Ups - Delivery Service Review from New Castle, Delaware

I was expecting a package at my home and received a delivery confirmation email this afternoon. I was a bit confused because it says the package was left at the dock and signed for by someone named Gary. I don't have a dock or a Gary so I knew something was up. When I got home I verified that I didn't receive the package so I called UPS, gave the tracking # to the automated system and learned that the package was delivered to a bowling alley several miles away. I spoke to a rep who transferred me to an investigator, who assured me she would research the issue and call me back within an hour. It's been 4 hours and I haven't heard a peep. I guess I need to call Gary or pay him a visit at the bowling alley and get the package myself. Thanks a bunch, UPS.

UPS has not unloaded the trailer, package may be late.

Two of my past three Amazon orders have been rescheduled because of trailers in West Sacramento, CA not being unloaded. The first one ended up 2 days late and I was just informed that another is sitting in an unloaded trailer and will also be delayed. UPS is apparently unwilling to schedule aqequate staffing for the holiday season. I don't need one hundred words to adequately explain this issue. I guess I could simply repeat what I have already written, but that makes no sense to me. So I will leave it at this; United Parcel Service is becoming a contradiction in terms.

Ups Delivery Service Review

Worst service ever. Was expecting an international package delivery today for which I took the day off from work. I had been tracking tge package online and it siddenly shows an attempt was made to drop the parcel off. When i check my door no ups slip showing confimation nor was the slip in my mailbox. Definitely never using this service again.

UPS extremely poor, worse lately

I have a commercial shipping account with UPS. They ship about 175 to 250 shipments for our websites monthly. Lately 80% of the shipments are delayed. The quantum view email updates that they send always say one of only about 4 things that they can choose from to say. They are never what actually happened though. A common one is that the address is incorrect or an apartment number is missing and they are attempting to get it corrected. That is almost always untrue. They blame weather when there is none, they say they left it on the truck unloaded, for days at a time!

I ordered furniture through online and expecting delivery soon,and all the sudden I received a text msg from you guys with UPS link on it three days ago.I called you guys to just find out the delivery date.And it turned out a delivery person had shown up twice already.But I didn't notice that as He/She didn't leave any note or whatsoever.Anyways,this is not my/you guy's fault but the apartment I live has technical issue with door buzzer and It doesn't work and at this moment I have to wait until stuff shows up at front door at my apartment whenever I receive parcel.I told so to the operator and she said they could not specify when delivery person would show up,so my husband suggested her that maybe he could get parcel at his office.then she said after he gave his office address that address change would cost him $50 and so he asked to switch back the address as soon as he heard it.So both of us thought you guys didn't change address at all and the operator told us that a delivery person was coming next day to our home.As I didn't have functioning door buzzer I waited at the front door of the apartment for 5 hours or more yesterday,but no one showed up.So yesterday evening I called you guys again and heard there was error on address in the database and couldn't make delivery that day and she would switch my address back,which turned out she didn't but at that moment she apologized and told me that another delivery would be coming today.I just called you guys this morning to just make sure if the parcel was really on the way.It turned out that you guys neither did change my address nor the parcel was coming because you guys didn't change address in the first place,even though I and my husband asked to change address twice.I totally understood that you said this is before Christmas and you have lot of parcels coming in...But Isn't it just excuse?I would apologize to you guys If you said I was talking with you guys in rude manner but I was really furious about the quality of the way you guys dealt with me as customer.If you said delivery was not coming I was still OK with that but Instead you guys said the delivery would come.and that have not happened.The last person I talked with told me that I would get the delivery tomorrow and also told me It was up to me whether If I believe or not I could count on her and there was nothing she could do more than what she said in a very stern way and I did not feel from the any of you guys operators that they had any responsibility.Now,all I would like to tell you is that I know that everyone makes mistakes sometimes but you should not repeat same mistakes over and over like this.I do not live to wait parcel everyday and you should know better.So please provide better service quality.I can not afford to waste any of my time waiting you guys.

They didn't come deliver my parcel on the day they were supposed to be and so I called them 3 times,3 days in raw-every time I called them,came the very same answer,'We are coming tomorrow' which they didn't.Why did UPS tell me so If they didn't!Seriously!Picking up my parcel is out of question because there is no way taking cab to/fro home which would cost me easy 100bucks as the location they provided had no means of public transportation!I talked with four of their operators but none of them,including manager shown me any responsibility,instead they just kept coming up with series of excuses.They told me they were coming tomorrow,for the third time,I still have serious doubt on this one too. They MUST treat customer better than this,at least DO NOT LIE!

UPS - Barking depot - "lost" my £400 package in 2 days

Barking depot - very dodgy, i can guarantee that they stole my package all they said was ''as it hasnt been scanned since Friday we take it as lost even though it will probably turn up at some point'' they literally don't care and i can assume that someone just stole it now i have to try and get a refund from the company that shipped my product and will not get another in time for christmas absolutely ridiculous i wouldnt even bother with them at all as they seem to have no care to actually getting your shipment to you

UPS - MY PARCEL IS HOLIDAYING IN LUTON DEPOT

On the 3rd December my parcel is at the Luton Depot waiting delivery in Letchworth approx 15 miles away. It's now the 11th December and he parcel is still holidaying in the Luton Depot. The tracking shows the same message everyday - delayed 1 business day. The helpline don't know what's happening as all they can do is email the Luton depot - perhaps one day they will be able to 'phone them to resolve problems. A promised call within 1 hr has not materialised as apparently 1hr means 2. Presumably 2 will also mean 3 or perhaps never. What a way to run a business when there are so many other couriers around who can deliver items during the time frame they specify.

UPS in Los Angeles, California - THEY ALWAYS DELIVER AFTER 9PM

I have had to use UPS several times by way of online ordering. However, it has never been my choice to use them. I have never once received a UPS package earlier than 9pm. Ever. Not only does this pose a major inconvenience to me as it's completely ridiculous to deliver something so late in the evening. Furthermore, I have children that are asleep by the time they come and guess what, they always wake them up. I sit here at 9:07pm, per usual, waiting for my package to (hopefully) be delivered tonight. Luckily the kids are gone on a retreat so they will be spared being woken up and I'll be spared putting them back to bed.

Package Review

Called to say hold package for pickup. They refused and said it had to attempt delivery first. I came home yesterday seen a package in the hall at my neighbors door. Today i get home and its at my door. Yup its my package. Sitting in a public halway. I paid alot for it and they didnt knock, did not hold for pickup. First and LAST time i use those inbred mo4ons
