UPS is by far the worst courier service there is. Horrible useless customer sevice and incompetent drivers are the epitome of this company. Save your money, time and brain cells go with another courier

UPS in Glasgow, Glasgow City - ATTEMPTED DELIVERY !! PURE LIES

I ordered an item from Costco warehouse online to be delivered to home address .. Everything was fine til the Useless UPS got their hands on item .. I was out on 1st attempted delivery as had to go out for school run Called UPS customer service for detailed delivery that was rescheduled for next day he said between 2.45pm - 5.45pm which was great so got my sister to pick daughter up from school & waited in house from 2.30pm . logged into my tracking & said : Glasgow, United Kingdom 18/11/2014 16:14 The receiver was not available at the time of the second delivery attempt. A final attempt will be made. Which is LIES ! As i have been in house & there has been NO UPS van anywhere near my street Called regarding this & was told agent would need to contact Depot USELESS IDIOTS !!!

Pkg Delayed One Day Due to INCOMPETENT UPS AGENTS!!

I ordered meds and purchased overnight delivery. Tracked package at 6am this morning and was confirmed for delivery at 10:30am. By 7:30am UPS advised me they had a delayed flight...then proceeded to tell me my package will not be delivered until TOMORROW! Are you kidding me?! Cus Svc Reps read from scripts with their phoney "I understand" and "I am so sorry" but they truly do NOT understand! THey claim there is no way to resolve this or ensure it is still delivered for today. The astounding part about all this is they coded my package incorrectly in Louisville, KY so even with the delayed flight I could have still received my package today. It is unbelievable how these people take ZERO responsibility and think a "sorry" will compensate customers like me. I refuse to believe there isn't anything anyone can do. This is the last time I use UPS!!!!

Lazy UPS driver

I ordered a smoked turkey from Texas it was delivered on Nov 17 a very rainy day and the UPS driver left the box with the turkey in it near the trash can in my yard while it was raining very hard

My package was ruined in the actual UPS train wreck that occured, and I can't get them to even acknowledge the claim that has been files TWO TIMES ! ! I had a custom made chalkboard made for a surprise 40th anniversary, which was delayed for days after the celebration even after scheduled and arranged to be picked up at a local distribution center. It was never sent there but was sent to two DIFFERENT dist. centers . . and then was ruined when I picked it up days later after the surprise event. Now they won't even acknowledge the claim with has been filed twice. Their incompetence is only surpassed by their horrible service.

UPS Fails to deliver according to their delivery comment.

Details
UPS was paid extra money to have a package expedited. The item was not deliver according to their committed agreement. I have spent a long time on the phone with someone that doesn't speak English very well to understand that it isn't their problem. I need to contact the person that sent it to have the service changed so that they can deliver it to me apposed to the local mail office. The fail to follow through on their commitment and some how it is my fault and my problems. Don't use UPS if you can. The cannot follow through on their commitments. But don't worry they have no issues collected the fees. That fees department is working very well.

Out 300 because someone at UPS stole 5 collectable games

Out 300 after UPS claims department says that it isn't their fault I only got 1 of the 5 games I was supposed to get. UPS is a terrible company that the only way you will get your money back from their loss is take them to court. Another time they lost a game I was shipping, I called them after a month they said it wasn't scanned so they couldn't refund me. 3 months later the game is delivered the person doesn't want anymore UPS wouldn't refund the shipping cost or give me return shipping. Use USPS, Fed ex anything else

UPS in Princeton Junction, New Jersey - Horrific customer service

For 2 months I have been battling with UPS to have them deliver my package to the correct address. Their customer service stinks and all they say is "its up to the discretion of the driver" which is ***. Our driver must be illiterate since he can't follow directions on the packages which are a monthly delivery. The service rep today put me on hold and never came back ( I get it... the put her on hold because i don't want to do deal with it and wait till she hangs up" .... idiots. Even the company that sends the packages has tried working with them. And we pay for this service?? what a joke

UPS Innovations is to slow. Everytime I order from a company that uses them my package delivery date changes later and later. USPS can ship faster and updates tracking info. faster as well. For shame UPS.
