First package - ups driver says it was delivered to ups store. Store denies it was delivered

Second package - delivered to ups store. Store demands $75 for pickup

Third package - expedited Saturday delivery of same items as packages 1 & 2. UPS says there was a sorting error so package will not be delivered until sometime next week

Of particular concern is that the packages were credit cards. The bank now feels that someone at ups is stealing the cards. Ups customer service says sorry, nothing they can do.

I will never do business with ups again!
