I ORDERED A FAN FROM AMAZON UPS DRIVER MADE ONE ATTEMPT LIED ABOUT THE SECOND ATTEMPT BECAUSE I WAS HOME AND THEN CLOSED OUT THE SHIPMENT SAYING HE CAME 3 TIMES WHEN HE NEVER EVEN CAME TWICE! I CALLED UPS SPOKE TO ABOUT 7 PEOPLE AND NOONE HELPED! THE LOCAL STORE GOT MY NOTICE AND ALL THEY SAID WAS CONTACT SELLER WHEN UPS THEMSELVES MADE THE ERROR. I CANT BELIEVE WHAT IVE DEALT WITH, NOONE HELPED. YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAID? CALL THE SELLER AND GET A REFUND. INCOMPETENCE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. LAST TIME I GO THROUGH UPS OR AMAZON. FEEL PROUD!

UPS in Calgary, Alberta - Don't Offer Something You Can't Provide!

After receiving the expected delivery day email from UPS, I paid to have my delivery date changed, only to find out that my request was not honoured. And to add to my frustration, I'm then advised that I will need to collect my parcel if I want it sooner rather than later. PLUS I'll need to call back to claim back the payment! This seems all one sided, UPS takes money and fails to deliver and then it's the customer who has to collect and call back causing more time and money to be lost - for the customer! Complete fail - bad UPS!

Package Review

I called UPS in the morning to get a time when my package would be delivered by. They said it would be delivered between 8am and 7pm, they said it was on route. I stayed home ALL day and received nothing. I called at 7pm only to be told it was still at the depot. This is ***! My WHOLE day wasted. I will never choose the Ups delivery again.I am pissed. They have formally lost me as a customer.

UPS in Toronto, Ontario - Argued my address didn't exist

I was told by UPS that my package couldn't be delivered because my address didn't exist. I called UPS and verified my address with them and they had it correct. However, they still insisted that it didn't exist and said that they couldn't find it on Google maps. I went on Google maps and my house with address was clearly showing. My house is a detached single family dwelling at a major intersection in Toronto. The UPS customer service person was very rude and continued to argue with me claiming that they were unable to deliver the package. They couldn't tell me what I had to do to prove the existence of my address.

Please train your employees better. Driver should have been able to find my house. Dispatcher should not have told me driver couldn't find house and asked me for directions iinstead of arging with me over and over that my address didn't exist.

UPS in Raleigh, North Carolina - Most incompetent people, ever

Every time I get a package that needs a signature, I request they hold it at the center for pickup. However, they never listen, and always leave a not they attempted to deliver the package but I wasn't home to sign. There is no simple way to do this either, you have to call the customer care center and they don't speak english so they don't understand a word you're saying. They also give you a 10 hour delivery frame, expecting you to sit home and wait for your package. If it were up to me I would not use UPS but unfortunately that is where my company ships from. However, when it is up to me, I will NEVER use them, as they are incredibly incompetent and unaccomadating. Who has time to sit around for 10 hours and wait for a driver?

I had this parcel to send away to Apple and this delivery driver comes at my door.i asked him to sign this customer proof of collection book from Apple and he took the pen and drew a zig-zag on the dotted line,telling me that is not not necessary and walked away?!I mean i was in my pijamas but I would have run after that "dhead" to say "ferwell" and make sure he's never gonna be cheeky again UPS-doughnuts

on Dec 1 2014 a package was to be delivered to my address , after waiting all day for this package , i called Ups and the said the driver was here but did not have my buzzer number, well nobody buzzed my place, so i asked them what address they had, they said they had the correct address and buzzer number. my oppinion is oviously you dont need a brain to work for Ups, especially if you cant read an address. dont get your packages shipped Ups or you will never recieve it on the day that they tell you, youre better off picking it up yourself.

"I was expecting a parcel between 24-25th nov from WES Canada which was shipped by them on 21st nov.I had to pay extra amount so that the parcel reaches me ASAP almost 87CAD $.Surprisingly I have still not received the same though the same has reached India and in India it lied in mumbai for 4 days and in Chennai till today evening from 24th Nov which should have reached cuttack by 25th or 26th latest.When I called UPS, the customer service from US raised their hand stating that I have to contact their India office and that they cant pass on any info or help.India office toll free no gets disconnected everytime...The agents that UPS uses also donot have enough connectivity here in India.Bad service by UPS/Agents!!With FEDEX, BLUE DART etc around who are so professional I am also wondering why one uses UPS outside US Internationally for Faster delivery!!! "
