Laptop Shipping Review

Worst customer service ever experienced. Rude manager in the london Kentish Town depot. Drivers not reading the label and delivering twice to the wrong address. I was guarenteed my work laptop for the Friday. I ended up flying out for work without it. Hours on hold on the phone and customer support made no offort. Disgraceful

UPS is full of LAZY employees who have no concept of urgency. I'm sick of so-called Americans with no concept of the American work ethic that created this great country. The UPS store on FM 1960 near the 290 freeway actually makes customers sign a waiver that they may not be able to delivery the package. Absurd. Fed Ex is the only company that actually delivers on time.

The package had 1 failed Del attempt so I got the notice in the foyer of my apt building. I was home my intercom never was buzzed. I got a 2nd del email so I was waiting for the pkg. He did not buzz my intercom again A neighbor came to my apt and told me ups was here for me .I told my neighbor to go down and tell him I would be right down. I just had to start to use a walker, so I went down there and no ups guy,no ups truck in sight, no pkg and a 2nd Del attempt. on the door. Plus I left a note on the 1st notice to leave it with the live in Manager. Well no PKG anywhere. I get an e-mail saying that it was del to the customer lady. I asked everyone if they signed for it. Ups - Customer Care Review from London, England

Parcel for my nephews bday needed it ASAP. Missed first delivery as I'd just come off a night shift and due to bank holiday unable organise new delivery date until the next business day. Stuck at work knowing I'd miss the next delivery so called the number on the back of the card. A foreign lady answered and I explained the situation and asked nicely if it was possible for her to contact the driver as I knew I wasn't going to be in and could he maybe drop it off at my place of work (which is 2 mins up the road from where I live) or drop it at an access point. The woman who was obviously reading from a script and had no interest in helping me at all said there was nothing she could do and I would have to contact the sender. I asked if she had a contact number for the sender and she said no and just kept repeating that I would have to contact the sender. I was so annoyed I told the woman thanks for nothing and put the phone down. Just when I was about to give up on UPS I received a phone call from a friendly lady from the UK call centre who called me to arrange a redelivery on a day I would be in. I explained what had happened and how unhelpful the other lady had been ( she asked which number I had called and didn't seem too surprised when I told her.) I explained I needed the package for my nephews bday and would be home sat however since I'll be coming off nights there could be a chance that I may not here the doorbell. She said she would put tape all over the package to make it clear it was for Saturday delivery and she would also leave put a note on the package for the driver to call me before he delivers. I was prepared to go out and buy the present again and get this package sent back which would have left me out of pocked until I got a refund however thanks to this lovely lady at the UK call centre I no longer have to. It may be financially beneficial to UPS to base call centres in foreign countries with cheap labour reading from scripts. However from a customer point of view that's a sure fire way to lose customers. I would much prefer to deal with friendly staff like the lady who called me today who will go that extra mile to help their customers and actually care. Not like the ignorant woman in God knows what country who quite frankly couldn't give a toss whether I got my package or not!

Your complaint sounds like you are 100% disabled, all right, in the head. If you are able to picket, why aren't you able to go out an buy food in a store?

You should also consider spending some of your energy going to school and learning how to spell, punctuate, and use decent grammar. There aren't any words spelled "u; r; cort;" hate is supposed to be spelled that way instead of "hat." If you are so blasted poor, how can you afford an attorney? Honey I hate to tell you this, but in order to file a class action law suit you have to have more than just one person involved in the law suit. You think you are such a hot, macho male, that you have to do a bunch of swearing in your complaint, well swearing doesn't make a man.

Back in the 60s when my late brother was in Marine Corp Basic Training, the drill instructor he had told the guys that the only people that have to swear and use foul language are the ones that aren't smart enough to use other words, so basically that should tell you where you are located, on the totem pole. Nobody in their right mind would want to eat MREs. You can go to a grocery store and find all kinds of easy to prepare foods, things like canned soup, things that can heated in the microwave, like hamburger or cheeseburger sliders, single serve pizzas, scramblers, individual serving size of mac and cheese, I would be willing to bet they would all taste better than MREs. You will never convince me that somebody would steal your precious MREs.

When and IF you do talk to an attorney and you go on a rant and rave like you did in your complaint, you will get laughed out of the office.

My suggestion is that you should get back on your meds.

Package Review

I ordered a package that is being shipped by UPS. It said that it would be here between May 12-20. It is May 26 and my package is not here! I need it in a few days and I'm getting very impatient. I have been waiting very long and I'm not happy at all. UPS needs to pick up the pace before I whipp some ones ***. I'll deliver the *** thing myself if I have to.

A relative of mine sent her priceless and irreplaceable antique China to my husband and me. The boxes that came in were banged up pretty bad. When we opened it, we saw that a portion of it was broken. The box said fragile on it, and it was all wrapped up in bubble wrap and duct taped. There was also a large amount of bubble wrap and protective inside packing material. There is no reason this should of happened. They have a total disregard for their customer's items. I will NEVER use UPS again. They have lost my business forever. I wouldn't even give them one star. Worst shipping company or there.

The worst service, Kamal badly lacks professionalism and customer service. yells and screams at his customer's and employee. This guy who owns the place is very friendly. The negative reviews I'm reading are absurd. This place is highly transactional as it should be. David the employee moved fast and was very professional and informed but Kamal was screaming and yelling and pushing the employee out of the way. I won't ever go back to this store After informing him I would tell people of my experience, he said, "I don't care." Is very apparent he does not like what he does

UPS in Rancho Cucamonga, California - No Delivery - Terminal decides to not deliver due to upcoming holiday

Package due today was marked office closed, deliver after holiday. I was at the office during the time they "attempted" to deliver. After 4 phone calls, no call back, went to terminal. Finally was told this is a tool they use before holidays to lighten the workload. Their phone center in Asia has no authority to do anything except send text messages, so it is useless to resolve any delivery issues. This also happen to me on Good Friday. They said the office was closed, but it was open all day. The packages are still in the storage trailer, they never made it to the truck, and the manager says it's okay to mark as office closed.
