to customer service with both UPS and Apple I was able to get Saturday delivery. However, just checked (9/20, 8AM) and it's still two states away!!!

UPDATE: I was just told that UPS lost it again! Supposedly it made it on the plane... but wasn't there when it landed?!?!?!

UPS - Lost Katy Perry Concert Tickets

I ordered 2 concert tickets (was worth $300) from a trusted website to attend a Katy Perry Concert in Phoenix. The package was shipped on September 1, 2014 and arrived in Tempe two days later. At that point, I was under the impression they were going to deliver it soon. Someone stole the tickets. I reported it to both UPS and the seller on September 12th. UPS started an investigation and searched for a week without finding the package. UPS called me about it three times and did not apologize. The seller provided replacement tickets and apologized for the inconvenience. I expect more from UPS since it's their fault. I will never use UPS again.

By far the most frustrating group of employees I have ever dealt with... Ordered two recliner chairs from Costco with promised home delivery. There're just as bad. Scheduled for sept 9 waited all day. At 7 pm I call and told " oh he's coming sometimes they deliver until 11pm....imagine...anything to shut me up. Three days after that I was promised that it was going to be delivered. Then told they lost the two huge recliners????? Then at the end of the fourth day I was told I was three km outside of their delivery area..really!!! Had to pay my neighbour to take his truck and help me pick them up...Costco has been told that no more business from me while UPS is the primary delivery service for residential .... Worst and I mean the worst customer service I have ever experienced... *** *** ***!!!

UPS in San Bruno, California - Slow shipping

Slowest standard shipping as compared to USPS and FedEx. Always show up at difficult times, never allow for alternate pick up if missed. And they do not deliver on weekends. The drivers are extremely slow, never have the package in allocated window. Cost is way to expensive for any shipping service Website is terribly mapped out, UPS my choice is really annoying to use. The customer service is terrible, and the representatives never help Packages are always left in plain sight, yes I come from a very high crime rate city. They think that hiding the package means taking my fairly large box and putting the welcome mat over it makes it hidden... If I had the choice I would NEVER use UPS.

UPS - Customer Service is the worst

seller paid for two days delivery and ups airplane had a mechanical faliure and they told me several lies over many calls at the end, when it finally arrive to the location some agent told me the only option was to pick it up, then i call later ask for a supervisor not even her was able to do anything, she gave a number of a center that answer once and told me custumer service doesnt even have to do nothing with the stores where packages are!! and then gave me another number which never answer at all, then after trying many times all of the numbers, i called back to these "customer service (1-800-742-5877)" and they even hang up when i ask for this Cristina the "supervisor", to pick up they have to call me between and hour they said that at 6 am still waiting, so in conclution customer service doesnt work they are not even capable of doing nothing at allllllll!!!!!!!! they can just see the packages the same than you with the traking number but they dont even have contact with the delivery people or the stores so i worthlesss, from now on any other only i will telll the seller not to send it by ups, and if the case i am not buying it.
