Worst company ever. I ordered something and didnt receive it. I was suppose to receive my package 5 days ago and didnt receive it yet. They say that its because of the weather... ***. They just dont wanna work. The worst service i ever had and will never use ups.

Ups Damaged a shipment of mine for the third time in a row and then they want to blame it on improper packaging. 3 boxes were sent out but only 2 boxes made it safe and somehow 1 box was not packaged correct. All 3 boxes were packaged the same way. someone needs to do something about this horrible company. Their customer service department is useless and of course the only person who loses in the end is the sender or the receiver not ups. I wouldn't be so angry if it was something small but when your dealing with thousands of dollars one damage after the other becomes a loss for us not ups.

UPS - Passed delivery date by 2 days and still no words on estimated arrival. And I paid for the shipping!
First off! I am not taking out any personal stuff here. Its completely professional. Power outage is what posted on the website on 1/03/15, and today its 1/08. And this is the origin of the shipment location. So, billions of $ in revenue and they cant fix outage?? Well...

UPS Employees handle & deliver packages.

They are not Electricians!

The Power Company has to fix a power outage, so blame the power company for not restoring power in a timely manner!

UPS in Buffalo, New York - First Package Lost, Reordered and Second One Delayed Days at Their Facility (Ordered One Day Shipping)

Ordered items from Amazon.com and received an email it was delivered. Upon looking at tracking number it said it was left on the porch. Someone was home all day and no package was dropped off. After contacting UPS they told me it's at my house when it was never delivered. I contacted Amazon and they sent another package to me by 2nd day to replace the one that was lost. Three days later I get an email from UPS telling me the package is stuck at one of their facilities. Needless to say, I didn't receive that one for another couple of days when I was supposed to get it 2nd day. I was screwed over twice by them on one order. I will never have anything shipped UPS ever again after this.

Ups - Delivery Service Review from Little Rock, Arkansas

I was supposed to have received three packages today via UPS. I have been home all day! As I followed the packages online I noticed that the driver had reported at 4:41pm the receiver was not available. Well all I can say is he either went to the wrong address or didn't attempt to deliver at all. Poor customer service also, their attempt to help here in Little Rock is that I can drive to the UPS Center tonight between 8:00 and 8:30 pm and pick my packages up. I shouldn't have to do that. STOP hiring idiots off of street corners to work for you UPS, because obviously they can't read and are very lazy. That being said normally the UPS guy that delivers my packages is great, wish I knew his name, I have nothing but good things to say about him. I'm glad the $#$!!! that supposedly tried to deliver my packages today is not the normal delivery guy!

I ordered a very important package on Monday and they said it would be delivered by the end of the day on Wednesday. Through tracking, I followed the package all the way from its destination to the truck that was to deliver my package. it was put on the truck at 6 AM Wednesday morning and when 6PM rolls around, still no package, and the tracking just now tells me there was an Address Error because the UPS system cut off my apartment number, after i saw the UPS truck drive by 4 times. I am very displeased. Especially since I had to take an entire day off class due to the importance of the package and UPS lack of ability to give an approximate time of delivery instead of just sometime between 9AM and 7PM

UPS claims packages left on my porch when I'm home, they lie!

Several times now I've waited all day for a package, only to check the status online and see it was supposedly left on my porch. Of course it wasn't anywhere to be found. Is our UPS driver just lazy or what? Because no packages were left, and when I contact UPS they are beyond useless. They really act like you are wasting their time. Nothing ever happens when I've gone on their online chat feature and asked them what happened to my package, and I usually just give up and get reimbursed from the company I ordered the item from. I really hate UPS. It happened yet again yesterday, and this time I figured instead of going right to the company I ordered from who is losing money refunding my purchase, I figured I'd lodge a complaint directly with UPS for once. But when I contacted customer service they kept saying they couldn't help, they'd have to transfer me to another department who could. Each department kept saying the same thing! Finally some guy who sounded like he couldn't care less read his robotic script to me and asked what was in the package, confirmed address, etc- and said ok we'll open an investigation get back to you in 8 days or so. I asked him why does this keep happening? He said I'm not sure, should I contact your local UPS facility and have them check as well? Wait, what? I said, isn't that already part of your investigation?? How else are you going to "investigate"? I feel as though UPS just talks in circles and gives you a run-around until you give up and contact the company you ordered from. Oh, and the guy said to hold while he contacts them himself, but was only gone a couple seconds and said he couldn't reach them. What? In that nanosecond you had me on hold you actually tried to contact them? Doubt it. We'll see where their "investigation" leads but I'm not hopeful. I went ahead and contacted the company I ordered from in the first place and they quickly refunded me. They probably know it's useless dealing with UPS.

