Details
Ups left my package outside my front door and someone walked away with it STOLE IT while I was at work. Does ups have to make 3 attemps to deliver a package. Their service SUCKS and I would never use them. This practice should be against the law. I hope they go   Out of business if they don.t clean up their act

UPS in London, England - Paid EXTRA for NEXT DAY delivery and took over 3 days

I urgently needed a packaged delivered to me so i paid extra for next day delivery and choose a time as I work all sorts of hours, my package wasn’t even attempted to be delivered. I called the following morning for an explanation only to be told they are not sure and promise that it will arrive today. What do you think happened, NO DELIVERY AGAIN!!!! I called back again only to be told they don’t know what happened and that the delivery can still happen although moments ago the guy said the last delivery is by 7pm and we was talking at 7:45pm. I was promised the delivery again but set as urgent pre 9:30am but surprise surprise NO DELIVERY… Promised again pre 12pm delivery, surprise surprise STILL NO DELIVERY, due to this unacceptable failure it cost me over £95 and an opportunity to close a business deal. DO YOU THINK WHEN I CALLED AND EXPLAINED THIS THEY CARED….. NO!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. I wasn’t declined any compensation other that my refund of the delivery cost and that was apparently UPS going out of there way as gesture of good will. WOW!!! Disgusting service, unprofessional, unreliable and truly a company with no CUSTOMER SERVICE values!!!!

UPS in Killeen, Texas - Failed to deliver my package on arrival date.

Im a business owner & I expected my package to arrive on the day 3/11/2015 that UPS stated an arrival date, however, I checked my tracking # the moring of arrival date & it stated package arrived to Belton (20 mins); at 5:53am. I saw a UPS truck come into the plaza where my business is located, however, I didn't receive anything. I called UPS & stated I had seen the truck & received nothing. The rep stated that they had until the end of the business day to deliver my package. A few hours later I saw another UPS truck in my plaza & still nothing. I went to check my tracking # again then it stated Adverse Weather May Cause Delay. WHAT ADVERSE WEATHER!?!?!? 20 mins away!! No rain & not cloudy!!! *** I had a customer waiting on the package! I called again & this time the rep stated my package was still sitting in a trailer that was waiting to go out the next morning. IM PISSED!

Ups - Cell Phone Shipping Review from Detroit, Michigan

My package was delivered to a UPS access point (to avoid theft from in feont of my house) 2 days late, with periods where the tracking had been lost due to "adverse weather" (that being sunny and clear) and no help from customer service. I picked up a large box in which there was a smaller box in which there was supposed to be a phone. I opened the large box to see bubble wrap very messy and a ripped cell phone box (not typical for best buy). No cell phone. There was a charger and a battery, but no phone. So of course I inspect the package further and see that on the bottom of the box there was a portion where the "tamper-evident" tape was compromised and re-taped over with clear tape. Now if that's not clear theft, I don't know what is.

UPS - Delays is delivery

I have two packages sitting at the UPS facility in Mesquite, TX. One has been there since the 2nd of March. UPS is using the adverse weather excuse, but this is wearing thin. I am serviced both at work and at home through Belton. They get a trailer every day from Mesquite to Belton. It should not take over a week to clear a 2-day backlog. I am getting packages at my business just fine. It appears they are sitting on older trailers in Mesquite and pushing through newer stuff. Or maybe they are trying to keep business customers happy and screwing over home customers. They don't appear to be working overtime to get trailers off loaded and cleared. I am hoping that when my packages arrive, they're not damaged.

I am having the same issue and have spoken with several people at UPS. What is happening just does not make sense.

One of the people I spoke to said that the sorter at the Mesquite center broke down. I wish they would just tell you how far behind they were. I have an item that is very time sensitive and if it is going to be another week before I see my package that I supposedly was see next day, then I am making other arrangements. Amazon has been absolutely wonderful and has offered to send out another if the delay proves to be that long.

The problem there is if it has to go through this same backlog, it won't do much good. I can not believe that they could be more than 2-3 days behind. Just like you, I believe this inclimate Weather excuse is a bunch of ***. A company that has been in business this long and this successful knows exactly how long it will take to get things back to ON TIME status.

I am so sick of hearing, "Check the website for the status of you package" I could scream. I want answers as to when I can expect my package. 1 day, a week, a month.

When???

I hope you see your package soon. I know USPS and FedEx are running just fine.

UPS warehouses packages in Dallas

I have three packages on the way on Thursday. They arrived in Dallas on Thursday, 3/6. It is now Monday 3/9 and they are still not delivered, yet here they are less than 20 miles away. UPS is citing adverse weather. There were several days of adverse weather over a week ago. We have had rain on and off for a few days – that cannot possibly be considered extreme enough adverse weather to delay deliveries. Or maybe, anytime there's adverse weather anywhere in the United States UPS can just use that as an excuse to not deliver on time even in the packages are already in the local warehouse, according to theit own scans. They have changed the delivery time from Friday to Monday and now Tuesday. Yet they have been in Dallas for four days. This is a pattern that started with the snow and ice storms last year when UPS put all of the packages they could not deliver during those days into a warehouse and instead delivered new packages. They caught up over the next couple of weeks just before Christmas making many, many people miss delivery dates for Christmas gifts. Since Amazon started using their own delivery service in Dallas (after the UPS Christmas debacle) I have gone back to using Amazon since it's reliable. Unfortunately UPS is now not reliable in the Dallas area. I would just prefer priority US mail. At least it doesn't just get stuck in the warehouse when there's a little adverse weather so that they can report on time delivery to the fresh crop of shippers. Whoever runs operations in this region is clearly in over his head. They have absolutely no method of dealing with extreme weather. They just catch up when they get around to it, promised delivery dates be damned

Ups cant get anything delivered on time

i ordered stuff on the internet and it had free 2 day shipping. it was a guaranteed shipping. it wasnt delivered on time. i call ups and they give me excuses. i email again they say it was delayed no idea why. i returned some stuff a few weeks earlier and 2 weeks later it still hasnt been delivered. i call them and they say amazon (the one im returning stuff to) has to call them not me. amazon refuses and ups wont do anything. my past few orders have been 3 or 4 business days late. what is 2 day guaranteed shipping when they dont keep their end?

Package Review

I was not aware that my package was being delivered today so I missed the delivery. I called to reschedule and was given an address to pick up my package. I was told that to redeliver my package would cost me $6.00! This is ridiculous! This was only after 1 attempt! I could understand if it was after 2 or 3! I think this new UPS policy sucks and takes advantage of people! Judy Wescott
