UPS in Staatsburg, New York - Lazy delivery men leave slips

Happens constantly, i have a neighbor that is always home. I work every day, even weekends and usually holidays. IM never home to receive a package. My neighbor has agreed to sign off all my packages and there is a note on the door to deliver to my neighbor. This happens fairly often, These lazy ups drivers probably work less get many days off and their still sacks of lazy plump slip leavers. This company really needs to up its game on two day delivery, I'm going to be waiting almost two weeks now, granted its near the holidays. word100

They are not lazy - they are doing their jobs. Delivering to the address on the package.

How do they know that your neighbor didn't stick that note on there with intent to steal your package? Then you'd be really mad and complaining that they didn't deliver it to the right address. They are following company policy.

Next time ship directly to your neighbor or to your job. Problem solved and you don't have to insult anyone!

Why would you have it sent to an address where no one is available????

Have your items sent to your work, or give the sender your neighbors address to send your items to.

A little common sense goes a long way.

Unbelievable. There r no words that can be said about the tv that was sent to me. I could do less damage dragging it behind my truck. And they actually sent it like it was ok. A two year old could do better. I know some damage is too be expected. But this was beyond words. I have had good luck so far. But now I'm going to go with usps from now on. And the worst part is u can't get a hold of anyone who deals with this problem. I was on the phone for 35mins and was no closer to getting an answer. Wow.

Ups - Cd Shipping Review from Lakemont, Georgia

I appreciate the way my package was handled ,UPS! When I first opened it I thought a 3 year old had got a hold of it and threw it around. I order 3 brand new CDs and all 3 of the cases were completely shattered thanks to you guys. The CDs were surprisingly in good shape except for one that skips like a broken record because a broken piece of the shattered CD case had got behind it. I'm expecting more orders in the next few weeks (hopefully not delivered to my post office by UPS) but if so, my package better not be damaged again or I will expect UPS to pay for it! Im not sure why you guys are considered the best package delivery in the U.S.A, but I suggest you stop playing around with people's packages like a bunch of kids and get your job done!

I sent a package to Florida on December 20th. It was delivered the next day.... to the wrong address!!! and when I called the representatives they told me "well, it's going to be hard to retrieve your package, since it was sent to an Amazon return address".I was like wtf! why would my package end up there in the first place. After 8 days the package was sent to the local ups office, they never called me to let me know, I had to track the box and hunt it down. Once I'm there, this employee with a not very nice attitude, says your package is not here we will call you! I was like, no, my box is here, find it! Then he comes back with the box, and I asked for my refund and he said, "well that's directly with UPS"... and I was like "Wait I'm confused.... where am I right now? FEDEX? I said no, I paid for service here, you give me my money back"..He said he will call again "UPS" hahah, seriously!! and talk to them so they can refund the money today, Dec 30th, 2014. One hour later, I get a call from UPS and the guy says that I will have the refund within the next 7-10 days.. I mean! I can't believe that on top of their lousy customer service, the fact that they never delivered the package, they cost me a great inconvenient because I missed the person who was going to take the package overseas, I also have to wait 7 more days to get my money back?? NEVER USE UPS!!!!

As this package was going to be delivered to FL, when someone was going to take it to Bogota, Colombia, I would like UPS to send my package to Bogota, Colombia free of charge.

at Thanksgiving 2014 sent overnight envelope to Lexington with over $30,000 cashiers check was scanned in Louisville scan in Lexington never delivered and told will be investigating back to me in 6 days 6 weeks never heard a word yet had to rebuy the cashiers check cancel them cinnamon thing at Christmas December 22nd second Day Air envelope one week today lost Sixte investigation will report back and I understand you have to rebuy those cashiers checks and wait 90 days to get your money back or poorly poorly managed in Lexington and they need some change many ups customer long time with repeated X customer always in FedEx for our company for the rest of our time

I worked for UPS during the Holiday season. For starters they told me I would make $10.00 hr. When my check came is was $9.00 hr. First lie!!!!! Second lie was they were going to need me in the distributiin center and would keep me on as an employee. I passed up a job that would have kept me full time permanently cause of these liars!!!!! Third lie was that they would work me two weeks into January 2015. I was counting on that income & got a call December 29th 2014 to turn in my uniform that they didnt need me anymore. LIARS!!!!!!! They just used me & screwed up a job for me because of their *** lies!!!!!! Dont ever go to work for them. Also only part time positions with no benefits. They should be ashamed of their actions but I'm sure they dont really give a *** about me & my bills or your packages!!!! We worked out of a u-haul truck and I saw how the packages were handled. The driver didnt care but I did. He kept saying"if I'm not done on time I will be in trouble. Time & speed is more important than the packages or being safe." I was floored by that statement. Also, I know of five deliveries that werent made because he didnt want to go up their driveways even when I told him I would walk the packages up. He said "nah...screw em". Pretty messed up huh? I have nothing good to say about UPS!

You my dear or Sir is really a nut case.Everyone know's that you where hired for the Holidays only,That is everyone but you.Number one they alway's start off with $9.00 up.This does not mean you will get anymore than $9.00.Second when you are temp.You have to work where you are needed the most.Third Ups alway's hire Part-Time most of the time very few stay on full time.Fourth stop trying to cause problem's for the delivery person,You could have walked the package's up the drive if you had wanted to after all you where the hired helper and This was your job in case you did not know.Stop feeling sorry for yourself and Move on.WTF.

do not use UPS @ END OF DECEMBER you will be dissapointed. 9 days and i am still waiting. should had taken 4 days. i order other items after and were deliver by fedex and usps and it arrived before UPS
