OH UPS, No patience, irresponsible and inefficiency at local!

As a service industry, how can a company with such bad service attitude? First, Came to my appartment, never try best to find my name on the list in front of the lobby door, just left without anynotice, i might not be know i have a package arrived if i didn't track online. Second, aften then, i contacted the online chat, someone just replyed me with the attitude just like all fault is mine, without any patient. I told them if they cannot resent me today, i can pick up by myself as this is a hurry package for me. They only answered me "No", oh,come on, why other express can pick up on the same day? If it is so, couldn't you be nice to chat with me? Last, when i called the location, the staff just hanged up my call impolitely. I WILL NEVER AND EVER USE UPS AGAIN!

UPS - Didn't knock, sent package back to sender

Absolute worst service ever. I waited fro my package, on last attempt. I sat by my door, heard no knock whatsoever. By 9pm, realizing my package hadn't arrived, I called UPS. The first customer service agent, Sydney, told me it was in route back to the sender and it was my fault for choosing this company, when asking for a manager she hung up on me. The second agent I talked to told me a manager would call me tomorrow. The manager herself said there was nothing she could do, that the UPS man did knock (insinuating that I was a liar)and that I would have to repay for the package to go out. We will be using Fed Ex from now on.

UPS in Waterloo, Ontario - $400 dollar tablet handed to random person without checking

So the buzzer's going off in my apartment and I know it's probably the UPS guy delivering my $400 tablet. I try to listen in and respond but I don't hear anything, so I decide to go downstairs instead. Just as I head out the door, I see the UPS guy getting out of the elevator and hand the package to a random person waiting for the elevator. I am a female, and the package clearly says my obviously female name, and he just shoves it to a random person who is clearly male without bothering to check for identification. Luckily, I was there to actually witness the scene, and the confused stranger willingly gave me the package— but my god, can you imagine if I weren't home? He'd just give it to the first person he sees.

Thanks for returning my package to my sender after 2 attempts (with very poorly provided notice). Maybe you guys should work on getting things together because when I call customer service to reach the automated tracking system, you say a third attempt will be made the next day, yet you go on to post on your website that you've already made three and it is on their way back to the sender. And your customer service "agents" have no customer service skills at all because all they say is "it's out of our hands. there's nothing we can do". Well, if you f'ed up doing your job, I think you should take full responsibility of your actions. And learn to apologize before a customer says "I'm going to file a complaint". It makes yourselves look a tad bit better, not that it would make a difference. In case I missed my point, YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST.

UPS - 2nd Day Air? or Two Week Air?

i ordered a new laptop from newegg, and paid the 60 bucks for second day air to alaska. UPS must not understand that when someone pays the extra cash to get something faster that THEY NEED, hey should probably get it to them.. i mean *** ups its sitting in your facility so says the internet. But you idiotic delivery personnel just seem to have a lower iq then my 11 year old sister....... and whats with this BS of your offices being open for one hour and thats it? i give UPS a solid rating of YOUR TRASH!!!!!

My package got stolen in my face at ups facility!

