UPS in Chicago, Illinois - Sent to wrong address

my package was never delivered to me saying they had incorrect information. mind you the previous day they sent my package to the wrong address and i had to call the sender to verify that they did have the right address ,which they did and they sent it out again and again i didnt get it. i then received this postcard in the mail yesterday saying my package will be shipped back. mmm they can find the correct address to send that notice to why couldnt they find me before,and this was the same address that was on my package exactly.I dont know what was the issue.

Resolved: Expensive guitar UPS claim vendor not wanted untrue

After many appeals to retrieve the guitar UPS did just that so very relieved and glad that they resolved the delivery So credit where credit is due to UPS

My son ordered an expensive guitar UPS claim that they tried to deliver 3 times, no cards left, then vendor refused (my son) the product Where is the evidence? Absolutely False. Contacted UPS within 5 days of fictitious attempt to deliver they now are claiming this call was not made. Now UPS are claiming package abandoned Not true. So my son asked to speak to a manager to investigate further he/she would not take the call. The whole story from UPS does not stand up. And no attempt to provide real customer service. I as my sons dad am now going to contact UPS and will if I get the right response be glad to put a new review

They do not put tracking information out there before attempting delivery!!? Then, they attempt to deliver and won't leave it without a signature UNLESS you buy an upgraded service! Then, they return it to a location 50 miles away for us to pick up on THEIR schedule? I will not order anything else that can only be delivered by UPS. They make USPS look better all the time. They have forgotten that the customer is the person who orders the merchandise and ultimately pays for the service. m m m m m m m m m m m m m m

Apparently if you donot buy their signature option they give your package to any random person on the street. We shouldnt have to pay for the driver to get a signature its just common sense.

I ordered this item on November 20 and the online store said they shipped it on December 8. I have been tracking the package but it's been stuck in Bethlehem, PA since the 9. UPS tracking website has Contact Us on their menu as an option. So I clicked on that button and filled in all required fields but when you click on the Submit button it does nothing. The cancel button works fine but you can't submit. If you click on Submit it will not work. UPS has held this package in their Bethlehem office since December 9. It is now the 15 of December. I want this package delivered.

ATTENTION PREMIUM CUSTOMERS: UPS Does Not Allow Vacations in 2015

I just signed up for UPS Premium Service to allow for an upcoming vacation in 2015. Unfortunately after doing so I came to find out from a UPS Manager (after escalation through the ranks) that their computer system currently is not allowing packages to be held for vacations to be scheduled in the new year. Please be aware if signing up for their premium service that your $40 payment will not actually deliver the service promised. Apparently I am the first UPS customer who has discovered this glitch, but surely there are other people who plan to take vacations in the new year and do not want their holiday packages stacked up at their front door while away.

So everytime i've order a product ups usually delivers it and the product is in another box to be hidden from public eye but apparently their new employee decides to put the uncovered gift on the porch ring the doorbell and drive off when my mom opened the door. Worse thing is christmas is right around the corner and the gift is for my mom so now she has seen her gift and there is nothing special about christmas on her part with the gifts. Another thing is she decided to leave an unboxed gift on a porch knowing there are theives in the neighborhood. I'm always used to the same people delivering my things but now im pissed that they hired someone with no common sense!
