C.O.D payment for they stupidity is really inconvenient, nobody toled them to hold my package in their wearhouse my Christmas gift over a month and the delivery guys come to my house don't even ring the bell or nock the door they just leave a pice of paper asking to pay C.O.D $256.00 Never Ever use UPS no more **** UPS

Damaged packages, no account shipping at UPS stores

UPS has damaged more shipments than Fed Ex or USPS combined, including international post. Boxes routinely arrive scuffed, smashed, and torn. They are more concerned with speed than service, so packages are tossed rather than moved, and are often crushed in the truck. Also, the UPS store is not able to place shipments via accounts other than your own, unlike Fed Ex, who has printed labels from an account number many times for me. Also, drivers who claim they knock when they arrive don't, and never try a second time, or wait for an answer. Pickups are scheduled from early in the morning to early evening, and there are no customer service centers other than one in the south end of the city.

UPS are *** useless

to keep it simple, i scheduled to pick up my own package because i knew that somehow ups would mess that up. someone not doing his job properly, (every employee) put the package on the truck and went out for delivery again. me not having a credit card, i am not able to pay over the phone so once again they will make a delivery attempt and take it back with them. i scheduled to pick it up on thursday, went there friday and it wasnt there, went back monday oh guess what, still wasnt there. if you use UPS expect for them to *** up, because it is going to happen

Today, my 3rd package was not only delivered to the wrong house, but was also returned to the seller because they dont know how to look at numbers on a house to do their *** job. This was the final straw, i will NEVER! ever! Go through ups EVER again.

I ordered parts from a company and for some reason they split the order they gave one package to ups and the other to fedex I got the package from fedex the next morning around 11:00 a.m. ups finally delivered the other package 3 days later which was the smallest of the two

My parcel number1Z9FR2448591812725 pickup register number 2940C133MEJ .I droped my parcel of 1kg from gandhinagar , Gugarat , India by 12/01/2014. Still unable to track my parcel ,from day 1 I am calling customer care every day they created new excuse and asked me to wait for a day. A day of UPS is still continuing and customer care people are ready and shame less to say that again" Wait For A Day".If parcel is not reaching by time it is equal to cheating customer. HOW I CAN CLAME .

Overnight Shipping Review

UPS has the worst customer service ever! I ordered something to be shipped overnight on 1/5 and I still haven't received it. Every time I call (which has been daily), they say they will ship it the next day. Because they're idiots and can't do a simple task, I have to drive down to Stafford, TX myself to pick up the order. Incompetence at its best...*screams into pillow*

Dec. 10 I spent 30 minutes with a USP clerk. Trying to ship freight COD , he said that he couldn't. This young man seen to be lost in his environment. After talking on the telephone and talking to some one in the back of his desk area, he then told me ,he could. He charged me 24.51 to ship. He said that USP will send a check for the amount you paid.. The shipping ID is #MAGMKUo771R33. E-mail from ups Grace C. instructed me to check with my customer for status of shipment and cod payment. My customer confirmed that he had received shipment and paid the COD. ( Grace C. ) ( 01/03/2015 02:21 PM Dear UPS Customer, Thank you for your e-mail. I am sorry if you have not received the COD payment yet. I need to forward your information to the appropriate department for resolution. Please provide me with the following information: * Your last name* The best telephone number to reach you* Your address for documentation purposes I immediately gave this information. Email ( Grace C. ) ( 01/03/2015 03:50 PM ) U.S. Eastern Standard Time (US EST)Dear Ed,Thank you for the information.