I was schedule to pick up a package on a friday at the end of august/2014 when I get there, the slimy guy that approached me had a f*&% up attitude, he asked me my name in a way that he implied it wasn't really my name, I'm from a latin country, i do have a latin accent but my name is fully european, this guy was one of those mexican american that hate latin immigrants, you could read it all over his face, this over 300 pound mexican redneck at the main facility of Los Angeles on the 1800 North block of Main St. in downtown LA, I'm 5'10 and weight 175 pounds with a latin accent, his hate filled the room, and all the other employees acted afraid and uncomfortable around him, they couldn't even look at me or acknowledge me, then after showing my ID and him checking it 3 times he says: Your package is not here, and i tell him the website said it was ready for pick up, and we go back and forth, then suddenly without even touching the comp. keyboard he says: Oh i found it, I'll be right back, and I'm there waiting for 20 something minutes, he comes back and says: What was the contents of your package? and I'm like HUH? WTH??? confused i tell him jewelry and very relaxed he goes: oh no wonder, look somebody cut your package open with what seems to be a box cutter and everything is gone, call your shipper on monday and they will tell you what to do, then he sees my pissed off face and he says: let me call security to see what he says, he pulls out his cellphone dials a number thru the speaker phone twice and both times the voice mail of a cellphone company answer, u know u have called bla, bla, bla, and he tells me again just to call on monday, He couldn't get in touch with security at the main UPS facility in Los Angeles???? PLEASE!!!! I have heard many times from people that know someone at UPS that they steal left and right with no repercussions, i believe it now, today is Oct the 7th, and to today that case has not been resolved, I am down hundreds of dollars and i don't do business anymore with anyone who tries to use UPS to deliver my packages.... anyways USPS and FEDEX are cheaper!!! thank u for reading my crying :)

I am still waiting 2 months and 2nd attempt for the merchant to get higher end furniture to me. The first time we ordered this furniture our packages "disappeared." UPS has changed the zip code 2 times in 2 months losing our furniture.

UPS has sadly become a shady company that I will never ever be doing business with again.

Do not use UPS for valuable items.

Ups - Delivery Schedule Review

They are so incredibly *** it hurts my brain to even attempt to image how they justify operating in such an illogical and irreprehensibly *** manner. So, I saw that my package was scheduled to be delivered to my apartment in between 11:15 and 3:15p. I, like most upstanding intelligent Americans work from 9 to 5, Mon through Fri. So the night before delivery I decided to go ahead and spend the five dollars to have my package left at a UPS store less than a mile from my house. The next day I receive an email stating that my package would not arrive at my local UPS store for another day. So, I call "Customer Service" and say "Why should it take an extra 24 hours to drop my package off less than a mile from its originally intended drop off location?" Their answer "Processing". What year is it again? Oh that's right 2014, we've got the internet, computers in our pockets thousands of times more powerful than a desktop was 5-10 years ago, and cars that run on hydrogen and produce water. For *** sake, i can instantly communicate with nearly anyone on the planet with the press of a few buttons and in 12 hours somehow UPS can't manage to communicate that a singular package needs to be delivered less than a mile from its original location. Utterly amazing. So, right now my package is being "processed" (sitting on a shelf somewhere) and I am apparently not allowed to even come pick it up till it is finished being "processed". I'm so glad I paid five dollars to have my package held hostage for a day. You are the absolute worst at everything you do UPS. I will never ever use UPS ever again.

I believe it is time to take some action. It is apparent that absolutely NO ONE at UPS gives a ******* about the company.

Customer service reps are rude and provide no meaningful resolutions to any problem, drivers are liars and management is always in a meeting. What a shamble of a company!

UPS service stinks!

Keep getting notified by vendors that are orders are being returned or held at a UPS facility because we have requested UPS to do so. UPS or Driver has NEVER notified us that there is any package waiting for pick up. We also had several birthday presents returned because we weren't aware they were being shipped to us, so we were not on the look out. Calling customer service has gotten us absolutely no where. We checked the UPS website and it states that we "requested this package to be held for pickup at the UPS facility." Bull ***! We never got any notice and have absolutely no idea what UPS facility it is being held at!

I called freightquote.com and got a UPS Freight scheduled. It was an almost $600 charge. We were told to be here 12-5. Day one, NO SHOW by UPS..NO phone call from either UPS or freight quote. The next day we were told UPS 'thought' we needed Lift gate, even tho we didn't order one. Whaaat? Day 2 NO SHOW Day 3 NO SHOW weekend....Monday NO SHOW. NO phone call, NO show yet we were told we had to be here between 12-5 which we were 4 business days in a row. No apology, nothing...Just pisssss pooooooor customer service from FREIGHTQUOTE and UPS.... so disappointed..
