I had troubles with UPS second time this week. Firstly I paid extra £10 for faster delivery. We were home and we found a note that I can pick up my parcel in a shop... So I went there and the box was OPENED and it was seriously DAMAGED. I asked the man at the shop if he opened it and he said the driver openeded it to check the code on it. But the CLEARLY finished before the edge of the box. I called the printer guys and they refunded the amound back. Then I ordered a very important thing from Birmingham (I live in London) and the company who I ordered from paid for my special delivery. And they said I will receive it on the next day (Saturday) before 12pm. At 1pm I called the company really upset and they called me back saying UPS DOES NOT KNOW WHERE IS THE PARCEL. What the *** do you mean???!!! Useless idiots. They put the second companies in trouble. What's happened to them? They clearly don't like their job. Then change life! Instead of make other people's important day(s) a nightmare.

UPS Canada poor pick-up/customer service

Submitted a pick-up request before 1pm and took half the day off work to give the package to the driver. 1:45pm and no show so I call customer service they and they tell me if the request was for before 1pm then it must already be picked up, which it wasn't. Make another pickup request and the tell me okay we'll be there before 7pm. My package was of higher value so the receipt clearly states that I must have the driver sign my copy in case I need to submit a claim. When I asked the driver to sign my receipt on the line marked signature he said that he "doesn't do that". Called customer service to ask about this and the representative didn't know what a receipt is. Who doesn't know what a receipt is? Then she says that drivers don't sign things, even though my receipt clearly says otherwise, but again she didn't know what a receipt is. I still can't believe it, it boggles my mind, how incompetent are you that you don't know what a receipt is, surely she must have purchased something at some point in her life and have received a receipt.

UPS in Cambridge, Massachusetts - CUSTOMER SERVICE? HA!

A package was scheduled for delivery today, Friday. I took time off from work for this as this package was important. No package came during the day. I called UPS at 7 pm, as tracking still said "out for delivery". They assured me that it WAS out for delivery, that the driver probably had a lot on his truck, that he had to deliver all packages before bringing the truck back, etc. I asked for verification of this impending delivery and was told that someone from our local UPS depot would call me. An hour later, still no call. I called UPS again around 8 pm, was told that my call request was (oops!) never sent to the depot, and that one would be sent "right now". I still didn't get a call. I called UPS a third time, at 9:30 pm, and was told that "..people at the depot are busy in the evening and don't make such calls at that hour." Freaking really? I waited for a 2 hours call that wasn't coming anyways? I several times expressed a concern that tracking info was wrong, and was told, "But that can't be, that rarely happens." I went to bed at 10 pm. Tracking still said "out for delivery". Got up at 2 pm to get ready for work, checked tracking, and it NOW said "delivery rescheduled for next Monday". Yes, I'm a PISSED consumer. Waited all day and night for a package that wasn't even on the truck, and UPS phone people are nice, but USELESS. They can't add any any information to what WE see on our monitors ourselves. They act like company cheerleaders, "Don't worry, if tracking says "out for delivery" then it IS! I should have received a call FROM THE DEPOT WHERE MY PACKAGE WAS, telling me that a mistake had been made, and giving me an apology for MY WASTE OF TIME. We have instant communication technology, and a UPS agent has to EMAIL someone for information and HOPE that they respond? It's pathetic, *** it. I am sick to death of UPS. "Nice" customer service people don't always = GOOD ones.

Ups - Delivery Service Review from Attleboro, Massachusetts

Was charged $5 to change a delivery date. Waited at home all day for a package that never came. Called ups customer service several times during the day told them that tracking info online did not day "out on truck". Was assured each time that the shipment was on schedule and there was no problem, only to see the tracking info at the end of the day updated with 'as requested...delivery day change was completed.' Called ups back pissed only to be told by the local ups supervisor that the package was never on a truck!

I ordered a pool online delivery date was on time HOWEVER it was delivered in the wrong position, the box was a complete mess! Wholes in the top bottom middle and needless to say the pool had a BIG whole and all items inside were damaged. How in the world can a company deliver a package and it looks this bad!!! Not a fan of UPS at all.

I feel your pain. UPS stands for United parcel smashers as they destroy most if not all items that cone through.

Look up UPS video on YouTube.

It's sickening how they treat the packages that could be million dollar treasures, family heirlooms, ashes, etc. Don't ship UPS!

Why is it in certain areas your drivers don't ring the doorbell they just leave a note or leave your package sitting outside? I was ecpecting a package that is needed for tomorrow, my sister has been waiting for them to come, she goes outside and see a slip. This is unacceptable. If your guys are not gpnna deliver the packages then you need to let the publuc know. Something needs to change or get drivers that are willing to do thier jobs right.

Rude Angry UPS Driver -Incompetent UPS Service

An angry, sarcastic, frustrated, rude driver blamed the customer for not being home once before when he tried to deliver the items. The customer had received less than 12 hours notice of first delivery time and contacted UPS to reschedule. Was informed by UPS customer service that packages would be delivered on new date requested. Notwistanding this assurance the driver showed up on the original date. He produced a report that he had delivered the items at residence but instead left them at a UPS boutique. Customer received notice that his packages had been delivered. Customer called UPS to tell them the items where not delivered contrary to emailed notice of delivery. UPS said they could not do anything a bout this and asked that an ''investigation'' be requested by merchant.

The fact that there is NO "ground" Saturday delivery because the drivers "need a day off" is NOT acceptable. Hire part time drivers to deliver on Saturday to "accomodate the people that ALSO work Monday through Friday" or at least allow US to PICK UP at the local UPS center. No customer convince on the way ypu do business and on top of that can't even give atleast a 4 hour window of delivery time. Unbelievable. Yall suck!!!!!!-

stay away from UPS in the dallas mockingbird area. they refuse to deliver packages ordered on line.

put every excuse of they can think of to not deliver your package. wrong address person not there

you name it. I will never use ups in the dallas fort worth area again

FEDEX it. I have never seen this type of unprofessional conduct with a shipping company.

this last time i overnighted a package to dallas ...

paid high dollar for it ... and three days later

it still was not there. My husband is living in Dallas at the moment and every package he has ordered through amazon ups it was nearly impossible to get it to him.

some of them just had to be cancelled STAY AWAY FROM UPS DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. FEDEX

I have been expecting a check since last Friday. Twice the dumb as$3$ sent it back saying my address is undeliverable. Well the first time I found out that the driver never came to my house. Wonder what the new reason will be. Funny thing is that I have had packages delivered from them in the past. Just three weeks ago infact. They must have a new driver that is illiterate. Unfortunately the company sending my package uses these dummies. What is really sad, my address must be six feet long on my building and my unit number is in my gate and on the molding around my door. This is what our future looks like in delivery. Funny how fedex just delivered a package to me on Saturday without any problems. I see it does not take much to get hired by UPS.
