UPS in Burntwood, England - Where customer service is just a politically correct word

Everything that could go wrong did, phone calls not returned, parcel sent to wrong place, eventually they sent it back to the sender after promising that it would be delivered to my work address. When you call they basically do not care, they lie through there teeth regarding where your parcel is, they must be the most under trained staff in the world to the extent that you would have more success dealing with monkeys from a zoo. I was left absolutely flabber gasted and astounded at the lack of concern and attitude from the employees of this company. One manager even agreed how pathetic there service was.

UPS Has Terrible Delivery Personnel

The accountability in this company has become completely unacceptable. Over the years, friendly drivers have become foul mouth *** who have no problem doing a half-*** job. I've had my package left outside, at other addresses, or misreported entirely. To make matters worse, the channel for receiving feedback from the consumer pertains only to whether the package is actually in good shape - if that. I'm tired of letting things continue this way. If complaining on the internet is the only option available... perhaps some lost business will force UPS to step up the quality of their drivers. Track these *** drivers in addition to the packages UPS. This is getting ridiculous.

UPS in Portland, Maine - Unreliable service

I have spent two days off work trapped in my house awaiting UPS deliveries which require a signature. Yesterday morning, I had to cancel appointments because of delivery announced at 6:30 p.m. the night before. A call to UPS was not at all helpful. They could not be more precise than a four-hour delivery window. The order actually came an hour after the stated time window. I have been waiting four hours today, and it is 20 minutes past the time window they specified. I have basically lost more than a full day or work because of their system. This is a truly awful company.

I was standing out side and my neighbor just got two boxes put on her step. The UPS man was walking away and talking loudly (must have been on a phone). They lady come out and said you need to talk more quieter. The UPS guy yell back at her " lady you need to shut the *** up"

Ordered from Swanson Vitamin co. and order was shipped to Valencia, CA on 3/31/15 with a delivery date of 4/6/15 at around 2pm. On 4/8/15, I reviewed the order and discovered that it had been delivered two days earlier, but I didn't have it nor did my neighbors have it. Maybe the delivery driver has it? Well regardless, UPS has failed again. I have had multiple, multiple problems with them in the past. Their delivery drivers are rushed and thus prone to making errors. Or else, they are illiterate and cannot read clearly demarcated building addresses. I wish fewer companies that I order from utilized their services so that I could forever end this frustration!

UPS in Austin, Texas - The package before last was late , this package never came at all.

I have ordered dozens of items online, most come FEDEX but a few, like the ones that qualify for free shipping, come UPS. The first 2 packages came in fine, but the one before last came very late in the day, It had an 11:15am-3:15pm estimate and got in at roughly 5:00 in the afternoon, and this last package never came at all. Now I get a notice on the UPS tracking page that my address is wrong, REALLY!?! that's what they're going with!?! UPS has been here 4 times in the last 2 months, and now my address is wrong!?! If I showed up 2 hours late for work one day, then just didn't show up at all, then told my boss I didn't know where the job was, I"D GET FIRED IN A HEART BEAT, That's what this boiled down to. The phone and internet "customer service" was no help what so ever. looks like I'll just pay for shipping from now on if it means that I'll actually get my flippin packages.

UPS service in my area is atrocious. I have watched their drivers "deliver" parcels. They scurry up, toss the package on the porch and speed off. Not even a token knock. That would be a good experience with UPS, though. I personally have had parcels that went undelivered but were logged in as delivered by the driver. In one case I called UPS about this. After that, the driver started calling me, asking why I was trying to get him fired and harassing me. I called UPS again and his calls stopped. Over the years packages have routinely been crushed, lost, delivered empty, just about everything you can imagine. UPS never takes responsibility for any of this. They fend off complaints, claiming poor packaging or saying the package was logged in as delivered, therefore it was delivered and I am wrong. I have stopped using UPS and will not return.

UPS in Columbus, Ohio - Package mailed to India

Stopped at a UPS store on a Thursday (3PM) and dropped a package to be mailed to India with diabetic medications (insulin) for my mom who is visiting India. I was told that the package would be in India on Saturday with delivery on Monday. I paid $172 for shipping it. Thursday night I get an email from UPS saying that the delivery has been delayed due to severe weather conditions. There were no weather issues in Ohio, Kentucky or Pennsylvania on April 02, 2015, unless it was a delayed April fool's joke. Anyways, today it is the seventh day the package is still not delivered. Columbus, Louisville, Philadelphia, Koeln (Germany), Dubai, Mumbai, Hyderabad (destination city). The package is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, exactly 8 days after it was dropped off and full 3 days behind schedule. If I was told that this will take 8 days, I'd have shipped it via FedEx. I have used FedEx in the past to ship prescriptions for my mom and it was delivered as promised. I would be okay with the shipment being late had it not contained Insulin, which needs to be refrigerated. It was the one and only time I used UPS. I will never use them to ship anything, time sensitive or not. UPS SUCKS!!! Lying BASTARDS!!!!!
