UPS in Gardner, Massachusetts - MISSING PACKAGES

Second time ups has lost or told me the package is missing they give me a delivery time and never show up never e-mail or call to let you know your package has been delayed they leave the customer waiting all day and never come. Unless you call for your self and be prepared to get a run around they will tell you to call this number than that person tells you to call another number then the third person gives you the number you first started with. no longer a costumer for ups! ups has failed to deliver too many times now. I guess you get what you pay for brown truck + brown uniform = *** service .

Last year UPS in Princetin WV left several of my packages at random houses on the other side of town...they were it previous addresses, the address was completely different, and my phone # was in the outside of the box but they never called. Luckily the people who received my packages were honest and did call me : ( this year two packages were left at my neighbors, three I had to pick up on my own... Two were actually delivered... But the last one has been sent back saying "I've moved or the address is incorrect" on the eighth package you still can't find me?? Really?? I was in the phone more than six times with them one weekend, and just when I thought they'd flagged my address and everything was ok this happens? My child's entire Christmas is in that box!!! Use the F$&@?ng phone number and call me!!!

UPS in Marysville, Washington - 2 days sitting around waiting for my phone.

I had to send in my phone to get fixed. Been tracking it the whole trip. The phone was supposed to be here yesterday by the end of the day, never showed. Called this morning and they said they tried last night to deliver it no they didn't I was home all day and night. Been sitting at home all day long again and no phone. I am so pissed that I am afraid to called customer service back to complain because I will not be nice .You think that they would start with the packages tgat never got delivered tge day before.

UPS - Package security issues

The issue with package theft has been on both the local and national news programs...it's a very real threat this time of year. Does UPS even care? The drivers are leaving the packages in plain view, with the white labels sticking out for all to see. I have a large decorative snowman that the driver could have easily put the package behind about 18 inches from door. Hiding a package that easily should be on the forefront of every driver at this time of year. I'm lucky my package was there when I got home, as many of our neighbors have not been so lucky.

Package Review

So I ordered a package from Apple. I missed the first attempt. Then I decided to stay at home the whole day next day, just to wait for the UPS guy again. Apparently, they came and checked on the back door while I am waiting in the front door. I missed them a again. I hope they could learn to identify the front and back door of a house next time. It is really pissed me off.

UPS leaves package in building entrance, package stolen

Instead of 1-800-PICKUPS it should be 1-800-FUCKUPS. I placed order with US company to ship to my mother in Saint John. Supplier sent package UPS. Driver gets to security entrance of apartment building and does not ring buzzer to let me in the door to deliver. Instead driver tosses package on floor in common area under wall mailboxes and leaves. Package never seen again. Claim made against UPS, its Moncton office investigates and only pays half the value of the item. In my opinion, UPS unreliable and will never be used by me. Thank God they are not the only parcel delivery company in this world.

CHAT ROOM FOLKS ASKED THE SAME THING. AGAIN BRILLIANT. THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD LAUNCH AN INVESTIGATION, BUT UPS WOULD NOT FOLLOW UP AND ADVISE AND WOULD NOT PROVIDE ANY CONTACT FOR MY FOLLOWUP AT UPS. SO WILL UPS REALLY LAUNCH AN INVESTIGATION WHEN THERE IS NO FOLLOWUP WITH THE CUSTOMER? REALLY NOW. SO I AM WAIT TO 10 DAYS FOR WHAT. UPS delivered documents to wrong address can't retrieve them

Checked tracking online (H8901994976) and said address could not be identified. I had seen their truck and driver pull in to our building and left short after (they are here at least twice a day). I verified the address and the operator said he did have it on record and would be delivered next day. Following day, their tracking said it was delivered and left by front door, which is very unusual when delivering to an office building. We checked all over and couldn't find it. Called Customer Service again and they said they had delivered and read the address to where they delivered which was completely different than ours. I asked him to read the address where it was supposed to be delivered and he then realized they had delivered to the wrong address and recognized it had been their mistake. Since then, I have been on and off the phone with them for 3 days and they have not retrieved the package from where they said they left it and keep promising to call us back with an update in 2 hours. Every time I call I have to go through their automated system until I can get a live person and go through the whole story. They all apologize for the inconvenience but NO ONE really cares or is willing to do anything to get the package back and delivered to where it was supposed to go in the beginning. Last person I spoke to said an investigation has to be requested but I couldn't request it, it would have to be the sender. She said they will not do anything more or try to get the package back to from where they left it until then. Talking to the usual UPS truck driver that services this area, said because of the season they had hired new drivers to help them out. He said he had requested they give him all the commercial deliveries as he knows "his people and how to get to them", but his manager didn't pay attention to him and gave them to the new guy. We like the driver and is usually a great delivery person, but sad for him, he need to get a job where not only he cares about the clients but his supervisors and the company itself cares too.

UPS Rubbish

I ordered a parcel from Hong Kong - It is still there . Tracking has not updated for 1 week - still has not been released - They refuse to take any responsibility. They are the worst company. I phoned up 8 times to speak to customer support - They change the reason each time and lie. When I ask to speak to their supervisor they put me on hold for 30 minutes until I have to give up. Unhelpful and pointless service. This is my first experience with UPS and last. It will also be the last time my wholesaler uses them. They are rubbish

Hey, I feel for you. I went through the same *** with UPS. I am in the wholesale business, and use UPS on every shipment. A customer contacted us once saying he had a few stores and needed some merchandise. He didnt want to put it on CC since the amount would be very large, so we went the route of UPS COD. We called UPS of course made sure it was Certified Check only, and insured our shipment with over $10k worth. Once we shipped we tracked that delivery to the door, and even called UPS to make sure they picked up the Certified Check. After 3 weeks of course (UPS loves holding your cod check for weeks at a time for no reason) we got the check in the mail. The second i opened up the mail i looked at the check and thought WTH why did UPS send me a photocopy of the check. And then i noticed, it wasn't a photocopy, it was the check the driver picked up!!! First off i must say, to everyone out there. You 'CHRISTENHORTON01' was NOT joking when she said "looked like a 2 year old drew it on a piece of construction paper". The check (or paper i should say) looked like a type writer from 20 years ago type out everything. Nothing was aligned, and even the bank name it came from never existed. There were about 20 things i pointed out about the check to UPS that showed blantly that anyone that would take it knew it was not a check and just a piece a paper that was printed out. Even the writing on the back portion of the paper was cut off, showing the person just flipped the paper over in their printer and printed a back side. Through weeks back and forth with UPS they basically said "we did our part, we have no responsibility". I spoke with lawyers and even federal agents, and all of them basically said, 'if you go to court your going to spend more money than you will get back'. In summary, DON'T USE UPS COD, its a SCAM that UPS probably gets a cut from the receiver on it. Its all a ploy to throw a piece of paper in your face and say 'deal with it'. I wouldn't be surprised if UPS used this option as a bonus to their 'best' drivers. Like ' Hey Howard, you did so well this month on deliveries. Here is a COD shipment for working so hard. You deserve it.' ' But wait make sure it's not a 5 year old who writes up the check. It must be 4 year old and under...' ...And then of course they go to their Christmas parties and share each others selfies as they are picking up the check.
