UPS in Browns Lake, Wisconsin - I sent art work for an art competition that arrived damaged. The 50$ Insurance will not begin to cover it. An appraiser would cost more.

Packed was very well packed with bubble wrap and cardboard. It looked as though the truck driver ran it over. Also, I just saw anUPS truck delivery ing a package at the end of a road He hung the package on the outside of the mailbox. This is on a very busy road where many people will travel. The service is supposed to be delivered to a persons door not a mailbox on a busy road. In addition, a co-worker sent a care package to her daughter that she said arrived severely damaged and items were missing. What is happening to the quality of this service?

UPS in London, England - Absolutely terrible service. Still not got my pakage

They texted me to say they were delivering last Thursday. I knew I wouldn't be in so tried the online tool to change the delivery date. That was a a mistake. Wasted an hour trying to get the site to work and then gave up. Came home to a card on Thursday saying it had been left in my local pick up point. Normally not an issue but this package is 10kg, large and I am seven months pregnant. I called ups on Friday and asked them to redeliver on the following Tuesday's. I waited in and it didn't turn up. When I hadn't heard anything at all by 11am I called up. The call centre said it was not down for delivery but said they would message the depot who would call me in an hour. Four and half hours later (and three more phone calls from me) I finally got a call saying they would add it to the delivery drivers list and get it delivered. I waited in all day till 7pm when it still had not arrived. I called them again and they were really rude and unhelpful and said they had not explanation for why it hadn't been delivered and would arrange for redelivery the next day. However, like most people I haver to go to work and couldn't be in again. I now have no idea when I will get my package and will probably have to wait in for a whole extra day to get it and even then they probably won't turn up. Perhaps I should pay another delivery company to pick it up for me????? I'm 200 pound down for the item I have paid for which ups refuse to deliver. They are rude, unhelpful, unresponsive, and completely unable to deliver. Which is the only thing they are meant to do. Utterly useless. Message to ALL suppliers. Use dpd or Royal Mail instead. Please.

I arranged a package to be collected monday before 7pm, didnt turn up... they arranged another collection before 3pm Tuesday, didnt turn up.. contacted them them to ask why, couldnt answer but assured 5pm collection, wait for it... didnt turn up! Called again to see why and was advised i had called and cancelled the collection when i did not. Rearranged for tomorrow before 3pm which i doubt very much will turn up. No appoligy or compensation offered

UPS in Orleans, Ontario - Never again.

Have shipped 4 packages at different times from Orleans Ontario to Vancouver BC... Every time more frustrating than the last.The total un professionalism of the Driver at pick up and rudeness has clenched dealing with UPS for the rest of my life, no matter the cost.Never again.Totally unsatisfied and disgusted with the service overall..Seems complaining over the phone does nothing as they could care less.What ever the cost all future shipment will go Orleans to Vancouver via Greyhound or FEDEX or even Canada Post.I paid top dollar for overnight shipment for example and my son got his package 21 days late! That seems to be an acceptable error allowance to UPS..

I purchased a 2nd hand set ot bicycle wheels and the seller used UPS for delivery. Somehow my package got mixed up with a trailer going to an Amazon depot. Now UPS are telling me my package is stuck there, cannot be retrieved and I have to wait until Amazon send them back to UPS which I have been told will probably take weeks. I don't normally write reviews about things but when I'm out £250 and nothing to show for it, I'm not happy!

You can make a safety complaint to the US Dept of Transportation at http://nccdb.fmcsa.dot.gov/default.aspx. Choose the start button under "public" then click the box for truck safety. Be sure to include UPS's DOT number 21800.

DO NOT USE THIS COME ANY An pick up service was scheduled from 9am-7pm they didn't arrive because they went to the wrong address. A next day collection was arranged for the next day between 9am-1pm surprise surprise they didn't show up 3 phone calls to the customer service dept NO JOY all they said was that it was booked out & the driver should get to me by 5am they turn up at 3pm only to tell me they can't take the parcel because it needs a "waybill" a firm that needs to be completed LOL no problem you think!! No problem was my parcel could not go because the driver couldn't wait for the firm to be completed & so left stating they would collect 3 days later. This format took approx 3.5 mins however they was 2 hours late. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY unless you like grief

I called them up on Dec. 11th to get an 18lb parcel from Edmonton Alberta to Whitehorse Yukon. They quoted me $40.70. When the bill came it was $130.14. I disputed it and they just keep saying that they don't quote over the phone and that the fellow must have mistaken my destination. I told them that I had the fellows name and I had documented the conversation. She said it didn't matter and that we had to pay the full amount, which amounts to three times the quoted amount. I will never use UPS again and I will go out of my way to spread the word to all business associates about fraudulent tactics used within the UPS world of crime.

UPS - Extremely Bad delivery service

UPS delivery guy claims that he made 3 attempts to deliver package, cameras show he came only one time & did not bother to go to 3rd floor (I live in a condo apartment) & just left the yellow infoNotice note. After that in there website they claim he came two more times & no one was home so he couldn't deliver the package. My wife is staying home in maternity leave & all the times they claim to have attempt to deliver package she was home. Now I have to drive 50 minutes to their center for pick up.
