Package Review

UPS didn't leave the package because they said there was no unit number. It is a duplex with an A and a B door ten feet away. Then to the Deerfield Beach Florida terminal to experience absolutely the WORST customer service I have seen in a long time. Plaque on the wall said Center of Excellence...but it was from 2004! A decade makes a big difference!

UPS in Dublin, Dublin - Virtual tax charged

I ordered an item from korea for 71€. At delivery, my invoice total was 33€ (around 50%) however the import tax is 23% in ireland. After reading the invoice, I noticed they added a virtual tax of 22% for paying in front the import fees. sweet prince !!! Did I asked them to pay in front? don't think so....however, they charged me 22% of the total for that. In total, I paid 50% of tax UPS SUCKS !!! Very disappointed by my first experience with UPS All care for UPS is to screw their customers by charging for virtual service and their unrespectfull attitude. When you say to customer service, in fact, I paid 50% of custom tax, they answer you, that is not true, I have been charged of 23% according to irish regulation. On the top, of that, they play with words. That is definitively not what I call respectfull customer. STAY AWAY FROM UPS !!!

I paid for a package to be over nighted to me they sent it ups ground , no one could tell me why or when my package would arrive , then today it says its enroute for delivery I called to see if I could get an estimated delivery time they said that they dont do estimated times for residential customers !!! I will never ever ship anything via ups if any website uses this company I will not order from them if I cannot use other methods . This company is foolish and does not care about its customers and non of the customer service reps know anything everyone has t heir own explanation as to what can and cannot be done , lesson learned never ever use ups to ship anything

UPS in Stafford Springs, Connecticut - Let package sit for a week

I bought an item off ebay, which needed to be shipped from CA to CT. Made the trip across country in three days, and is now sitting in their warehouse in MA., and has been for the past five days. I signed into their live chat page a couple of days ago, and asked why my package was just sitting there. Their rep lied to me twice, before I told her it was all BS, that I knew they were letting it sit, because the shipper sent it the least expensive way, and they didn't want to bother with it, until they had to. At that point she admitted they were dealing with a heavy volume, and some packages were taking longer than others. It's bad enough this package is still sitting on their shelf, but then lying to me, what a lousy company they've become!

UPS in Fairbanks, Alaska - Charging for a service and not suppling it

Orderd several parts, had them shipped ups, 16+ days for a .10lb package, they all decided to take we wensday off so nothing moved, orderd parts last week ups blue, still sitting at ups hub in Anchorage. UPS is nothing but liars and theifs, they charge for a service and do not provide it, they will make up exuse after excuse and still take your money, they are a rip off, they charge for overnight and the stuff shows up usally at 4.00pm or later, the same time ground,and blue show up, but they will charge you for overnight anyway.

Ordered goods and tracked my package through the UPS website. The package was transported by ground very quickly (OH to NH in a day), but then just stopped. My package was two towns over, and it was kept there. I had no choice but to use "SurePost". The package was to be handed to USPS as soon as it arrived in the area, but UPS held it at their facility. Since UPS doesn't handle any ground packages on New Year's Eve or New Years, I was hoping the package would be handed to USPS, so it would arrive New Year's Eve. When I noticed the package would not be transferred that day, I tried to pick it up myself, but they said they couldn't allow me to pick it up Tuesday since it was scheduled to go to USPS on Friday. It's my package! I can't even pick up my own purchased goods 20 minutes away? I have to wait three days just so the box can be handled by more people? I don't understand how unethical behavior such as keeping someone's goods from them is acceptable. Obviously, the main priority of this company is not ensuring timely delivery or enforcing proper services to its customers.

Your nad drawn picture makes no sense.

Give us a tracking # so we can see what is going on.

It was ordered on the 26th, but nothing to inform anyone when UPS actually got it.

More info would be beneficial.

UPS in Brooklyn, New York - Lazy ***!

So pissed! It is new year eve, I've been waiting for the package for 2 weeks, I've tracking it. Got so excited when it finally showed it is gonna be delivered today! Left my boyfriend home to wait for it and guess what: they never called the door, they never called my phone, the just *** put a note that no one is home. Considering they are closed Now Years Eve, not possible for it to be deliverd on New Years Eve.

Could not have happened in the timframe you claim.

Post the tracking # to show what you say is true.

Let us see for ourselves, I think you made up this entire story.

This is approximately the 10th time I have used ups for a overnight A.M. guaranteed by a certain time. They never have gotten those shipments by that time. Not even close hours late usually. One time a day late. I will never use them again for anything.

I'm with you, had a donation shipped over night, value $250, they let it sit in a truck for five days, live food, donation so no replacement,

Ordered some live saltwater fish for my aquarium, paid for overnight, received a day late, dead fish.

Today I sit here, again overnight shipping, held at location, because I don't trust UPS anymore, guess what, not held, out for delivery, by 12 noon on a truck, 17 degrees outside, 1:30 NOW, STILL NO DELIVERY.

I guess what I need to do, is if the company tells me they ship UPS, JUST SAY NO

They charged me $10 for no reason after they already raised my shipping price $20!! Then they Act all stubborn and say nope this is paypals problem. And paypal said it is ups's problem. And thank god for paypal the gave me the $10 back. do not use ups if your life depended on it. I hate ups. Irresponsible service. Customer service is horrible. They lost my bag and closed the case. Every time i call i get rude answer or they disconnect the call. $2500 worth items in suitcase is just gone only because of thr ignorance. Wr can i file complaint against UPS?

They refuse to do pick ups, website asks for account numbers that I won't know. No pick up.

I call them and I can't even understand what they are asking for, it sounds like French or something.

I was going to drop off my old cable boxes to Verizon in Lynn, MA but no way I mailed them back up with cheap ground and no pick up , thanks Verizon. I live in a major city Boston, I see UPS trucks everyday 5 times a day on my street but no pick up, thanks UPS
