Took a day off for a delivery, waited all day, checked the parcel progress online it says "driver attempted delivery" I was home all day, my door bell works, called customer services all you get is a silly sorry, I'm afraid that doesn't give me my day holiday back. Arranged to pick up the parcel myself I do not trust their drivers, do not trust them, really angry at them right now. They do not care how many complain they get they will still get businesses. Hate this company. I will notify the seller that I use quite often not to use UPS again and stick to DPD otherwise he loses a customer. UPS=Trash

Lost product and the UPS response is = buy our insurance.

UPS has lost over $30,000 of our product this year. Not just late delivery but actually lost the product, and they take zero responsibility for how it could have happened or where it might be. Their answer? We need to purchase "their insurance" and pay them more money to cover their incompetence. Not only that, but the only affordable insurance would be a policy where I have to guess which package they will lose out of the thousands I ship and put insurance on that package. The only way to insure all my packages is to buy a blanket policy - which would put me out of business financially. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. Their attitude has been arrogance and indifference to our situation.

UPS "declared value" coverage really isn't going to break the bank in most cases, but if it's that much of an issue, why not just insure the packages through your own insurance company? I know that several companies I've worked with have outside insurance covering their items valued in the tens of thousands of dollars.

Bought shipping and insurance from a business shipper on frozen fish and they wouldn't give use the tracking numbers and when one box of fish was lost within 2 miles from the business to the airport they didn't and said they didn't know how to file a claim form. After calling UPS claim dept, customer service, chamber of Commerce and a UPS supervisor to replace the package it took 3 months to get resolved. Shipper lied to use every time we called them. UPS doesn't have any special way of shipping frozen food and deliver guy just throughs the boxes at your door and leaves. I wouldn't use UPS to ship anything ever again. When UPS investigates a lost package they only let the shipper know what they find. The costumer never can find out anything for all the money you spend on shipping UPS. They are no one to use.

This sounds like the fault of the "business shipper" you used, not UPS. For one, there is a way to ship fish, as I've done it successfully on a few occasions; the best route to go is usually to overnight it with dry ice to keep it cold.

Second, and more importantly, you can't insure perishable goods. That's a basic when shipping UPS. So, whoever let you insure frozen fish basically scammed you as far as I can see.

Also, the fact that they wouldn't give you a tracking number screams scam as well. My advice is next time don't follow through if things seems off, or if you're not completely comfortable with how something is being handled.

UPS in North Miami Beach, Florida - My phone was suppose to be delivered between 10:00am to 2:00pm

I checked my package all day and there was no UPS to be found. I kept calling their customer service number, I remember my first call was at 5:45pm they told me to be patient it's still coming. 7pm came and went I still have not received anything. I decided to call back at 7:30pm the lady that I spoke to told me not to worry because the drivers don't go home until they deliver everything. 9:pm I called back and the guy who was assisting me told me that they were trying to dispatch the driver who had my package and they were not answering.I was on hold with UPS for approximately an hour just to speak to the supervisor. UPS is unprofessional and unreliable,and hire unprofessional employees and liars.If I used fedex none of that would've happened.People please DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I personally think the driver got lazy and went home without finishing delivering because when I track my package it's still shows as OUT For delivery. I asked the guy who was assisting me to transfer me to the supervisor. The lady came on the phone with a very nasty attitude after 45mins and she told me her name was Mildred # 1171508(Supervisor)

UPS in Longueuil, Quebec - Liars and incompetents, they can't even read an address or a postal code

I live in the same home since 35 years, therefore, I've been receiving mail and packages since 35 years. UPS themselves brought some package to my address in the past. But this week, it seems someone at UPS decided that my address doesn't exist! I've ordered from amazon.ca which delivered (via Canada Post mainly) around 20 items in the past. I've never changed my address but someone at UPS tried to deliver my package in a town 30 minutes away from my home. They didn't tried to contact me to say the package couldn't be delivered, I had to check on the site to realize what they did. I've tried to verify/ change if needed the address on their site, but the Canadian site seems to have been made by a monkey, there's nothing I could do there except sending an email to the general «customer service». I gave them my address and postal code and told them to contact amazon to get the right address if they have a problem. They replied with an email saying, again, that my street number address doesn't exist ! And they claimed that they have contacted the receiver to resolve this issue, which is a lie. They can't handle an address, even if they shipped to the place in the past, their Canadian site is almost like a simple blog, believing in their «customer services» is almost like believing in unicorns, and they are even willing to lie to you. I wonder if some of their employees are stealing packages without consequences because their bosses don't care at all about customers and are unwilling to check on any issues.

UPS in Miami, Florida - Worst Customer Service and Delivery

I was a t home all day waiting for a package. Later that day I go outside to find a UPS slip stuck to the door with nothing filled i on the form. My mother is just home from the hospital, bed ridden with a trach and ventilator. I cannot go anywhere. I called to ask them to bring it back. I was told no. Shereena a "Supervisor" was rude and said the driver did his job. How did he do his job when he did NOT knock, ring the door bell or fill out the from they leave behind. It is a Friday and they did not offer to bring it back or deliver on Saturday. Exactly why my choice is FedEx. I run 3 businesses and I have an account with UPS but only use FedEx because of the poor service and deliveries. I will tell everyone I know through my radio show what bad service I received. BTW, someone shipped this to me, I would never use UPS if I am the shipper.

UPS in Marion, Arkansas - The worst delivery company in the United States

Amazon contacted UPS with the whereabouts of my package. The customer service person lied to Amazon and stated that my package is guaranteed to be delivered the next day. The next day came, my package never arrived. I contacted UPS and the stated that, "What we meant to say was that there is no guarantee that it would be there by the next day if it is not delivered before 10 am or before 7pm, it will transferred to next day for delivery. PLEASE DONT USE UPS FOR YOUR IMPORTANT PACKAGES, UPS DOESNT CARE ABOUT CONSUMERS OR ITS CUSTOMERS

My Iphone 6+ shipped from China on October 31st. It took three days for it to leave China then another two to leave Alaska. When I saw it was finally in Louisville I was over the moon however imagine my surprise when it somehow departed Alaska for the SECOND time. When I contacted costumer support they were completely clueless and simply kept repeating what my tracking had already said and that it was all the information they had. Luckily it ended up back in Louisville where it finally got it's import scan. But my package was left behind and my delivery date, which was supposed to be today, has been changed to, I assume, tomorrow. This seems to be the case for many people waiting for their phones. UPS dropped the ball. They never give a reason for a delay. If I got a reason I wouldn't be as mad, somethings are simply out of their control. But they keep customers in the dark and give them the run around.

Ups are USELESS

I've waited for a parcel (a birthday present) for over 2 weeks now. The following excused have been made. 1. No one has been home for a signature- LIE. I purposely stayed at home all day and evening waiting for my delivery. 2. The change of address that i gave was not registered correctly by the guy over the phone. 3. 'no such address found by the delivery men'- apparently my address isn't a valid address? My parcel was scheduled to come 27th October. It is now the 6th November. Both my mum and i have taken it in turns to stay in all day because every day wheni ring to double check ups are adament the delivery will take place that day. COMPLETE JOKE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. Will never use again, and i'm still waiting for the birthday present for a family member. All staff who have been involved in my case areuseless, including the delivery men that are saying i do not live at a valid address!!!
