UPS in Spring, Texas - 7 pkags in 3 weeks DELAYED for no reason

Too long a story to tell about these inept, rude people with no customer service or people skills. David P Abney, CEO & Myron A. Gray, President US Operations. These are the people I will be trying to get thru to asap. Unless they are too busy having their Limo's take them to the bank! Bet when the stock takes a dive they will pay attention. My guess is that they have no clue as to what is being said on their on FaceBook pages. Much less other forums. Just google "UPS Complaints" and see for yourself. There is POWER IN NUMBERS folks. Can you say "ENRON", "WORLDCOM" and even "TRUMP ENTERTAINMENT RESORT"? They are not beyond going down for lack of service. Just a matter of time, people.

UPS in Hayward, California - False note of delivery attempt & no attempt at customer service

They claimed to have tried to deliver my package when I was at my apartment waiting for the package and I was not notified. There was not even the usual note saying that that they were going to try to return the package. It was after 8 p.m. when they claimed to have tried to deliver my package when the delivery window was 10-2:30 p.m. It took more than fifteen minutes to get someone online to talk to and they were of absolutely no help. They could not offer to deliver it the next day on Saturday but only on Monday. The box is full of meat, making it a full three days late, which would make it inedible considering when it IS delivered on time, all the dry ice is gone. There was no customer service help at all. No attempt to make the driver who was only 15-30 minutes away to turn around and give me my package. It was like "eh, what do you want me to do?"

Poor Delivery Management of UPS Canada

I am getting some study material from Georgian College. To my bad luck they have selected UPS as delivery agent. On Thursday (5th March), I found a UPS Notice slip attached to my mail box ticked 1) Sorry we missed you (we will try next weekday), 2) Your action is required (someone must be here to accept delivery and sign your package) Since study material was important, I decided to wait at home on Friday (6th March), called customer service number of UPS to know the details when can expect delivery or driver's contact number. The customer service rep asked about tracking number which unfortunately not supplied to me, instead I tried to gave her Infonotice # 937180256500 but she showed her helpless and informed she can't assist me without tacking number details. I waited till noon at home. Since I was moving out deputed my son (20 years) to stay at home and receive the parcel. No delivery was made. In the evening found another infonotice # 937990552095 paste on my mailbox. Called UPS Customer Service in the evening. This time Rep was able to tell the status based on my infonotice number. Further is said that I have to wait till Monday (9th March) to receive the delivery, also informed that I can't pick in person till 9th as they do not work on Saturday and Sunday. In-spite of speaking to Supervisor result was the same. She gave me address of her warehouse location 3195, Airvay Drive, Mississauga L4V 1C2 and asked me to collect it after 8 AM if I want, but I am not sure about her assurance. I want to know that why UPS people never tried to contact on my cell, as I have given this number to Georgian College along-with my address details. I have only one question that why big institutions are not relying on Canada Post, I experienced that they are more efficient and even if I am not at home they drop the parcel at their store near to my location and leave notice that I can pick it up from there.

same for me, a 2nd day air pkg currently sitting in Dallas for "inclement weather".. supposed to be delivered Friday.

No updates in a couple days online and no one at UPS has a clue. this is 4th pkg in 3 months delayed for bogus reasons.

what happen was my package was folded and crammed in my mail box sticking half way out from the nail box and stayed there over night because it was deliversd in the evening and we live on privare road aways from the mail box and my package was ruined it is not usable because of the way they folded iy

UPS in Plano, Texas - Overnight meds taking 5 days plus

Ordered meds from CVS / Caremark. Meds were shipped using overnight delivery because of two refrigerated medicines. UPS failed to deliver the package the next day (Thursday) because of inclement weather and rescheduled delivery for Friday. Then package is out for delivery in the morning and then rescheduled for Monday due to weather. It was 50 degrees and clear roads and they use the weather excuse. I hope they are keeping the meds refrigerated or they will be out a couple thousand for replacement. My opinion is Brown is Bad!!! I will not use UPS for any delivery of anything.

I haved worked for UPS and have some stories to tell. But thats not why I am here. I am here to warn others not to purchase from sellers that use UPS as their shippers. I think UPS, USPS, as well as Fedex all have some serious issues. But I think UPS tops them all....

Yeah, I'm pretty sure this guy is lying. It is truly not possible for a driver to leave a $2500 ***insured*** package on your doorstep.

If the shipper doesn't declare the value of the package for the actual value, then it is safely assumed it's not worth anything- like candy.

Once the package is insured for $1000+ is when UPS starts caring, anything more they actually care. Anything over $1k requires a customer signature for delivery.