One of 2 things will happen.

The Shipper will requuire a signature on all future orders, or you will have to go to the UPS facility to pick up.

In case you have not seen the news, there are folks who follow delivery trucks and swipe the delivered packages.

Thanks Wally, you're probably right. As for theft I doubt it, as each time it was a package I was waiting for and was home.

The way our house is set up I can clearly see if anyone has walked up to my house and is on our porch, and no one came at all on the days I waited. You're probably exactly right about the other points though, thanks for your input.

Thought of a possible good solution.

Have merchandise sent out C.O.D, it will cost a bit more on the shipping, but no one can snag it since a driver cannot release it without the C.O.D. being collected.

As well, you are not able to watch your front door the entire day, so it is feasible the driver leaves it and it gets pilfered.

Just a couple more thoughts.

On January 6, 2015 at around 1:00 p.m. I had a bad experience when a sales clerk and manager at Store #4398, in Mar Vista, CA., refused to put my paperwork in the box and refused to give me information to complain about their behavior. Not only did the manager loud talk me in the store he also threw my box across the counter and said he was going to lock the door when I left the store. Out of all the times I've visited this location I've never experienced any rudeness so this was an unpleasant surprise.

UPS in Rosedale, New York - Leaving packages without ringing the doobell

I was supposed to receive a package on 1/5/2015, called the company because it had not come, they told me it was delivered, on that day. They didn't even ring the doorbell or knocked nothing they just left the package under a bush where it sat out all night. I'm upset because it was a check in the envelope. Since when they stopped ringing peoples doorbells or knocking. Some times this company sucks big time. I wish there was someone better to use. I rather for someone to put money directly into my bank account that would save time and money.

Well I posted awhile ago that I was mad about how UPS does delivery when the package is finally ready to be delivered. Now I have a new *** found problem. My package is only one hour away. The deliver date is set for Wednesday, it's now Tuesday. The package has been sitting in the same location since Saturday night, did not move. Then when the package did move it went a mere 26 miles and has not moved since then. Now I know that the scanning is not one hundred percent accurate, but I find this to be ridiculous. If you are a person like me that tracks the package, then I find it no problem to deliver the package early. I don't think that I would ever see a bad review that said, "delivered a day early, not expecting it so early missed the delivery man." I think that people would be happier if the package did come early. It would also look better on the company if they delivered the package earlier rather than wait tell the last minute to deliver. With this being said, we are now getting hammered with winter snow. I know that this does effect the delivery time, but if the package had moved from the location that is was in, which is a mere hour away, then the package would be on time and not take a chance of being late due to weather. I think that UPS should also read some of the complaints on this website. I know that a lot of this is people like me ranting a little bit, but is the stuff on this sight not right and stuff they could fix? I do not like that companies use UPS, USE FEDX! On a good note though the delivery people are very friendly. I have been at work when they are going to miss me to sign for the package and they delivered it right to me at work. Now when you call the customer service people they tell me to pick it up at a different location it costs money. The delivery people tell me otherwise. They are actually quite pleased most times to deliver it early. The delivery man said "This saves time and milage since I did not have to go to that part of town." So this may be a helpful hint to some. The delivery men are just like us and want to get the package to where it is going as fast as they can. I know I said in my las review that they passed my house three times before stopping which makes no sense either, but that is the route that they have to take. ***! Condense the gasoline!
