UPS in Everett, Washington - Delayed shipment and back tracked package.

My Iphone 6+ shipped from China on October 31st. It took three days for it to leave China then another two to leave Alaska. When I saw it was finally in Louisville I was over the moon however imagine my surprise when it somehow departed Alaska for the SECOND time. When I contacted costumer support they were completely clueless and simply kept repeating what my tracking had already said and that it was all the information they had. Luckily it ended up back in Louisville where it finally got it's import scan. But my package was left behind and my delivery date, which was supposed to be today, has been changed to, I assume, tomorrow. This seems to be the case for many people waiting for their phones. UPS dropped the ball. They never give a reason for a delay. If I got a reason I wouldn't be as mad, somethings are simply out of their control. But they keep customers in the dark and give them the run around.

Ups are USELESS

I've waited for a parcel (a birthday present) for over 2 weeks now. The following excused have been made. 1. No one has been home for a signature- LIE. I purposely stayed at home all day and evening waiting for my delivery. 2. The change of address that i gave was not registered correctly by the guy over the phone. 3. 'no such address found by the delivery men'- apparently my address isn't a valid address? My parcel was scheduled to come 27th October. It is now the 6th November. Both my mum and i have taken it in turns to stay in all day because every day wheni ring to double check ups are adament the delivery will take place that day. COMPLETE JOKE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. Will never use again, and i'm still waiting for the birthday present for a family member. All staff who have been involved in my case areuseless, including the delivery men that are saying i do not live at a valid address!!!

What a terrible company, even with an account, UPS has multiple divisions and you are bounced around to multiple people (when they don't hang up on you "accidentally") and it is a miracle to get any problems solved. NEVER USE UPS. UPS jacks up your charges and it's up to you to fight them almost every single time and almost never win due to some "change in policy". This company is CORRUPT, STAY AWAY. Our company has also signed up at UPS to be our USA/CANADA broker and again even with pre-prepared and emailed paperwork prior to the shipment arriving at the boarder it was still messed up as no divisions communicate with each other.

I went to UPS Store for pick up my package because where I ordered they made a mistake on my Address, so probably was there in the store and I was talking to the guy and I give them the tracking's number and he misunderstood the Tracking and he was telling me is not moving, before that I checked in my home where was that package the guy didn't understand what I was saying make me go home Twice and Call UPS so unacceptable for Customer Service and slack of communication. Ups THE UK'S BEST UNDELIVERY SERVICE

ARE YOU LISTENING MAJOR HIGH STREET STORES AND BRITISH COMPANIES...i will never buy goods from you if UPS are the delivery company of your choice, the lazy lying bastards forge tracking signatures when they dont want to deliver, i had an attempted delivery yesterday at 19.02 which according to the tracking site was signed by'KING'. then the tracking site changed it to 19.36, signed for by 'BECK'.....THE PARCEL WAS FOUND AT 9PM DUMPED OUTSIDE THE FRONT GATE.......PEOPLE WERE WAITING IN FOR THE PARCEL WHICH WAS NOT HANDED OVER OR SIGNED FOR.. PLEASE UPS sack your idle good for nothing delivery *** and do your job properly as you have been paid good money for this.........my next email is watchdog.

UPS in Nelson, British Columbia - Lack of customer service

customer service is so rude, they make it a challenge to get your parcel. Canada Post changed an address 5 years ago and ups will not release the parcel do to an apt number change. Rude customer service reps the are like robuts telling you they can not help. Send the parcel back then put the correct address on it and pay for shipping again. it is the same building just 5 doors down in the same apt building 1 hr on the phone and NO results. It would be nice if the person on the phone would let me finish talking before they talk over me.

UPS in Melbourne, Victoria - Appalling service!! Always another excuse for lack of delivery

I have just had a small parcel sent from a small town in the UK to Australia. It took 5 days to cross the world from their dispatch in England via three different stops in the USA to get to UPS in Botany, (Sydney, Australia) and 5 days later is hasn't made it across Sydney! Every day it is scheduled for tomorrow's run. The automatons who answer the phone are obviously reading a set piece about being very busy, because every time I get exactly the same reply but never an answer when the goods will actually arrive, and they just keep on repeating themselves. I suspect from the accent that thye are in the Philippines or somewhere else in Asia. Rather use Fedex every time.

UPS

UPS never scanned the code once they had supposedly picked it up from Post Office completely lost my package, and am now being charged with *** near $500 for T-Mobile which is definitely not fair. Called UPS twice, one lady with slight attitude answered and ended up hanging up on me. Worst customer service ever as well. I don't think I've ever had such a big problem like this in my life. UPS should definitely improve on their mistakes and should get people who are nicer as customer service and know how to solve problems and talk to people like they already should.

Package Review

My UPS package was thrown over the locked gate of a secluded downstairs garden area, instead of carrying my package upstairs and properly placing it at the front door, protected from rain and not visible to passers-by. The package was busted open in impact. We did not even see the package for several days after several rains.

Ups - Box Review

Dont ever use ups for anything,shipped 61 boxes from vancouver island to ontario,boxes were delivered on time but 31 boxes were badly broken and some were damaged so badly someone re taped the boxes,we found clothes with mud on them not to mention all the broken items,we have waited over 6 weeks to get answers from ups still have not called us back,the way they treat peoples stuff is terrible,they are a heartless company.
