This is worst experience possible. I opted for the most expensive delivery from US, which appeared to be from UPS. I payed around $80. What happened is that it was not delivered. So, I had to write a number of emails, call several times. In the end I got through and asked them to deliver to UPS pick up station. I had to travel there for half an hour in the morning wait there for another 10 minutes in order to be told that there was mistake and the package is on the track and will be delivered today to my address. At this point in time I obviously don't believe them. I have no idea what is happening to my parcel. It was worth $600. This story is pretty unbelivable. So, if you think that paying high prices will guarantee anything, think again.

USP tried to deliver my package and I wasn't home. They left a note on the door which stated my signature was required. They never attempted another delivery. I got online to track the package and it said it was at the UPS facility waiting for pickup. I contacted UPS and they said I requested to pick it up. I ask when did I do that? They couldn't find where I made the request but said an agent made the request. They apologized and asked if they could send it out the next day. I said that would be fine. They sent it back to the sender instead of sending it to me. I was outraged! Worse service ever. Forget about customer service, they are useless and only offer apologies.

UPS in Chicago, Illinois - Package not delivered and horrible customer service

I mailed a package priority mail that was to be delivered within two days. ( I know that is an estimated time) It has been a week and the package still hasn't been delivered. I called customer service only to be given a claim number, the same status that has been posted since for almost a week, and told my package could take up to thirty days to be delivered. The package was going to Atlanta, not Atlantis. I was told maybe the package hasn't been delivered because there could be a shortage of workers, there could be a number of reasons. WTF! She was able to pull a scanned image of the package and give me the correct address to where the package is going. This cow then closed out the case and said it was resolved. Mind you, there have been no updates or movements on my package. I had to go through this process again of talking to customer service only to be told the case was closed and resolved because I didn't provide a tracking #. I lost it. I cannot believe how inept and ridiculous these people are. USPS Customer Service SUCKS DONKEY BALLS. No wonder they are losing so much money, you think

The sender rquired a signature at time of delivery in exchange for your item.

Too bad you did not go mychoice and do more than just ask where your item was.

I have used mychoice with no problem, and got my item.

UPS in Roby, Texas - NASTY TO DEAL WITH

During the Chistmas rush the driver mis-delivered a package. After waiting 10 days for a neighbor to contact me that they got it by mistake I contacted the seller who filed a claim so they could replace the item. The ups driver then came to my home late one night during the holidays and shouted at my daughter then at me about the claim (we didn't file the claim). He became so abusive we ordered him from our property after which time the UPS terminal in Abilene TX decided they would just not deliver any more packages to us, ever. We now always contact seller before ordering so they can ship using Fedex or USPS. When a seller only uses UPS and won't ship another way we simply don't give them our business. UPS is the company from ***. Time for some competition.

UPS in London, England - DO NOT USE! failure to deliver, wrong address, failure to correct

UPS is the only - only - delivery company that has ever failed to find our house and consistently fails to do so. They are absolute *** and will always blame the customer. HEALTH WARNING; DO NOT USE Thy have no phone numbers at their depots other than the premium cost numbers in the States, their employees can barely speak English and consistently misunderstand addresses/phone numbers etc that you give them and they resolutely refuse to take blame for their inefficiency. I have wasted too many hours, too many times trying to contact them. Life's too short. If you value your sanity - STAY CLEAR OF UPS

UPS in Federal Way, Washington - "Brown" can't even deliver a package to a house when someone is home and no signature is required.

The delivery driver left 3 notes on the door then returned the package to sender at 7pm on the third day. They tried to deliver it at 4pm. No signature was required so the driver could have left it on the porch. I was told via customer service chat that it is at the driver discretion to leave the package. The house is at the end of a private driveway and not even visible from the street but driver still elected not to leave the package. I was home at the time and in the basement. He just needed to knock loudly.

Almost the same thing that happened with the other customers......I was waiting all day but he did'nt even attempted to deliver the parcel, the next thing i know when I tracked the parcel it said its waiting to be pick up but in the far location, then I called the customer service they said to pick it up in the nearest location but when I went to pick it up, they guy said its not their, when I called the customer service he said to call tomorrow so maybe they have the answer where the *** is my parcel......I will never ever going to use this company

Here's the inconsistent delivery services I had experienced in the past with UPS: 1. waiting at home all day for the package then saw the online status says "delivery attempt". The buzz code is clearly written on the package and the driver didn't bother to buzz the door. 2. When I don't have the buzz code on the package, they require one! even though my mail box clearly indicates my unit number. 3. Instead of putting the delivery notice on the mail box, they stick it on the random wall in the lobby! Seriously??? 4. Sometimes the driver decides to drop off the package at the nearest UPS store and sometimes they just decided to take it back to their hub after the first delivery attempt, which is an hour drive from me... 5. Sometimes they drop off the package at one location and next time they drop it off somewhere else. etc etc etc I try to avoid UPS as much as possible. I really want to email their CEO. Does he know the front line delivery is as terrible as it is???
