I paid for my package to be delivered to me in 3 days in which I was to receive it on the 1st of april, then as I'm tracking it, it said there was a delay now I won't get it until the 3rd, NOW, as i'n tracking my package it says there has been yet another delay which I don't understand because It has arrived in my town but still a delay. I believe UPS is mad because I made a complaint for them being at fault for not delivering my package on time. I WILL NEVER USE UPS AGAIN... NEVER!!!

UPS in Irvine, California - Poor Delivery Service

UPS was contracted to deliver a package from Salt Lake City Utah to Santa Ana CA. The parcel was to be delivered before noon on April 1st but did not arrive. I contacted the distribution center to track the parcel three (3) times and was told it would be delivered between 8:00 and 9:00 am on April 2nd. Installation staff was flown to our location to install the equipment that UPS was supposed to deliver on April 1st. They were required to stay overnight for the installation that was supposed to be concluded today. When I called UPS again....there is not any accurate delivery information. This is not the first but maybe the last time we'll use UPS.

UPS in Milford, Connecticut - CAN'T READ ADDRESS LABELS

Sent a pkg. to my son in Greenacres FL which I sent from a UPS store, which he did not get on the day it was suppose to be delivered. The pkg. ended up in Riviera, FL with a msge on the tracking website that the addr is wrong. Went on live chat and talked to the UPS agent who happens to be in the "Phillipines". The address is not wrong because I have my half of the UPS delivery tag from the UPS store. After 4 hours of emails & phone conversations - NO ONE knows why the pkg is in Riviera and went so far as to say the address is wrong. I have had problems in the past with UPS but keep giving them another chance. Now it's over-I will never use UPS again as long as I live. FedEx is more money, but everyone I spoke to who had problems with UPS switched to FedEx and said it was the best thing they ever did. No one has had a problem to date with anything they shipped from FedEx. They now have one more new customer.

Details
UPS worst service. No customer values and respect. I would say if you want to use UPS you should have lot of time and energy for followup calls. They say all lies on telephone. They update online status with all lies and misleading reasons. Driver find excuses just not to deliver the package. They usually don't bother to knock door or ring bell and put a slip to inform that we just came and pick from our depot if you really need your stuff. UPS can not resolve any problem even if the mistake is at their end. Never use UPS

Waited all on UPS, all day no show.

I called ups at 10am spoke with a lady, she asked for the tracking number. The lady called me by name, and said they will be there between 9.00am and 7:00pm. I called the 800 number was given the run round. I was told by James 19473 that the driver said it was no such address so I read the address off to him he had the same address. I asked to speak to his supervisor, he put me on hold for15 min the phone went dead. I kept calling could not get an answer. I'm very disappointed with the service and, ups. Wheels Shipping Review

I wanted to send four wheels back to the business I bought it from..business sent the wrong set of wheels. The lady in the front said we dont lift stuff like that.. I'm gonna need your help. I said ok..she left me there outside. Some rude lady comes out and says If you want it shipped your gonna have to bring it in the store yourself. Seriously no customer service. Im so pissed with ups.

I ordered a mattress that required a signature upon arrival. My order was off by three days. Customer service recommended that I leave a note for my driver telling him to leave a note advising the driver to leave the package and sign it, which I did. The driver chose to disregard this note and leave a slip which read "sign back." Once again, I called customer service asking if I could pick my package up at the UPS base on my way home from work. They informed me that i would have to wait an hour to process this request. Then I asked if I signed the back of the slip the driver left, would he drop the mattress off without a signature to which they replied no. My customer service agent informed me that he could not help me and suggested I stay home from the vague hours of 10-2, the package would "probably" come around then.

UPS - Claims are near impossible to win

despite spending thousands of dollars per year shipping my product with UPS. The one time I have a claim they maintain insufficient packaging. I bolt the product into a fully enclosed wooden crate. I can't see how this would be considered insufficient, But that is their claim. my driver says that is their standard reply to get out of paying claims. The best part is I just wanted them to pay shipping of the damaged part back to me so I could repair it. I was not asking them to replace it. merely pay to ship it back to me. I finally got them to relent and make an "exception" to pay the claim. OMG I think they should rename the company to Universal Package Smashers. I like my UPS driver he's great. But once it hits the terminal it's out of his hands. and into God's hands. I am actively looking for alternative shipping methods.

UPS in Edmonton, Alberta - Nearly impossible to pay any fees

Details
Received a bill with instructions on how to pay with a cheque. I have no cheques, so I made an online profile in an attempt to pay there. After finding my way through the clunky site, I managed to find what I was looking for but kept receiving an error. So I gave up and called. I was re-directed twice and then hung up on. I called back and the exact same thing happened. I guess I will have to find a physical location and try once more to pay there? It would have been far less effort to have picked up the items I ordered in the first place, thereby rendering UPS unnecessary/useless. This company is a joke.
