Same thing here I talked to a driver today he said they just threw everything that could be blamed on the weather in trailers because the packages that are commng now have service agreements that they would have to pay for if not delivered on time. he said it could be weeks before we get our packages that there is no big hurry.

UPS in Benicia, California - "Your package is a week late? Oh Gee..."

I sent an envelope via UPS...$28.00, to be delivered Fri. 13th (California to Victoria, BC, CANADA). But nowhere to be found on tracking...finally found and to be delivered Thurs. 19th. It is now Fri. 20/15, and the envelope has yet to reach it's destination. Supposedly today they say. UPS does not provide a communication avenue to register a complaint. If you call 1.800.742.5877 it's just "Oh Gee...I do apologize...no - there is no one else to talk to...it 'should' get there today." Regarding credit? Go back to your local UPS Store and talk to them. Right. Endless follow-up and phone calls by shipper and waiting recipient, for one little envelope. So. I have one comment with regard to this very unsatisfactory customer experience: 'Go FedEx'.

Fastest way to ruin your day... Ship with UPS!

Where do I even start. I have dealt with UPS not only personally but with my business as well. They have lost and damaged multiple products. No refunds, no compensation, not even an apology. I try to change a delivery address as stated on the website and they tell me I can't until it is delivered and then I can change it with a Charge?!? These people are beyond my understanding of customer service. Most can barely speak english, rude, difficult and listening skills are terrible. I would pay for people NOT to use UPS. When I buy something online and they deliver UPS.. I cringe and I am upset at just the thought. Knowing something WILL go wrong. Terrible terrible company. Purolator ALL the way!

UPS in Glen Allen, Virginia - SHIPPING NIGHTMARE!

payed for overnight shipping for an item that was only coming from the next state. My item is here in my area at the shipping center but i am now told that due to weather snow and rain it will be able to be sent out. this is ODD because its nothing BUT SUN OUTSIDE! I have made contact with three different people about just going out there and picking up my item but this is not allowed and they do not work on weekends so now i am not able to get my item till the END OF NEXT WEEK!! UPS will never have me use there services again and will not order from anyone who sends items out through ups.

The tracking and delivery service was fine. The customer service was poor. On 2/17/15, I went by UPS in person and ask that they hold my package there when it arrived. The rep said she would do it. So 2 days later, when I received an tracking email that it was here, I went by to pick it up. I gave them my tracking number and they said it was out on delivery. I told the lady I had it held. She said it didn't require a signature and they would leave it by my door if I weren't there. Later on that evening, I went by UPS, on the way home, to see if the package was delivered. They said delivery required a signature, so it was still on the truck and couldn't be left. I came back again 2 hours later. The lady in charge, in an unfriendly manner, told me to wait outside. I waited for 20 minutes out in the freezing weather. I nearly got to the point of deciding just to tell them to return to sender. Just as I was leaving, they finally found it. Because of this experience, I decided not to use them again.

On 02/17/15, the package was upgraded with cost from USPS delivery to UPS ground delivery with a delivery date of 02/19/15. Midday on 02/19/15 I confirmed the delivery. After the package was NOT delivered, I contact UPS, and was told that the package had not arrived at the delivery hub and probably would not be delivered until 02/23/15. FOUR, 4 days late. And of course UPS put the blame on the shipper.. I would love to hear them take responsibility for THEIR actions.

I ordered an item from amazon yesterday and PAID for one day shipping. Package gets to the ups location in my freaking neighborhood. And all of a sudden its delayed because of Severe weather conditions. What weather conditions. The freaking sun was shinning all day. Ups really needs to get their *** together. And get rid of these lazy *** workers. They Never want to do their jobs

I ordered stuff from midway, I was home, I have dogs that let me know when someone knocks. If you ever had a pom you know what I mean. I was in my basement working, my dog barks I go up stairs its the mailman, but also on my door is a sticker left by ups. Wtf! the guy didnt even knock. Been waiting a week for my stuff so i call the ups # and they said we'll just deliver it tomorrow.Why cant he just swing by and drop it off,"sorry sir we cant do that". Now I have to go 20 miles to pick up the stuff I paid to have delivered? Yes, UPS I will be using another vendor to ship and deliver. If UPS is the only delivery vendor I will not purchase from them or do business again with that company. I will also be sending the parent company a letter which I bought items from.

UPS in Brooklyn, New York - "Sorry, We missed you"

The delivery should be made to a catering hall. We were waiting for it whole day. We had a party that day, so the hall and the office was always opened. A lot of guests, employees at the main entrance. Instead of a package, At 6.45 PM I see a lovely "We missed you" slip (6.15 PM) on a side entrance several feet away from the main entrance. You should be either completely blind or *** to "miss us". The driver didn't even tried to walk in, according to what eyewitness told me. I called UPS Customer service 30 minutes after attempt was made, but he told me, that the driver can't come back. I explained to him, that we expected this package to be delivered today. It is important. Bla-bla, the driver can't come back, but he promised me, that it would be delivered next day at early morning. Now it is 1.05 PM. No package. Our plans are ruined. We are pissed off!

Hire good personal. Responsible. I had never had a problem with UPS at my neighborhood, nice guys work there.
