UPS in Wildwood, New Jersey - They don't listen to customers

One week ago I became an Amazon Prime member and got a benefit to receive all purchases in 2 days for free by this retarded carrier - UPS (otherwise it's USPS). This fast and free delivery turned in 1 day of headache and additional 3 days of delay, so I'm waiting for packages for almost a week. At first they marked my address as undeliverable, cause no appartment number was supplied for a house with ONLY one front door, lol? Then they refused to change the delivery address at all, I'm at work in weekdays. They refuse to drop off the packages, but I authorized them couple times to do that, but they don't care. Then they suggested me to pick it up in their facility...which is in 50 miles away... idiots, I'm not driving. For now they continue their retries by ignoring all my arragements.

I call BS, you weren't threatened because you were so bold as to take multiple pics, oddly enough there wasn't anyone in the pics, the driver or this Mark, you are probably just a spoiled liberal feminist that thinks packages are magically delivered by the tooth fairy

UPS in Brussels, Brussels - Horrible experience shipping from USA to Belgium

I sent an electronic circuit board back to Belgium for a warranty repair. The custom documents clearly showed this but Customs charges were added to the package. My receiver at first refused to pay the charges and I attempted for 3 days to get UPS to bill them back to my UPS account. I lost track of how many email and calls I made. I was told it was taken care of but nothing ever happened. The tracking then started to show delivery attempts. The recipient assured me these were bogus. I even called the European Customer service number but they also only email and refuse to try and actually call anyone who could fix the problem. On the third day the package was delivered and the receiver paid the fees, Tracking actually claimed the package was delivered the following day, another bogus tracking entry. I fully expect at some point UPS will also bill me for what is already paid. Nothing but excuses and lies

Hi my name is Rashida I had been promised my delivery to be delivered within two days I have waited in for the delivery with no six Setsor delivery I then called up and was promised that your depot would then give me a call to let me know what's the progress is on my delivery. To my disappointment nobody gave me that call back I then called the next day and was told my delivery will be delivered today Once again with disappointment no delivery was delivered I then again called several times today and was told the same thing that somebody within the depot would give me a call back to let me know the progress on my delivery. Once again no one gave me a call back I called back again and arcs to speak to a manager no manager has got back to me I'm really disappointed in this as I Peidra service and that service was not delivered. I feel like this is very unprofessional as what I was having delivered was for my daughter as it's her birthday and once again I'm going to have to disappoint because the unprofessionally and Incompetents of this company. no reason why they kept taking parcel back to depot but they do, everyday. and no apologies. so i have no allergy milk for my 4 month old twins so life is pretty nightmarish for me. i've called several times but they just don't care and keep saying we'll do it tomorrow. i'd never use them again. really they are the worst. DHL are very good. at one point they did suggest that i drive to the depot to pick up myself. but said i had to be there within an hour but as it was several miles from work there was literally no way i could do that.

Ordered an expensive item. Got a tracking number three days ago. Go to UPS website to track package. The message on their website says "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated." We called the company we ordered from they assured us that they created the label and it shipped on the 20th. Called UPS they say that they cannot do anything until the estimated delivery date of October 27th passes. The weird thing is that as part of our order we got another item that was shipped via the United States Postal Service, shipped the same day from the same location and arrived today. This shipment is coming from Portland to Pittsburgh. IF THE USPS can get it here in less than two days then WTF is then *** problem with UPS!!!!!! Never again.

UPS - Just threw the package at my door

I would hate to see what happens to my package before it gets to my door because my driver didn't seem to care that I could be home to hear the ridiculously loud thump that was my package hitting my door. I figured, oh well, it's a cutting board, a big piece of wood. What harm could be done? But no, the driver threw it so hard at my door that it put a rather large gash on the edge of the board. Because the driver was too lazy to walk the five feet extra feet, I have to go through the hassle of shipping back my product, and I have to wait even longer.

Ups lies lies and more lies

i had a parcel delivered from germany to london uk and missed the first delivery so, as i was out all day at work i asked for it to be delivered to my works address , 10 miles away , simple , you would think , 9 days later it still hasn't appeared , lies on the tracking information ,lies from the staff , many emails to " customer services " no replies to emails , managers refusing to talk or call back ,i demanded to speak with a manager at one point and i wasn't allowed to ! the rep wasn't even allowed to give me his name !, callbacks promised and never happen ,parcel sent from one depot to another ( for a joke i think, somebody playing a game ) ,useless waste of time calling customer services , in central europe ? complaint sent to ups about mistreatment by ups staff , probably filed in the trash , haven't heard anything . apparently they don't have a complaints department , probably because of the volume of complaints , they're ignorant ,incompetent people , what a useless company ! i continue to advertise them accordingly !
