Ups - Delivery Review

I was suppose to have a package delivered. The first ups came I got a note saying I had to sign for it but they didn't knock on the door. The second time it was marked it said they would be here between 2-5pm the next day.I was home and waited no knock nothing. Come to find out they was here at 12:40pm. I found the note in the flower garden. My question is how am I supposed to know they are here if they DO NOT knock on my door! I had to go get my package. I am not happy with they're services at all!!!!

UPS - USP Is always a disaster.

The first time I tried to get a delivery from them, the package was said to have no Apartment number on it. Funny how they mailed it right to my mailbox. Upon pickup of said package right out of my way by one hour's drive, my address was correct to a t. The second time? I took off school for the day to make sure to get the package on the last day and he did not even bother to knock. The first time I submitted a complaint with no real sense of interest on the company's part to fix the problem, remprimand the driver, or even make me feel better. The second time the lady at least attempted to contact the driver to come back. I hate these lazy *** delivery drivers.

The tracking page told me that my street number in my address was wrong. i live in the middle of town. its easy to find but the driver was too lazy to deliver my package. when i called them they couldnt help me. my package is on the truck and close to my house but they will not contact their drivers. i will never use UPS again. i will not order anything online that uses UPS. they are a horrible company that will not take care of the customer and will not do the job they were paid to do. they suck

UPS - the first experience and for sure is my last with this company

The package arrived to my country in a day and I was pleased, but from that time I´m waiting for 8 days and I still haven´t got my package. When I tried to contact a responsible person, he replayed that he doesn´t know why it lasts so long. After I sent another email to ask when they are able to deliver the package, he didn´t replay so I tried to call him, but unsuccessfully. It was the same with the office. It seems to me that they don´t care about customers at least in my country. I´m so disappointed with the company and for sure I won´t use it anymore.

UPS - Review

Ups was supposed to deliver my son's bike on Tuesday! Been phoning ever since, just to be lied to and hung up on by ups, the manager twice promised it would arrive by midday the following day, still not here! Phoned toys r us who then called ups who told them it's been lost in transit! They are sending a new bike with a trustworthy courier tomorrow! Lost I'm transit? More like stollen by the untrustworthy UPS

Very upset for not delivering to the proper address!

I was expecting a package today from Amazon. I was home all morning till 1pm when I had an urgent errand to do, from 1pm to 3pm. I am a retired woman caring for my husband with Parkinson's The nurse that come and help after five stayed with him, he can't be left unattended, so I can check the front of the house where our neighbors live. We live in the rear of this big house. I am upset because I didn't want to leave that box in the front of the house in case it would be lost or stolen, not knowing it was so heavy until I lifted it, so I strained myself and lifted that heavy box, (14.83 kg), almost hurt myself, hurt my back to bring it in my apartment, at the age of 70. I was exhausted and couldn't believe that it was not at least delivered to my front door. By the way, my address is 16 B Wright st Chelmsford, ma 01863 and NOT 16 (our neighbors). email says delivered at front door. A very upset and hurt customer!

UPS LOST IPHONE 6 PACKAGE

I was tracking my package daily. My package was in Alaska for 3 whole days. Then they said my package would be delayed for about a day. About 2 days later, my package went to LA? When it was supposed to be delivered to Canada. Apparently it was sorted wrong. Then i waited for 4 days and still no sign of my package. Then i contacted UPS customer service and they didnt know where my package was either. They gave such horrible service, they did not help at all to fix the situation. The only thing they told me to do was to contact Apple. Then i contacted Apple and they are giving me a replacement iphone 6 which is coming 2 weeks later -.- UPS is a *** company and is super unorganized. i would give them a 1/10 .

I Am pissed off too!!!!! it says that my delivery was left in the mail room 2 days ago in my building.

Signed by mail room!!! not even the name of the person!!! The mail room people said they did not receive it.

Now I am waiting on the line for 20 minutes for a *** explanation!! I am mad as ***

I am having the same issue. Ups told me that a ups worker must have stole it and to contact apple. Horrible customer service and yes I am a pissed off consumer as well.

UPS - So Annoyed!

"I am so annoyed with UPS - they come once to deliver a package but they mark "2nd attempt", since they did not leave a notice the first time - they are a very DISHONEST company. Will inform the supplier not to use UPS for shipping - or will not order from this online site again. This has happened about 4 times now. Then they charge a brokerage fee - which when contacting the supplier, they didn't know this would be charged over and above all the fees they already charge. Very disappointed - will avoid any future mailings through this company.

At best honesty about the delivery - don't say it was your second attempt when it wasn't. Have experienced this 4 times now. Won't make any future purchases from any site that uses UPS for delivery - will also notify the supplier.

I am very disappointed in UPS. They screwed up not one buy two of my shipments.

I questioned if I would ever go to UPS after they lost 1 of 3 packages sent to me. Unfortunately the $1000 value of the package wasn't insured so I was out money. Fast forward 2 months, and I send a package next day ($ 133 cost). I insured it for $1000 and give instructions it has to get there or its worthless. I insured it to make sure it would get there. I give clear instructions the recipient had a hearing impairment a phone call was needed. The UPS store tried to assist me and told me they were told the driver is too busy, he doesn't have to call. Do you want to have a happy client, or do you want to play pompous driver and leave without delivering the package. UPS didn't make the delivery in time so I has a worthless delivery that never made it there. UPS wouldn't pay the insurance b/c the package wasn't lost or damaged. I guess the fact that they caused it to be worthless by not delivering it wasn't insurance worthy. No accountability or integrity. I will never use them again. I will go to Federal Express, and I can insure you I will work diligently to insure Federal Express gets the business that would have gone to UPS had they cared about my issue that they called. I will for sure be well in excess of $1000 that the lose will cause them. Vincent Furlani 239-293-8852

Since I didn't insure the first package that was lost, it is my issue. I insured the package this past Friday because of the experience I had two months earlier. I expect to get my $1000 that I insured plus the $133 delivery charge for the delivery.

UPS Package "DROP" off.

UPS delivered a new lawn mower I had ordered online. Since there were no cars in the driveway and the UPS driver was apparently in a hurry, he didn't bother to check to see if I was home, nor did he bother to notice the eight security cameras recording his every move. He hoisted the box over my six foot gate & let it go! He couldn't see what was on the other side of the gate but obviously didn't care. He missed a classic show car by inches but broke the mower's fall with a portable air compressor that was behind the gate. The mower was packed extremely well so it survived, my gate and compressor were both damaged. No response to my complaint. Thanks UPS! Apparently I was extremely lucky as it could have been much worse. UPS doesn't care because they don't need to.

Dave; Please forgive me for being unaware that you required proof of my claims. However to answer your question the footage is still on my DVR hard drive.

To avoid further distress I will archive them to a DVD and upload them to Youtube. You can download the videos from there then send them to the forensic lab of your choice to verify authenticity.

Oh wait, I could just get a UPS truck somewhere, hire an actor that looks identical to the UPS employee, dress him up in a UPS uniform and have him act out the scenario exactly as I described...

record it from several angles and claim that was the actual event. Since that would be so simple and easy my claims are invalid and I should be ashamed of myself for writing such a derogatory statement about a perfect company that is merely there to serve the public.

Seriously? Other than satisfying you, what purpose would it serve to search the HDD for the precise moment of the event, copy multiple viewing angles then upload them for only you merely to claim they were somehow edited?

I don't have a problem with it other than it's a complete waste of my time and effort with absolutely nothing to gain. Try explaining what possible benefit could come of it.

UPS isn't even the slightest bit interested.
