UPS in Chicago, Illinois - Unreliable pick up

I've been dealing with UPS for about 8 years now and I've always thought that they were a reputable firm but the past two years have been total 180 for this company. They don't seem to care for their business accounts anymore. For the past few months, they have been missing pick ups at our location. We average about 200-300 shipments a month and most of them are time sensitive. It is sad to say that I fought for these guys when our company was trying to switch to FedEx. Now it will probably be more likely that I will also agree to the switch.

UPS in Mumbai, Maharashtra - Most pathetic Logistic Company Ever

My supplier had shipped a material on 5th March 2015, from Germany to Mumbai through Express Saver. These illiterate and blind people have filed for the customs clearance at India under a different name for my shipment. And now I dont know the fate of my shipment, I also do not know if I would ever be able to get my shipment out of customs. The employees of their Jogeshwari - Mumbai, India office have been lying all these days that it was a mistake of my supplier, without sending me the AWB or any document. Now I want to sue them for my financial and goodwill loss. Do not use their service ever, or you might land into soup like me.

UPS in Oceanside, California - InfoNotice said delivery today. Never happened!

My infonotice said my package would be delivered between 10:30 am and 5 pm today. I waited. I called at 3 pm, 5:15 pm, 7:15 pm, and 8:15 pm. At 3 and 5:15, I was told the status was "on the truck" and it would be delivered. At 7:15 pm, the telephone agent said she "checked" with dispatch, who said the truck was 15-20 minutes away from my house and the package would be delivered. At 8:15 pm I was told the truck was parked in the center, the agent was off duty, and they didn't know when I was going to get my package but they would leave a message for the center to call me tomorrow.

UPS in Halifax, Nova Scotia - Where is my passport?

Last Thursday, I was given a trip for 2 to Cancun, leaving the upcoming Sunday. On Friday morning, my dad went to his local UPS in order to send me my passport to my current location in Nova Scotia in time for the flight. They said it would not be possible to do same-day delivery, but they guaranteed it would be here on Saturday (for a cost of $100). Saturday the package never came. The tracker said it hadn't moved and it was still in Ontario. When I asked people at UPS about it, they tried to tell me the tracking system was broken. I booked a new flight for Monday morning and let my friend head to Cancun alone. When I called UPS Monday morning the first thing they told me is that they "did not know where my package was, and they would not be able to get it to me that day." I spent the next 8 hours calling everyone, trying to find a solution. I was told completely different stories from every person I spoke with. I heard everything from "it's in Moncton, NB", "It's on a truck in Halifax, Nova Scotia", "It's in Toronto" and "It could be in Montreal." I re-booked a flight for Wednesday morning, however it is not Monday night and UPS has still confirmed with me that they have no idea where my package is. Nobody is offering me any help of any kind. One woman even told me that this was my fault because I left the delivery to the last minute. This confused me because isn't UPS a company that works for this exact reason? My friend is stuck in Cancun by herself. This is the most disrespectful and disorganized company I have ever worked with. Never ever use UPS for anything.

UPS Terrible customer service

Driver change the delivery status on a package declaring incorrectly that recipient was not present at time of delivery, when in essence no attempt of delivery was made. Phone calls to customer service were useless. promises of call back to give a new ETA time for delivery never took place. Total inconvenience to customers with total disregard to customers valuable time. Given the run around when calling customer service, was put on hold indefinitely several times in the row. Customer service supervisors are as useless. UPS claim that they do not have contact with their drivers. UPS blocks people waiting for a delivery an entire 12 Hours.

Totally agreed with this, got my notice just now saying that an attempt was made when no attempt was never made, i was at home the entire time. Will never use any services from UPS ever again.

Ups not finding my location

purchased 2 items on the same order on amazon. It was shipped with UPS. Miter saw and stand. Ups split the order in half with 2 tracking nrs. I got the stand on time but still don't have the saw (paid over $650 for it). On the Ups tracking site says they can't find the address. It is almost one week late and when i call costumer service they apologise and tell me it will be here tomorrow. I even requested to have it dropped of at the closest Ups store. I need the saw for work. this is my last Ups shipping.

UPS HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

We signed for two packages both small however the one tracking number was for a large 70 lb box they said we signed for we said no we signed for two small boxes. Finally there driver said he never delivered that large of a box to us so they have been telling me they reopened the case and the check was sent to shipper but in reality I just called the main customer number and found they never reopened the case. They are rude and treat you like an *** they never call back and pass the buck to everyone else, its always someone else you need to speak to that's not in. Its a joke that they can do business like this and get away with it. It is the worst i have ever been treated by ANY company in my life.

I called to get customer service first it is impossible to get help from them if something is wrong. Second the customer rep was very rude and talked to me like I was a *** he sounded as if he was mad as if I had ruined his day we'll he ruined mine.

This is worst experience possible. I opted for the most expensive delivery from US, which appeared to be from UPS. I payed around $80. What happened is that it was not delivered. So, I had to write a number of emails, call several times. In the end I got through and asked them to deliver to UPS pick up station. I had to travel there for half an hour in the morning wait there for another 10 minutes in order to be told that there was mistake and the package is on the track and will be delivered today to my address. At this point in time I obviously don't believe them. I have no idea what is happening to my parcel. It was worth $600. This story is pretty unbelivable. So, if you think that paying high prices will guarantee anything, think again.

USP tried to deliver my package and I wasn't home. They left a note on the door which stated my signature was required. They never attempted another delivery. I got online to track the package and it said it was at the UPS facility waiting for pickup. I contacted UPS and they said I requested to pick it up. I ask when did I do that? They couldn't find where I made the request but said an agent made the request. They apologized and asked if they could send it out the next day. I said that would be fine. They sent it back to the sender instead of sending it to me. I was outraged! Worse service ever. Forget about customer service, they are useless and only offer apologies.
