same for me, a 2nd day air pkg currently sitting in Dallas for "inclement weather".. supposed to be delivered Friday.

No updates in a couple days online and no one at UPS has a clue. this is 4th pkg in 3 months delayed for bogus reasons.

what happen was my package was folded and crammed in my mail box sticking half way out from the nail box and stayed there over night because it was deliversd in the evening and we live on privare road aways from the mail box and my package was ruined it is not usable because of the way they folded iy

UPS in Plano, Texas - Overnight meds taking 5 days plus

Ordered meds from CVS / Caremark. Meds were shipped using overnight delivery because of two refrigerated medicines. UPS failed to deliver the package the next day (Thursday) because of inclement weather and rescheduled delivery for Friday. Then package is out for delivery in the morning and then rescheduled for Monday due to weather. It was 50 degrees and clear roads and they use the weather excuse. I hope they are keeping the meds refrigerated or they will be out a couple thousand for replacement. My opinion is Brown is Bad!!! I will not use UPS for any delivery of anything.

I haved worked for UPS and have some stories to tell. But thats not why I am here. I am here to warn others not to purchase from sellers that use UPS as their shippers. I think UPS, USPS, as well as Fedex all have some serious issues. But I think UPS tops them all....

Yeah, I'm pretty sure this guy is lying. It is truly not possible for a driver to leave a $2500 ***insured*** package on your doorstep.

If the shipper doesn't declare the value of the package for the actual value, then it is safely assumed it's not worth anything- like candy.

Once the package is insured for $1000+ is when UPS starts caring, anything more they actually care. Anything over $1k requires a customer signature for delivery.

UPS in Vista, California - Recurring Problem...

UPS came to our business on March 3rd for delivery when the store is closed. Placed at the door "will call". I called the sender. The sender said they did not request a will call. I paid for shipping. I am not a *** to waste gas and pick up my product. Called on March 4th the 1800 number for UPS and I was told it will be delivered the next day 3/5/15. Got a call from Chuckee of UPS San Marcos.He said he is doing a courtesy call for a will call. I told him I will not pick up the product no one told anyone that this shipment was a will call and I would like to talk to the supervisor. He called around 12:24 pm He said he will tell the supervisor but did not get a call back. I called and called to 1800 and the San Marcos to speak to the supervisor. Waited on the phone hours after hours but the supervisor did not speak to me.I ask John of 1800 if there is a note saying it is to be delivered today. He said nothing but there was a report at 12:01 that I called on March 4th. Chuckee never told me that, when I asked him on March 5th. According to John the call was completed @12:48 but there was no delivery date. I would like the supervisor to talk to me regarding this problem and the last year problem. I also want a refund on my shipping charges. I lost sales because my client is waiting for this shipment on the 3rd. This is a recurring problem.

UPS in Richmond, British Columbia - Very poor customer service

I had a time sensitive package to deliver to the government. I went to the UPS store in Ironwood mall in Richmond, BC, and picked the date to ship as the scheduled arriving time was exactly the date I wanted. But the envelop was not delivered on the scheduled date and end up returned back to me. Shocked and disappointed, I had to redelivered the envelop via the same UPS store again and paid more the 2nd time as I have the deadline to catch so I picked the express service (I was very close to miss the deadline because of their first mistake, which would cost a severe consequence). Meanwhile I called UPS customer service line to complain as I have to ship twice because of their mistake. The rep promised her supervisor would call me back that day, well, that never happened. I asked the store for resolution, and the store replied to me that they are only franchise and I should deal with UPS customer service directly in order to get any refund. Since I got no response from calling, I wrote to the customer service instead. Another rep wrote a worthless apology letter and kicked the ball back to the UPS store I shipped. After I told her that the store wouldn't do anything about it, then she kicked the ball to the UPS store relationship department, said that customer service can't do anything about it as I shipped from a franchise. So I had to wrote again to the Store Relationship Dept, what a let down! After two attempts, I received NO response whatsoever, like a dead end! So many time and energy wasted back and forth by dealing with such a crapy service! I was let down by UPS all the way through, from the Store, the delivery service, the customer service and the store relationship dept. I was led to believe UPS and the Store use the franchise as the excuse to purposely ignore customer's complain so we can give up! Nevertheless, I'm not giving up to share my very disappointing and frustrating experience about this company and the franchise store. I hope anybody who have the choice does NOT go through what I've been through. As for me, I'll say Good Bye to this company, Never use them again and tell all my friends and family about it as well.

They have not delivered or been able to say when my product is going to arrive. They are just horrible when it comes to customer service. People should not use them for anything. I have requested various times for info and all I get is We are sorry and nothing else. All I want is to know when I will get my product which has already been paid for but no one seems no know anything about. They just cannot be trusted with anything. I even requested that they use the USPS and got nothing. So people do not use this company.

UPS in Calgary, Alberta - Customer Service very poor

My Parcel delivery date Mar03/2015 at the end of day. Not delivered. called leave it at Main office 22 Aero Drive Calgary. waiting no one called March04/2015. I called 10 times no proper answer. Finally Lorraine 403-648-3000 from local Calgary office call me your parcel on truck. Waiting all day no one show up. Finally go to Main Office same answer no parcel here. i told him i am wait i need answer. After waiting 1 hour bring parcel out. Most of them are lie. If shipping from USA to Canada use USPS very good cheap and no brokerage fee other wise UPS has there brokerage they charge you brokerage fee
