Unhappy

I ordered a part for my truck because it it failed inspection. now it was mis delivered and returned so I had to reordered it . It will be late so I will have to drive 90 miles to get my truck inspected and get the suspentfion off my registration which will cost me another $85.00 because it is late. NOT HAPPY WITH UPS. I think should reimburse me for my extra time and expense this is extremily erresonsable of them . this is a multimillion dollar business that needs to be accountably for its action or should I say misaction if it were sent usps it wood have been delivered correctly

BOX DAMAGED

I sent my grandson an Easter present packaged in a box by me, nothing breakable, when it was delivered it was beyond recognition, the contents were all open and thrown in the box, as my daughter in law said the box was crushed beyond recognition, shame on ups drivers they need to be held accountable which they never seen to be, I am going to contact Michael Finney, seven on your side, and I am going to make sure this problem gets resolved, It happens all the time, it is about time UPS is held accountable, I also paid 22.00 to ship this box, only to have the contents destroyed!!!!

Nasty UPS Driver

I work in Hampton, Virginia and am at the receiving end of receiving packages for my job. I happened to be one of the few staff member that signs for the packages. After signing with the little element they use for signatures, the driver held up the device in my face and asked me if my mother taught me to be that way holding the device with the pen dangling. Really? What kind of psych person do they hire over there at UPS. Every time he comes by he tries to amuse the other staff members and talks to them for like 1/2 an hour at a time. I guess UPS not only likes to hire very rude obnoxious people, but ones that don't like to work either.

Worst customer service. Why?

Because it is outsourced to the Philippines. No common sense, scripted answers, and if you make a complaint about them, it goes straight to the same place. UPS doesn't want to know their 2nd class choice of handling customers is not going well. I live on a 14 mile island and the South got left off the address.

They have had it three weeks, not a word. I call "customer service" and they tell me it is going to take another 48 hours for the computer to notify the distribution center.

Guess what, it took 4 days later. UPS will never do any better because they have made sure you have no way to contact anyone who matters.

I live in the Philippines. I had a package sent here from the US.

UPS increased the value of the item by a factor of 3 for duties and taxes.

It has been with the UPS Representative Company here for three weeks processing. Last time to use UPS!

Just to understand, the Shipper did not put the entire correct address on the label, and it is the up to UPS to figure out the correct address?

Personally, I would be steaming mad at the shipper.

If they had put the correct address on the label in the first place, you would have you item.

Put the blame where it belongs, and it does not belong here!

Abysmal service UPS joke to call themselves a delivery company. Trying to say they have been at my door 3 times to delicer a ACER laptop. This is not true, they have even lied on the tracking number saying they were at my door and i wasnt home!! This is total BS I have MS!! Acer arent much help they are believing the load of nonsence that UPS are putting in with my tracking number!! Them of all people shoild understand that you can adapt records so they look good.. Now All i want is my Laptop back VIA ACER! Oh yes i have called both companies. Acer are going by UPS made up data. UPS anawer is come out to our glasgow collectiln area and get it yourself. NO CHANCE!! NEVER EVER RECEIVED INFORMATION VUA TEXT THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DELIVER ON ANY OF THE FANTUM DATES. WISH THEY WOULD TEXT ME UPDATES. MAYBE GET ON BETTER THAN THIS LOAD OF BS...

UPS IS A JOKE

I sent an overnight via UPS to be delivered on December 18, 2015, It got delivered January 26,2016. 40 days late, what a *** joke UPS is. Use fed-ex since they are the only reliable shipper left. I had another package overnighted for pick up today and the same old *** it won't be delivered and of course they have no clue where it is. Liars and *** Every time you call you get someone who can't speak English and you WILL get lied to time after time.

I ordered a new phone through my carrier since my old phone died. Using UPS tracking my phone was to be delivered 1/7/16. Using their tracking service it said my phone had been delivered at 10am on the 7th. Since the package needed to be signed for I contacted customer service through their Chat option ( Since they delivered my phone to someone else I couldn't call ). I went through 5 different people in the chat process and all of them gave me the runaround. First I was told I must call the toll free complaint number. She couldn't understand that they had delivered my phone to another party. her only suggestion was to borrow a phone and call them. I am a disabled Vet and I cannot just run out and get a phone from someone. I run my business out of my home and I need my phone to process orders. After 5 times on chat I was finally advised that my package had been delivered to the Amazon warehouse 25 miles from my house. I asked why they couldn't call the UPS service in Las Vegas and have the phone picked up by them and delivered to me. I was told " the centers do not have the capability to receive calls - only outcall ". Then I was told that Amazon returns any packages that are delivered to them in 3 to 7 working days. I work with Amazon quite a lot and I was told by them that that is simply untrue. UPS could have sent someone over to pick up my package and they would have been glad to give it to them After talking to the 5th person on chat I was told a supervisor would email me and get this resolved. As of this morning I have not gotten an email and still no phone. I have attempted to use the chat option with UPS again this morning and I was told I must either call or email hem. I also found out that the chat center is in Southeast Asia. Lot of good that does in an emergency. I will probably be forced to buy a prepaid phone until I get mine ( if that ever happens). My suggestion - NEVER use UPS. Most incompetent, non caring, useless organization in the business world.

Here i sit...held hostage..waiting for UPS to pick up a package between 9 and 6!!! 9 HOURS !!! window. Like maybe a certain cable company or any other! company that seems to have no concern for customer satisfaction! I have no other alturnative to get.my package out. I will certainly drop ups( "Un .Pleasant .Service")!!

I don't even know where to start. After 12 phone calls to Manila in the Philippines I have been told 5 different story's as to when my package will be collected. Waited in all day Friday - no courier arrived. rescheduled for monday- still no courier. What annoys me most is that I sound angry on the phone and the people I am speaking too are not the ones I am angry with. Come on UPS. sort your act out.

I wouldnt ship UPS/I will use FED Ex

They lost my package sent 2nd day, their supervisors could only be tracked as far as who you talked to if you have an employee ID number, Knowing that 5 of their supervisors blew off my problem, finally got a hold of upper management, lied to me every day about my package not being lost. Was told shipping would be reimbursed and contents of package to sender, I paid for te package, yet not compensating me, now I would have to get my money back from somebody out of state, $1,000 package. When they found it a week later, refused shipping refund because they said the package was upgraded to next day air after I paid for 2 day shipping already and it was 7 days late. I have cancelled my UPS account and will only use Fed Ex, have had great experiences with Fed Ex and better customer service.

Really unprofessional assistants working for UPS, as i missed a package delivery i called for information on my package. i was given several wrong addresses and waisted over a 1/4 of gas looking for my package..never again will i use UPS to receive or ship things.

Ihad very bad experience with ups recetly. at first, when I received the notice on the first day, i went to branch to.pick up, it told me that item already passed seven days in that branch, and shipped back to warehouse, so i called them and asked them to redeliver to the same branch. When I went.to that branch next time, the item still not there, so I tracked the item in the system, it said the customer don't want this item, and refuse to deliver. I have never seen the product at all, how could the system says that? Check the tracking system screenshot.
