Did not know how bad UPS service really was until now!!

Paid for next day delivery of important package to my son at college and 3 days later still hasn't received. Online chat person basically said it was the stores fault, U GOT MAIL, because picked up too late for next day delivery. Well, it has now been 3 days and still no delivery. Finally spoke to a "real person" and was told would take up to 8 days to resolve lost claim. UPS needs to speak to my son, the recipient, U GOT MAIL, the mail store 1st to verify the package. I told them my son hasn't received the package and I can go to UPS tracker to see the time and date of pickup from U GOT MAIL in 2 minutes. I was told it would take 8 days to find this information out!!! Also was very upset that neither myself the one who paid for the service or my son the recipient will be kept up to date on the lost claim. UPS will only notify U GOT MAIL from this point on with a lost claim, because they are the customer who paid for the service. I PAID FOR THE SERVICE!! UPS does not care about customer--only the store. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE--

I ordered a gift for my wife fr our anniversary, had it shipped with UPS, she was supposed to be away the day of delivery, but her plans changed and I wanted the gift shipped to a different address so the gift would be a total suprise for our anniversary that weekend. UPS refused to change the address. I am done using a company that refuses to help a customer!! What happened to the customer is always right?! *** UPS!!!

UPS in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - Shipment not delivered and one shipment missing

I have my medicine delivered by veterans administration. Last month My medicine was mailed to ups and it came up missing. This month the delivery driver came to my Home and instead of coming to the front door and ringing the door bell, he went to the side door that was and left a notification and left. I called and spoke to the manager and all they could say was we are sorry and we will deliver your meds tomorrow but could not give me a time other than stating that he will probably be back in your area the same time tomorrow.

i ordered something online and ups tracking system shows it was left on my front porch now its gone. what the **** don't they know they can steal your car from the driveway but not a small package.

they must be brain dead..........i am so mad..i needed a medical supply for my arm now i have to find another way to treat it. don't order anything online that is delivered by ups because they are to *** to think what do they think we live in the 1950's

UPS in Johannesburg, Gauteng - Misrepresentation, theft and unprofessional

I recently sent a package to South Africa and when I called to find out about the amount I had to pay for my package I was told it was R 826 on their system. I then authorised them to debit my card with this amount. After about an hour I saw R1 826 come off my account which was 1000 over what was communicated to me. Then I called to ask what was happening and Marverick the one who had debited my account hung up the phone on me when I asked him why they took more money off my account than authorised. UPS had no right to take this money off and when I called to speak to the supervisor and explain my situation he explained it away saying that their system was wrong then I asked him what their procedure was to make payment and he said they check system then invoice then alert the customer of the amount owed. I called to make payment and this procedure was not followed apparently as I was only told of R826 and authorised this amount but now I had been stolen from. This is not right and not legal. Noone should be able to do this and UPS needs to correct this. THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and UPS should also train your staff to deal with customers and also data capture accurately.

I shipped a package on april 30th 2015 an it was two air.it was a food packagd that was put on ice.i was told that it will arrive on sat may 2 2015 today is may 4 2015 an the package is still not with the recever. at this time im shore the food is bad by none.i need anwsers how this from your. Did you pay for 2 Day air, Saturday Delivery?

If not, it is 2 business days, and Monday would be the correct day for delivery.

There would have to be an answer to this question to know for certain do you have this info available?

Was it delivered on Monday? It would be helpful to know.

UPS in Hayward, California - Lost 130 pound package that was at their center with 10 miles of my house

After buying a large 130 pound product from Amazon UPS lost track of it even after receiving it at their distribution facility within 10 miles from my house. How is this even possible!? They did manage to deliver a similar sized package from Amazon on the same date that the other should have arrived. Their tracking showed it being received at their facility, but when I checked back their online site showed that there was no further information. What!? How can you have a package this big then not know where it is!? Is UPS now hiring former government employees!? On another delivery a couple days ago I received a package, but the driver said there should have been 2 not just the one. After he could not find the second one he said it must be another truck. Again, HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE!? Why even have tracking numbers? Apparently they don't mean much.

If you paid by credit card, dispute the charge and have it posted back to your account.

You paid for, but did not receive the merchandise ordered.

UPS in Surrey, British Columbia - Wont deliver to my address

UPS refuses to deliver packages to my address. They claim I don't live at my apartment complex despite calling in on every delivery to confirm and note my shipment for the driver... They don't leave notices either, so I have to watch my tracking like a hawk, call customer service to find out where my package is and wait until the next business day to travel and pick it up, wherever it ends up. UPS in Canada needs some serious work...I'm sick of wasting my time on the phone with customer service that obviously has no clue, constantly checking the website for tracking information and for traveling to pick up something that could easily just be delivered properly.
