Details
We shipped package from NJ to my on November 19 which scheduled to be delivered on 20th. It's still not delivered and today is Nov28th. There drivers can't find a business address with a store front on a well known street. I lost my regular customer of $5000 monthly revenue because of this. How can I take action ?

UPS Staffed Location -Customer Location in New Wilmington, Pa.

Placed an Order through Amazon with delivery for Tues Nov 25th. The package shipped as expected and was tracked to the UPS depot in New Wilmington Pa as arriving on Tues Nov. 25 at 0231 am. By Weds I had not received the package and checked the UPS and Amazon tracking info which stated it was at the UPS facility but not on a truck for delivery. I went to the UPS facility, they told me it was on a truck, but they didn't know which one and would be delivered Friday. It is Friday, and tracking info is the same. I contacted 1-800-742-5877 s/t Kim, she was useless, said I had to deal w/Amazon directly. Typical UPS never take responsibility, no customer service

UPS - Terrible service

Got a delivery this morning. Driver came inside to warm up and grab a coffee that we supply to our customers, and claimed to be "warming up." In this time, our receiver had to unload the skids all by himself, literally climb into the truck to shuffle around other skids that were not for us, all in a snow blizzard and cold weather. Very unhappy with the laziness of the driver. Not only does it look bad on him, but the whole company as a whole. Just terrible service. No wonder we don't use UPS for our multi million dollar business and choose other shipping methods. At least we know we will get top service.

I am a veteran and use the va pharmacy..the pharmacy uses Ups to deliver certain medicenes. The atlanta VA sent medicine via Ups to be delivered To my house TODAY..ive been setting here waiting all day long for these idiots and guess. What??they never showed ups sooo i finally tried to get answers. Off of their live chat line because the v a is closed now . Well,first thing this smart mourh starts typing. Is whats the tracking number??how the *** do i know i didnt send it! He says..i recommend that you contact sender and get tracking # ahh horse dookie ,all hes doing is trying to ge shed light of me..so he can get back to scratching his backside!

I have two delivery addresses. I set vacation delivery on one and not the other. UPS applied vacation delivery to the wrong address. I submitted multiple help tickets, multiple emails, paid for multiple my choice changes and spent hours with customs service chat. End result? More than $400 in merchandise was destroyed by weather and stolen because wrongly delivered.

Moved to a new address and the first 3 packages were returned without trying to find address. Next package got through to me with about 3 hours of my time making sure from day after it was shipped to delivery that they had it right. Last package could not find address so sent to my old address and then told by UPS they would send package back to shipper without contacting or sending package to me. Shipper won't do anything for 10 days. 1 of packages was from Amazon and they immediately reshipped Fed-Ex and they got it to me. I had ordered a lot from the company but because of UPS I will not be ordering anymore from them because UPS

I was given misinformation. I had to call them at least 5 times to inquire about where my package is. Everytine, I speak with the operator I am given the wrong information. The package is supposedly to be delivered 6 days ago. AVOID USING UPS. I certainly will. Aggravation is too much. It does ruin your day.

That is true. It also happened to me.

I live in Ireland and UPS is not a reliable service. I would not recommend it.

UPS in Tinley Park, Illinois - Opened packages, Lost packages makes me wonder

The last couple of packages have had real problems. One pack was open and a game went missing. Second package lost. Third was to be delivered Monday then Tuesday now Wednesday. IT'S NOT EVEN THE HOLIDAYS YET. I haven't used UPS in a long time to send packages but I have no control when the sender uses them. I always ship FEDEX. I think they are better because they do not deliberately hold ground packages for three days. WATCH check UPS if they have the package at the hub and it can be delivered early they almost always delay it until the three days have gone by.

UPS in Coloma, Michigan - PACKED MY STATUE,BROKE ON ARRIVAL

They packed a 3000 dollar bronze,cost me 200 bucks to ship it,when it got to new york it was broken. I called the guy at ups who shipped it and he said they only covered 100 bucks worth,,too bad.. NEVER USE UPS AGAIN.. *** service..As a small time sculptor Ineed every cent,3000 dollars cost me DEARLY. Iexpected better service from a company like UPS .Ihad no idea thay had gorillas moving my Fragile package...I will never use them again.. Word of warning ,if it is valuable do not send iy by UPS ,they will destroy it and then not stand behind their damage... Pissed off in michigan....

They offer a service that let's you declare the value of the item(s) your shipping at over $100. You should have taken advantage of that.

It's not UPS's fault that you didn't properly insure the package.

Aside from that, how was it packed? Depending on whether it was packaged up to UPS standards, then the damage might not even be their fault.
