Package Review

Ups came to my apartment and didn't even use the buzzer for my apartment, and left a not saying that I have come pick it up from them because I wasn't there to get the package from them. It was almost like the expect you to be outside wait for them so the don't have to put any effort in to delivering your package.

I have nothing to do with UPS but you are slanderous and should be called to account. Monet told you what the system said you owe.

She can't know if someone has stolen your account information, so she didn't lie to you. On the other hand you have accused Monet of using your credit card inform for criminal purposes, with no proof.

Call your credit card company and check for fraud before you accuse. Enjoy Fedex.

Continuously missing pick ups - very unorganized

2.0
Details
I opened up a business account with UPS. My first to pick up shipments have been nothing but a nightmare! Two weeks in a row, they missed picking up my shipments. I spend over 8 hours in 4 days with agents and their supervisors. I finally, delivered the packages myself. I defiantly am closing my UPS account, and for sure, will not pay them any more for any pick ups! The worst thing is that every time i called, I got nothing but confusion and chaos. No one seems to know anything, each agent gives a completely different story. So un-organized and not only inefficient, but also ineffective.

I completely understand your frustration. We just opened up our UPS business account.

We run our business out of our home and have 5 packages that need to be picked up. We set it up last week. They were supposed to be here today between the hours of 9a-12p. However, nothing happened.

Then when you call them they say they have until 6pm to come and they will be here. Then sent the information to someone to call us about the inconvenience. That was a joke because that lady was so rude. My husband recorded the call and she hung up on him.

Well 6pm can and gone and nothing. I just don't understand.

Do not use UPS for delivery

UPS staff arrived at the main door of the building but instead of using the doorbell they preferred to leave a “next working day delivery” note. This happened three working days no matter if I did informed them through phone that I am in the flat and I was expecting to hear the bell sound. I had also supplied them with my phone number just in case, which they never used. Impolite, rude and arrogant staff. I would not use any Amazon or other selling internet service again, they use UPS. I scheduled a delivery tracked it for a week. delivery day i take time off work and sit 3 feet from my front door. i get a email we missed you open door to a sticker. the driver never knocked or anything. Very very unprofessional i will never use them again. I then call customer service who tried to blow me off and said we will schedule it again for the next day like i can take countless days off because driver wont knock on the door. Asked to speak to a manager and that took another 20 minutes for him to tell me to sit by my phone and wait for a call.

UPS in San Francisco, California - Horrified pregnant couple receives smashed packaged

Shipped my pregnant niece a "baby box" disregarding her request not to do this until the second trimester. The box was run over by something very large. It destroyed the integrity of the box and contents but left the perimeter intact enough to handle so they delivered it anyway. There was so much obvious damage, the delivery person didn't even knock. 2 tea cups reduced to shards which permeated the baby clothes, mangled books. For the next 7 months she will remember this as a bad omen; her original fear. I will never be trusted again. How could you do this?

So, my package arrived and I had to pay some custom fees. After I miss the three deliveries for some confusion of the payment then I ask for it to be rescheduled for wednesday. On wednesday, nobody shows up. I call the customer service and I change the redelivery for friday. The driver comes to deliver on thursday and on friday nobody shows up!!!! Then they change it to Saturday and that *** of a driver says he tried to deliver and nobody came. AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE just keeps telling *** lies to me. People keep telling me different stuff. Everyone in that company is an ***. I will never use UPS and I hope others won't as well, so at least there is a chance this company might go to ***.

How Many Ways Can UPS lie...let me count a few

Recently we used UPS to ship a WiiU to our newly married 24 year old son (who now lives 12 hours from us). This was going to be our first Christmas and His birthday apart. My wife is battling cancer and we were not able to make the journey. The item was packed according to UPS standards through a Shipping Agent. It was a box with in a box and all the required packing. Spent the extra money to buy insurance. My son received the gift in time for his birthday. He was surprised and excited. The unit was tested before shipping. He hooked up the system and the WiiU unit burnt the first of 2 game discs included with the system. My son went to a tech school and worked for an electronics company. He knows his stuff. He knew right away the laser was not working properly. He made some adjustments that would not violate the warranty and tried another disc. It did the same. We called UPS. We were informed that an Agent would contact us by the close of business the next day to come and do an inspection. The next day came and went and no call. We waited and about a week later I called. They said they had called my son no response. I had them repeat the number and two digits were switched. I corrected the number and they called. But instead of sending out an Agent, they sent my son a damage email form and asked him to take photos. He was then informed that a decision would be made in 3 days. 3 days came and went and no response. I called UPS back and was told that the I would have to contact the Shipper for their response. Are you kidding me? It is my package and that is not what we were told. I called the Shipper and they said yes, they got the response and were waiting for us to contact them. Oh boy! The Shipper then said our claim had been denied (get this) because after several calls and an Agent was not given access to the package. I immediately called UPS back and they said the same rehearsed speech...I would have to take it up with the Shipper. They would NOT even let me verify if their contact information had been corrected. I called the Shipper back and they said they would file a follow up claim. Now I wait again. So along with my concern for my wife's battle with cancer (treatments that are $35,000/each) I have to worry about a gift that we saved up for that we lovingly wanted to give our son something nice and what he wanted....I've got to haggle for a $300 settlement. Why bother charging customers for added Insurance if they are not going to pay up? Why bother following their packing rules if they are not going to pay up? Why bother paying extra for UPS and not get first class service? UPS should be honest and just have us sign a disclaimer that says, "Ship at your own risk!" What can BROWN do for me?!!!! Please pay up.
