3 day select more like a scam!

I live in South Carolina. I order from this company in California at least once per week. I placed an order on 10 Dec 2020, and opted for UPS 2-3 day service ($20.00) over USPS 3-5 day service ($10.00) because USP is advertised as being faster. Well when tracking this package via UPS the original delivery date was set at 15 Dec 2020. The next day tracking revealed the date had changed to 16 Dec 2020. I just tracked it this morning and now its 17 Dec 2020 and its in transit out of Portland, OR. Today is 15 Dec 2020 (The 3 day delivery date which is not going to happen). This is unacceptable. To us COVID-19 as a reason to scam customers is also unacceptable. Dont sell what you cant deliver UPS. Im pissed and I want a refund. 1ZX222F112********.

User's recommendation: Dont use companies hiding behind COVID-19 as a reason they cant operate or can be depended on to honor their commitments. Check for consumer feedback before using products offered by UPS..

UPS Driver Hit My Mailbox and Denies It

Poor Delivery Service

12/4/2020 delivery, I heard the UPS truck pull up as I was in back yard. Went to front door, the delivery person did not ask for signature.

I asked him did he need the signed trace note, he said no. Finally received delivery.

As a side note, I called customer service, lady very rude and kept saying will be delivered by 9 pm. I told her it said that all week, she just keep repeating will be delivered bt 9 pm.

Package coming from Verizon, left note on door 12/1/2020 need signature. Signed the trace note to leave package on porch, 12/2/2020, home all day, no delivery, said attempted delivery but note still on door, 12/3/2020 said delivery delay mid-day, 12/4/2020 say will deliver today, they delivered a different package but not the Verizon package. Note still on door. They ALWAYS deliver my stuff to wrong address, when hose number is clear on house and curb!!!!

UPS Lied About No One Being Home, Ultimately Leading to Headaches

I ordered something from Home Depot and waited to receive the package on Friday, November 27. Instead of getting it, the UPS driver lied, put in a false attempted delivery note in tracking, then dropped it off at a nearby access point. Having the thing dropped off at an access point defeated the whole purpose of ordering this thing via mail in the first place, so I registered an online account to ask UPS to deliver it back to my house. Easy peasy, or so you would think. Unfortunately, to do this online, you have to enter a special number from a sticky note that the driver places on your door notifying you of a missed delivery and I didn't have that because the DAMNED driver had lied about having ever visited my house. So I called customer service and notified them of the change. Someone assured me that the package would be delivered the next day. But then when I checked tracking a day later, I saw that status had remained unchanged and was still informing me of a missed delivery and telling me that I had to pick the package up at the access point or that it would be returned to sender. There was nothing that said, for example, "rescheduled for delivery." It was the same tracking as before. I called UPS customer service again, but this time got one of those vague responses where I was reassured that the company had received my request to redeliver the package to my house but couldn't give me an ETA at all. Keep in mind that this was happening on a Wednesday, and I was supposed to have received this item five days before! So now I was looking at potentially waiting a few more days for an item I had paid UPS X amount of money to have delivered by a specific date. Gotta love how these lazy *** millennials working these days just abuse the tracking system to *** and back. Just put in false tracking, and collect your paycheck for the day. It's all good! Who cares who you're inconveniencing!Angry

Packages not arriving despite correct address

About 50% of my packages are apparently going to the wrong address. How do I know? Because the apt manager called apparently we are bringing the misdelivered them to the office. Come on, so the last debauchery delivered my package to another building and I got the one meant for the guy downstairs !

The fourth package delivered to incorrectraddress

Ups is replacing the shipping label and delivering to an old address. We moved have a new address that the PO recognizes and Fed Ex delivers to. What is wrong with UPS? Packages are open, torn or just not delivered. NOT a way to run a business!!

Unprofessional

I was in the UPS store on Jackson Ave in Oxford, MS and had a bad experience. One of the workers, Randy Rankin, recognized me from a previous job he worked and sparked a conversation. He started bad mouthing the previous company and sharing misinformation with me. I felt it was rude and extremely unprofessional.
