I paid extra on amazon to get my package by Friday sept. 18th by 8 pm. It never showed up. I call today and was told my package was held back to be rewrapped!!! What the *** really you damaged my package so bad that you had to rewrap it!! First of all you have delivered packages ripped open and others that were broken inside!!! Yet this is the one package you decider I rewrap.what is wrong with your company? Why do you guys suck so bad? I am done with you from now on I am only going through FedEx!!!

UPS made a false delivery status on my behave!!!!!!!!

On my E bay delivery status, UPS always states that "Receiver requests the package to be hold for pick up/Receiver agree to pick up the package at the UPS location ". The issue is that I never made any contact in anyway either by phone or email requesting UPS to hold the package for pick up. When I contacted them, they said that they do not make delivery in the Camp Creek Pkwy, GA area but I see their trucks making deliveries everyday around the area and just 300 yards from me. When I called and requested that they should tell the sender/seller that they don't do delivery in my area which a BIG FAT LIE, they said that they can't make such a truthful statement like that. Now UPS has delayed 6 days my package. UPS is really DECEITFUL and LIAR in all way possible!!!!!!

UPS RUINED 10 YR OLD BIRTHDAY THEN LIED AND STONEWALLED

My grandson waited all afternoon for his birthday card. The UPS Van was never on the street. When contacted that night they said that the envelope was set on the porch (lie #1). Then after 24 hours they said it was delivered across the street to a house with white roof (lie #2 - checked and house roof not white). Then at 3 days they said it was delivered at cross street (lie #3). Then the investigation (lie #4 not 8 days - 16). Then, most incredulously, the result of the investigation was that they called the addressee (my wife) and stated that she had confirmed receipt (bold faced lie #1, typical lie #5). Now another "investigation". I can understand a mis-delivery and even protection against liability, but this company is the worst. What can brown do for you? *** your entire week.

I was at this store and the employees were cusing and very rude as well as the owner (Chester) and some dark skin heavy girl i think her name was Beverly. But this is one the rudest store I have been to and I was told that it is a franchise store...that explains a lot. I also met a elderly man that works there and he is a *** he was saying all kinds of nasty things to me that he should not have been saying to a customer...there were a couple of more emplyees thete that day as well I ask who the elderly man was and one of them said he was one of the managers! Who has been a victim of the managers behavior..either one Frank the elderly man or Beverly at any point in time of visiting this store and was shown awful customer service by either one? please feel free to post any and all coments concerning your experience with this store and or its employees or owner( Chester) because we are patrons of this Establishment...and have a right to good customer service!!!

This company slowly become the most unreliable delivery service. They have this thing where you can set up an account called Access UPS My Choice. for information update on packaging and a 1800 number neither of these two systems are ever correct. drivers have digital pads and the entire UPS operating system is network linked but yet still it takes 3-4 days to correct a address much less up date information. called on Friday to correct an address error I was told the with this correction the package would then be delivered the next business day (Monday). Corrected the information and authorized delivery for Monday. Monday morning I call verify package is out for delivery and to verify corrected information. information is verified and told package is out for delivery. 4 hours later I check back and then I told the package wont be delivered until the next day. Because they didn't update the system before the driver picked up packages for delivery. Very Poor customer service communication, especially within the UPS network..... not using them again.......

Well... what hasn't happened with UPS. I have a few incidents that I'd love to talk about here. The first is that UPS sent one of our shipments to the wrong places. We then had the guy who received the package call us and try to "blackmail" money out of us to buy back our own product because UPS didn't read the address on the box correctly. They also didn't take responsibility for the incorrect shipment. FAIL #1. What I'm currently dealing with: I filed a claim for UNDER $100.00 which may not seem like a lot but I cannot afford to be out this money. UPS lost one of our packages and we filed a complain which they had 8 days to resolve. On the eighth day, they sent us a photo from when THEY removed my property from the shipping box. The box should NOT have been opened. Some of the contents arrived broken with the broken bits NOT even in the shipping box. I took enough time and effort wrapping the contents myself to ensure the models make it to their destination unbroken, even with rough shipping, and I've never had that type of product break in transit. I cannot guarantee UPS took the same care when re-wrapping and re-shipping my shipment to the receiver. They then, refused the claim I filed because they classified the product in the box as "ceramic" which it is technically NOT. Had the contents (which were animal models) been broken while in shipment, the broken tails would have been in the shipping box and the models would be able to be repaired. However, due to UPS' careless handling or not paying attention, materials, i.e. the missing tails were NOT in the box and were missing upon arrival at the destination. The receiver looked thoroughly through the box as they are capable of making the repairs that I mentioned. FAIL #2. I encourage you NOT to use them if you can avoid it. Their telephone people are nice enough to deal with but they fail to resolve issues and they start issues where they really should just own up and deal with a small claim.

