UPS in London, England - Driver lives a note without attempting to ring the bell

UPS Driver (London, Croydon Branch) could not be bothered to ring the door bell or knock. We were home, expecting a parcel to be delivered. There is never a time slot, at least to be narrowed to 2-3 hours like other decent companies do via e-mail/text. So, take a day off, if your parcel is to be delivered by UPS! This time the driver just passed an "info-notice" through the letter-whole and vanished. Three of us, sitting in the lounge with the internal door to the entrance hall did not hear a thing. When I made a call to UPS Customer Services, the representative could not be bothered to help me with my complain, just advised to re-schedule. FOUR days later, by the SAME driver. What are my chances this time? The driver makes private trip while on duty and than runs out of time to deliver parcels. Instead of opening the tack, pulling a box and so on, just leaves a note and goes. Disgrace!

UPS in Bandera, Texas - Promise to deliver the appointment

On 4/9/2015 they try to deliver my medicine from san Antonio tx, another time they always deliver first thing in the mornings. Today they put a ups notice that they will deliver the medicine before 10:30 am I put all my work on the side to wait for my medicine and it 11:32 and the ups haven't got to deliver my medicine yet. WHY THEY PUT A NOTICE ON THE DOOR SAYING THAT THEY WILL DELIVERY AT A TIME AND THEY STILL NOT GET THERE. I NEED TO WORK AND PICK UP MY KIDS . I call to find out where is my package and they told me that the package is on the truck and they don't know what time is expecting the time to deliver. What time is going to deliver my medicine. I though that when are medicine it would be fist priority deliver but well .

UPS SHIPPING TO CANADA WAS TOLD 1 WEEK!

March 18th 2015 UPS Picked up my parcel from the seller in Cali. Was informed that it should be 1 week to be delivered to Canada. Paid almost $62 dollars for it to be shipped. According to their oh so up to date tracking system the parcel took a week just to leave the UPS building. Nvm the week to get to Canada. Then the week wait while it was in Canada. Now it's April 10th and I still don't have my parcel. And their excuse is weather. We'll according to their tracking site the only day they had any weather delays was 2 days ago. And 4 hours later the parcel was shipped as back in transit. So I really can see this 4 hour delay that took place 2 days ago causing this parcel to be delayed for almost a month. Why are customers paying so much for this kind of delivery? How come each time I called when I talked to one of the monkeys answering the phone they would tell me something different than the last monkey? Don't they all use the same systems? With the same notes? That would allow them to know what the *** is going on? Now they expect me to pay $98 dollars for duty? They should be paying me to accept the parcel that's over 3 weeks late going on a month. Cause I highly doubt the shipper would want me returning said parcel. UPS In the States and Canada needs to pay the costs of talking my parcel sight seeing. I can't imagine if I was a fool enough to pay for express shipping. Oh and did you know if you include your Post Office Box Number with your address that, that too causes delays. Because a shipping company has never seen a PO. Box before. And it highly confuses the monkeys who drive the trucks. UPS NEEDS TO BE BOYCOTTED AT ALL COSTS. WHERE IS THE BBB WHEN YOU NEED THEM? AND HOW COME A COMPANY WITH THIS MANY COMPLAINTS AND ONLY 8 BLOODY RESOLUTIONS ARE STILL ABLE TO PROVIDE THE *** THEY DELIVER TO YOUR DOOR STEP. AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR IT! UPS in Burntwood, England - Where customer service is just a politically correct word

Everything that could go wrong did, phone calls not returned, parcel sent to wrong place, eventually they sent it back to the sender after promising that it would be delivered to my work address. When you call they basically do not care, they lie through there teeth regarding where your parcel is, they must be the most under trained staff in the world to the extent that you would have more success dealing with monkeys from a zoo. I was left absolutely flabber gasted and astounded at the lack of concern and attitude from the employees of this company. One manager even agreed how pathetic there service was.

UPS Has Terrible Delivery Personnel

The accountability in this company has become completely unacceptable. Over the years, friendly drivers have become foul mouth *** who have no problem doing a half-*** job. I've had my package left outside, at other addresses, or misreported entirely. To make matters worse, the channel for receiving feedback from the consumer pertains only to whether the package is actually in good shape - if that. I'm tired of letting things continue this way. If complaining on the internet is the only option available... perhaps some lost business will force UPS to step up the quality of their drivers. Track these *** drivers in addition to the packages UPS. This is getting ridiculous.

UPS in Portland, Maine - Unreliable service

I have spent two days off work trapped in my house awaiting UPS deliveries which require a signature. Yesterday morning, I had to cancel appointments because of delivery announced at 6:30 p.m. the night before. A call to UPS was not at all helpful. They could not be more precise than a four-hour delivery window. The order actually came an hour after the stated time window. I have been waiting four hours today, and it is 20 minutes past the time window they specified. I have basically lost more than a full day or work because of their system. This is a truly awful company.

I was standing out side and my neighbor just got two boxes put on her step. The UPS man was walking away and talking loudly (must have been on a phone). They lady come out and said you need to talk more quieter. The UPS guy yell back at her " lady you need to shut the *** up"

Ordered from Swanson Vitamin co. and order was shipped to Valencia, CA on 3/31/15 with a delivery date of 4/6/15 at around 2pm. On 4/8/15, I reviewed the order and discovered that it had been delivered two days earlier, but I didn't have it nor did my neighbors have it. Maybe the delivery driver has it? Well regardless, UPS has failed again. I have had multiple, multiple problems with them in the past. Their delivery drivers are rushed and thus prone to making errors. Or else, they are illiterate and cannot read clearly demarcated building addresses. I wish fewer companies that I order from utilized their services so that I could forever end this frustration!

UPS in Austin, Texas - The package before last was late , this package never came at all.

I have ordered dozens of items online, most come FEDEX but a few, like the ones that qualify for free shipping, come UPS. The first 2 packages came in fine, but the one before last came very late in the day, It had an 11:15am-3:15pm estimate and got in at roughly 5:00 in the afternoon, and this last package never came at all. Now I get a notice on the UPS tracking page that my address is wrong, REALLY!?! that's what they're going with!?! UPS has been here 4 times in the last 2 months, and now my address is wrong!?! If I showed up 2 hours late for work one day, then just didn't show up at all, then told my boss I didn't know where the job was, I"D GET FIRED IN A HEART BEAT, That's what this boiled down to. The phone and internet "customer service" was no help what so ever. looks like I'll just pay for shipping from now on if it means that I'll actually get my flippin packages.
