UPS in Richmond, Virginia - Iphone 6 Plus Delivery Carton was empty (no iPhone 6 Plus product inside)

I ordered iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Space Gray on 13th Sept '14. The delivery was today (10th Sept '14). Yeah, received the delivery carton from UPS, signed the hand-held device to acknowledge delivery, and opened the carton immediately in the presence of the UPS driver. But there was no iPhone 6 Plus product inside the brown carton box. It was an empty carton that was delivered by UPS. Quite disappointing besides feeling bamboozled. Didn't allow the UPS driver to depart. Asked him to void the delivery transaction. Called UPS at 1800-PICK-UPS and submitted my complaint. They have opened an 'investigaton' without any tangible solution in sight. Called Apple Customer Service at 1800-MY-APPLE and the Apple rep opened an 'investigation' against my web order. No solution in sight. Not sure if the missing iPhone 6 Plus will be delivered Monday. Will not take this lying down. Will pursue vigorously.

My iPhone 6 delivery consisted of a shipping carton that had obviously been tampered with ( damaged box, different tape used to re-close) and inside was the iPhone 6 box with everything except the phone. It obviously was done while in ups's possession, not after delivery.

Same situation happened to me, i bought my mom a iPhone 6, she recieved everything except the iPhone, charger, and headset. UPS workers are scamming the customers that use their service, and no one is doing anything about it

I'm not sure what UPS did wrong here. It sounds like Apple mistakenly sent you an empty box. Those sort of mix-ups happen now and then in warehouses.

UPS ... Just bad business!!!

I was waiting for my item and decided to track it to my surprise they had already made one attempt to deliver mind you they didn't leave any notice (( because they never did)) so I call and ask them to please put a noto that I was going to pick it up the next day, left work early stuck in traffick for 1 1/2hr get there and there is no packages...why?? They didn't do there job once again, they said they attempt to deliver again and once again no type of notification was left.... They lie!!! No sense of responsibility!!! Spoke to a supervisor and to be honest my cat has more brains!!! Why even bother shopping online when UPS is making the expirience a nightmare!!! I still don't have my packge and more than likely I will have to there job and once again go and attemp to get it my self!!!

UPS and their lazy drivers. I paid for 2nd day air delivery with these clowns. They can't find my house but can find my neighbor who they deliver three times a week too. I had called the 800 number only to get the excuse of driver couldn't find my house. I lost it, the lazy *** just didn't want to finish his work. Wrong address my ***, ship with UPS if you want a stress test. When you have a automotive part shipped use USPS or fedex not these clowns at UPS. thanks to the driver not showing up i have already lost out on transport work today and tomorrow. Thanks UPS for *** the little guys out of work. Got charged $30 by Summit for 2nd day air only to get *** out of $400+ in work by UPS.

The drivers change the rules all the time. Sometimes leave my order without any problem, next month he decide to request a signature...even when the label says to leave it at the patio door. Today I called to speak with a manager and she/he insulted me and at the end concluded the driver have the right to leave or not the packets...interesting-UPS is big now but see in some years if the company will be big with drivers continue this awful service. I created a UPS label from my UPS account, dropped my package into UPS drop box and it is lost. I called couple of times and issued a claim to UPS. They asked detail information in the package and also asked me to provide them the invoice of the items in the package....

Iphone 6 Review

I was inside my house waiting for UPS for my iphone 6, driver pull in front on my house and he didn't stop at all, I call the costumer service department for UPS today 10-09-2014 and they told me that my package it's lost..... Somebody took my *** iphone from UPS truck? WTF..... Becarful with this UPS truck driver, they are a *** joke.

Package arrived, no one home. Left ticket on door. Customer Service Representative was called and assured me the package would be redelivered the next day between 2 and 5. I took off work only to have another ticket on door. They had been there at 9 am.Called customer service, they did not care.Said they would redeliver the next day. So another day I have to ***.Rude people and.terrible service.Then they told me if I wanted it delivered to one of the local UPS stores it would be $ 10.00. Never again...... So two days off from work and rude representatives. I will avoi UPS at all cost.

My package was picked up by UPS at 11:39 am on 10/7/14 for an overnight delivery. It is now 1:41 pm on 10/9/14 and no package has been delivered. I have been checking the delivery status since 10/8 in the morning since the package did not arrive by 10:30am the scheduled time. On line package tracking is worthless so I called and was promised the package would arrive on 10/8 by 3:00pm it did not show. I called and was promised by 7:00pm it did not show. I called 10/9 early and was promised it would be delivered by 10:30am it did not show. I called and was promised it would be delivered by 1:00pm and it has not shown yet. I guess when ship a package overnight with UPS you have to designate which night.

UPS in Commerce City, Colorado - Returned to sender & lost at customer center

Twice went to pick up packages at customer center; did not find all packages; returned other one to sender with no notifications this was being done; and after I had actually been there to pick it up! Driver leaves info notice; I call to have held for pickup; go to pick up and they say it's not there; actually it's on truck for delivery; I have their own record of being held on the tracking website. The Commerce City location used to be good. Now I request Fedex whenever possible. They reliably deliver to a Fedex store upon my computer generated request without fail and without paying $40/yr. Extremely frustrating. I have to drive 40mi round trip for these errors, too.

I was in .. The driver didn't even attempt to ring the door bell .. I have waited all day for this parcel and now I am going to have to go through this all over again I even left him a note to say ring the bell several times This service is disgusting
