UPS in Westland, Michigan - Damaged the box so they just wouldn't deliver it.

I was waiting for an Amazon order but tracking said no one had been available to receive the package. The website said a notice had been left. I was home and no one tried to deliver anything, no notice was left. The next day the tracking said they would redeliver, but no one came. The website did not update, so the day after that I emailed Amazon. The next morning Amazon emailed to say they would look into it, and an hour later the UPS guy shows up, with my filthy crushed box that looks like a truck ran over it -- literally. He told me he couldn't deliver it like that so they were going to rebox it first, but then he was told there wasn't anything breakable. He then ran off before I could say anything. The contents were undamaged, but what the ***?!?! The box got destroyed, so they hid it for 3 days and lied and said I wasn't home to accept it. What were they planning on doing? Hope I just forgot about it? Or return it to sender? If they had eventually reboxed it and something WAS damaged inside, I would have blamed Amazon for sending me damaged goods, because the box would have looked perfect! A professional company would fess up to their mistake and deal with it promptly. A little child hides the broken box and pretends no one will notice!

Ups - Delivery Service Review from Winnipeg, Manitoba

Horrible company, horrible customer service. Paid extra for gaurenteed delivery, package never came called into customer service and I was told they were running late and to wait in the building of my lobby until the package arrives. 2 hours later called back again and was told no I was never getting it on the scheduled day and I may get it 2-3 days later, and who ever told me to wait in my lobby for the delivery gave me Wrong information. AVOID they are nothing but liar's who are completely unhelpful incompetent and will only let you down,

UPS - Worst customer service and pickup service

Worst customer service ever. No professionalism. I scheduled a pickup. the UPS person showed up 2 hours before the scheduled time. I wasn't ready with the package yet. He said he will come back at a specific time. He didn't show up at that time. Later when I checked with the customer service, they said that he showed up at some other time and he left. and UPS cannot pickup my package and I have to wait for 2 more days. When I insisted to talk to a manager, I was put on hold. As I write I am still waiting to talk to the manager. Its been 30 mins now and still counting. Worst experience you could get when you are relocating and stuff like this happens.

UPS in Calgary, Alberta - Can't think of a worst delivery service out there.

This is probably the 4th time UPS has returned an item to the sender without even making an attempt to contact me. I received my pick up notice in the mail today January 2nd, indicating that if I did not pick up my package by January 2nd it would be returned to the sender. Checking my actual shipping information the item was actually sent back on December 30th, and it is already in Winnipeg!! My name is clearly displayed on the building directory with a first initial and last name, unless the delivery person does not understand the English alphabet there is no excuse for this garbage. Not even a notice left on the door, a phone call, nothing.

UPS Customer Support confirmed a reschedule delivery time for a package, but delivery change was ignored.
I was told by a UPS customer service representative that UPS would change the date of delivery for a package which required an adult signature. Being away for New Years, I was unable to review tracking information, so I did not notice that UPS was trying to deliver...

Lol just cost me 37.41 to send a pair of shoes. Even funnier is that I brought them the 29th and it won't be there till the 7th of January. Unacceptable post office it woulda been about 16$