Sent a package to SA, and weeks after not being delivered had to call up to hear they now need more money, and won't deliver until paid. Best of all - they wouldn't let me pay - it had to be someone in SA!!!! Took weeks and ended up costing more than the item I posted. Best of all - if I did not chase UPS the package would have been destroyed, and they did not even bother to let me know. Stay far away from UPS!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( why a 100 words - don;t have time for an essay guys!

UPS screwed up my delivery and would do nothing about it.

My order ended up in Minnesota when I live in the northeast. I called UPS and "unfortunately" there is nothing they can do about it. SOOOO....they (UPS) WILL PAY BIG TIME because I will make sure all my resources will use FEDEX instead. I was nice at first on the call, then I became nasty because it was their fault and this multi-million dollar company WOULD DO NOTHING TO HELP ME OUT! It was their error,and nothing to help the customer. This issue will hurt UPS more than it will help them. I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO HURT THIS COMPANY.

Tonight, I arrived at the Yorktown Plaza UPS Store, Erie, PA at 6:00 PM (they are open till 6:30) only to be told that they only do fingerprinting from 10:30AM - 5:30 PM. No where are they any signs (near their posted hours on the window next to the front door or on their website) stating such. HELLO, UPS Folks - this is a 3 min. Process folks - thanks for being so accommodating towards folks that actual have to work 8-5. After we have this done (since you're the only location listed in Erie for such services), we will never ever set foot in your store again.

Held up delivery

Took a week to ship a small package (medicine) from Rochester to my home, an hours drive. Package arrived in Rochester by ups, and ups did not physically hand the package over to the usps for delivery to my home. They held it by negligence. I investigated with the usps complaint office in Buffalo New York thinking it was usps and found they were not the problem, it was ups. I was told ups did not hand the package over to usps. So it sat for six days. Do the employees ever think that medicine might be in that package, and someone needs it?

Fragile must mean throw me in UPS

I ordered a very expensive hand plane online and it was shipped UPS. In my excitement to receive it I waited all afternoon for its arrival. To my horror as I opened the door to greet the driver coming up my walkway my package was airborne, tossed at my doorstep from several feet away. The driver, not expecting his careless deed to be seen quickly asked how I was and scurried away. Only leaving me time enough to call him a *** as he sped off. They are very lucky that my new tool is undamaged. I will be installing a security camera now as that's likely the only way that I can prove that the driver is responsible. In the past almost every package delivered by UPS has had some sort of damage that causes me shipping costs and headaches. Of course their customer service department has assured me that their "professionals" treat every parcel with care and certainly wouldn't allow an item to be so carelessly handled. What a pantload!

I have a shipment that I paid for to be delivered on Saturday. I'm supposed to be in class but since the FedEx driver stole my last package I decided to skip class so I can accept it. 11 am comes no shipment. 11:30 I get an alert that says attempt was made but there was no attempt. My bell works, intercom is loud as **** and nothing. I've been up since 8am waiting and the driver didn't come up with anything. There is a doctors office at the base of my building and the receptionist said the driver never came with a package. I called the 800 number and they told me they can not get in contact with the driver because the base is closed. How is it closed and you are shipping? Their excuse was its coming from an airport. No it's not. I'm beyond pissed. I rather us USPS vs fedex or UPS ever again.

UPS is an extremely horrible service that gives you fake tracking numbers. I believe they do this on ourpose to help hide snd cover their own ***. I have had three high dollar items syolen by UPS. Also packages arrive opened and partially opened. Theft within the postal community needs to be hammered hard.

Failed delivery

waited in all day, driver made no real attempt to alert us to the fact he was at the door, my wife and I were in the house and three dogs in the yard, no one heard him. only when we saw the failure to deliver card put through the door did we that know that he had been. a whole day wasted. ups is impossible to contact by phone, and by that I mean to speak to a real person, very frustrating. I would never willingly deal with ups again, and any company that I deal with that uses ups, I will ask them to send my goods by another delivery company. john j mead
