Package Review

I ordered a package that is being shipped by UPS. It said that it would be here between May 12-20. It is May 26 and my package is not here! I need it in a few days and I'm getting very impatient. I have been waiting very long and I'm not happy at all. UPS needs to pick up the pace before I whipp some ones ***. I'll deliver the *** thing myself if I have to.

A relative of mine sent her priceless and irreplaceable antique China to my husband and me. The boxes that came in were banged up pretty bad. When we opened it, we saw that a portion of it was broken. The box said fragile on it, and it was all wrapped up in bubble wrap and duct taped. There was also a large amount of bubble wrap and protective inside packing material. There is no reason this should of happened. They have a total disregard for their customer's items. I will NEVER use UPS again. They have lost my business forever. I wouldn't even give them one star. Worst shipping company or there.

The worst service, Kamal badly lacks professionalism and customer service. yells and screams at his customer's and employee. This guy who owns the place is very friendly. The negative reviews I'm reading are absurd. This place is highly transactional as it should be. David the employee moved fast and was very professional and informed but Kamal was screaming and yelling and pushing the employee out of the way. I won't ever go back to this store After informing him I would tell people of my experience, he said, "I don't care." Is very apparent he does not like what he does

UPS in Rancho Cucamonga, California - No Delivery - Terminal decides to not deliver due to upcoming holiday

Package due today was marked office closed, deliver after holiday. I was at the office during the time they "attempted" to deliver. After 4 phone calls, no call back, went to terminal. Finally was told this is a tool they use before holidays to lighten the workload. Their phone center in Asia has no authority to do anything except send text messages, so it is useless to resolve any delivery issues. This also happen to me on Good Friday. They said the office was closed, but it was open all day. The packages are still in the storage trailer, they never made it to the truck, and the manager says it's okay to mark as office closed.

UPS SUX

Told my package would be delivered at 12:40 or 1:20 today by Kim a dude in the Philippines Delivery at 6:20 this is absurd and CSR is horrible who also said I must have talked to someone in the Philippines. This was a supervisor. NEVER AGAIN will I look to UPS for anything to be delivered on time as this is a complete cluster of a company - UPS must stand for YOU PIECE OF *** I am completely confused on why this company is still in business when they outsource to the Phillipines for CSR. I will never use them again.

Today I visited a UPS store in Fremont. The stores location is 39120 Argonaut Way Fremont California Fremont CA 94538. I stood in line and waited patienly for my turn to be helped. When it was my turn, I was helped by CHS:Laura. While in the process of helping me, she stopped helping me to help someone else that was behind me. Even though I was there first this customer was out of the store before me and she didn't have to wait her turn. I informed Laura that what she did was rude and she needs to give me her full attention. At this point Laura again became not only unprofessional but rude and confrontational. She asked me if I wanted her to continue waiting on me even though she lacks professional customer service skills. I feel this incident was racially motivated.

UPS - 2nd Day Air?

Why did I pay extra for two day shipping you might ask? Maybe because I needed my package in TWO DAYS. However after multiple delays, my package came in 5 days late. That would've been great had I chosen standard shipping and not had a time constraint. But I did not choose standard shipping. (Which I might add, would have been free!) The package I ordered was then useless because it did not come when I actually needed it. I want my money back and an apology. Neither of which I have received. The second day air title should not be patented because it is false. Christ could come back to Earth before my package came in that time period.

UPS in Memphis, Tennessee - Need better employees...Less mistakes!

I paid $30 for overnight shipment and somehow my package was sorted wrong and now I have to wait an additional two business days for my package and of course the company will not refund me the $30 being that it was not their fault. I need to know what my option are, because my $30 just went down the drain! I spoke to three different people in your back office today and no one could tell me where my package was, all they could tell me was someone would call me within an hour with an answer. As you guessed it I didn't receive any calls and no one can locate my package. This is an extreme inconvenience for me being that I needed the package today (hint: why I paid for overnight shipment)! I need some type of solution.

2 deliveries was rejected by saying that its no access to the building, which is not true. 3 more deliveries was on hold for same reason and almost went back. When I called to UPS - I got really bad customers service! Especially Jeana - dispatcher/supervisor of Van Nuys location in CA. She was really mean , not helpful. Terrible customer service! She is not flexible to solve the problem and take care the customers, not giving assistance in finding the all items which is going to be delivered to the address. Really terrible work. Overall looks like UPS loosing the quality of they service!

I'm Home & the shop next door is a UPS Access Point - where is my package?

Package meant to be delivered on Friday. Flat number was missing. My bad! There are 3 flats in my residence. Appreciate he/she didn't wanna ring the 3 flats (although why not?). HOWEVER my residence number had been provided. It is 117. My neighbor (number 115, literally next door!) is a UPS Access Point. The sign says "Collect&Drop off your packages". That means that if I had been away, the delivery person would have dropped my package there. But because the Flat number was not provided, he did not. WHY? Obviously the customer service person never managed to explain. Never again
